Minsook's P.O.V.
"Hana, no!" I exclaimed- recognizing that it was Hana's voice who screamed. It was like I regained all of my energy despite of how much blood I lost as panic started to flood my chest.
The guy and girl snapped their gazes towards where the scream came from and from there, I can see the figure of the creature who's responsible for all of this while he held someone in his arms as a hostage, That's Hana!
"Jungkook, whatever you're planning, don't do it... I beg you..." the guy said as he gaze into the darkness, where the boy is standing, So... Jungkook is his name, huh?
The monster, or should I say Jungkook, grinned as his teeth highlighted within the dark. "Why would I listen to you, Yoongi hyung?" He uttered and his voice instantly brought goosebumps down to my spine. But wait, did he just addressed this guy as his brother?
"You're his brother?!" I exclaimed as I turn my head to face the guy beside me whom I assume is Yoongi- for some reasons, I feel my anger raising up.
Yoongi let out a frustrated sigh before he look at me, "I know what you're thinking, but I'm telling you that I'm not one of his allies, I'm a victim as well," He almost growled.
I was about to fire back when the girl who's supporting him suddenly butted in, "Will you bicker later when we're already out of here?!"
A deep chuckle echoed through the whole place which had interrupted the three of us, "Humans are really stupid," Jungkook uttered and I can tell that he's even shaking his head.
"Why did you stop? You guys look entertaining," He mocked, but I took a step closer with tears present at the corner of my eye when I saw and realized that Hana is struggling to get free from his grip, I'm so furious right now that I feel like I'm gonna explode, "Why are doing this to us? What had we ever done to you?!" I exclaimed, Wow, I've never been this brave before.
Another chuckle escaped his lips, "What had you ever done to me? No, you didn't do anything bad to me, but to the owner of this body," He stated that made me furrowed my eyebrows, "What do you mean by that?!" I heard Yoongi yelled from behind and I can tell that he's dazed and confused like me.

"Especially her," Jungkook stated- pointing a finger at one of us, turning my head, I realized that he's pointing at the girl who's supporting Yoongi.
Widening his eyes, I see how Yoongi suddenly turned his gaze to the girl and I can tell that he's boiling in anger, "What. Have. You. Done?" He asked, almost growling, while looking at the girl which seems like shaking under his intense stare.
"Ooh~ yes, why would she even bother to tell you of what she had done to your one and only brother when her real plan is to get rid of him?" Jungkook added, with his words, he seemed to make Yoongi even more furious. "Yoo Chonmi, what have you done?!" Yoongi shouted, his voice had echoed in the whole place.
"I-I don't know what he's saying, oppa!" The girl who's named as Chonmi fired back- and that's when I realized that she didn't have her cheeks, it looks like it had been teared away.
"Oh really? Why don't you just spill the beans and tell your oh so Yoongi oppa that you're one of those people who killed his brother?" I heard Jungkook said right after Chonmi defended herself.
I shook my head, He's destructing us to withdraw our attention from Hana, I thought before I snapped my gaze back at him, Hana was still struggling to get free from his grip, but he looked like he's not even affected.
Bitting my lower lip, I then decided to ask him once again, "Why does Hana have to be involved here, why do we have to be involved here when the one who's only on the wrong is that person?" I asked as I pointed at the girl, Chonmi, who he claimed as his murderer- I've never been so confused in my whole life.
Grinning, he then proceed to answer, "Why? Because this girl made this boy to expect for nothing." Expect?
"She made him expect that one day they'll be together- even though he knew that he didn't have a chance, this girl made him expect everyday for nothing," His answer seemed to catch Yoongi and Chonmi's attention as they both had gone quiet.
I furrowed my eyebrows, I'm so confused, how can he even said those things when I can clearly remember that Hana and I haven't encountered him back then.
Moving my gaze to Hana, I saw her movements stopped as she turned her head to look at Jungkook, "Wrat dyu you mean (What do you mean)?" I heard Hana said, but what made me confused even more is why can't she speak clearly- It sounds like she had her tongue cut out.

Smirking, Jungkook brought his hands to touch Hana's cheeks, "You'll know soon," And before I can even react, Jungkook threw Hana to the other side of the room- making her to let out a loud yelp.
"Hana!!" I exclaimed as my feet automatically run towards her direction, but before I can even reach her, I felt something hard hit my stomach which caused me to fly to the other side.
I felt all of my energy left my body as I gasp for air while chocking at the same time, but then I saw Yoongi was already in front of Jungkook with his fist high up in the air.
Yoongi's P.O.V.
I can't believe I can be this fast even without a support, I thought when I realized that I was already in front of Jungkook after I saw what he did to that two girls- it was like my body already reacted even before my brain can even give a command.
It all makes sense now, the girl that I saw in my dream when I dreamt about Jungkook's death... it was Chonmi, why did I just realized it now?
"Aaah!!!" I exclaimed as I put all of my strength to my fist before I aimed for Jungkook's face, but then, I feel his hands grip my stomach as his nails clawed my flesh, making a big gash onto my stomach before I feel myself being pinned down the ground.
"You're gonna hurt your dongsaeng for these people? What kind of a brother are you?" He uttered using his smooth voice, the one that I always hear when he's still alive. Gritting my teeth, I'll lie to myself if I say that I'm not affected because of his words, but at this case, this is so wrong- and I know for sure, that this Jungkook wasn't my brother.
"Don't you dare to use that voice, you're not my brother anymore!!" I spat back making him grin. "Okay then, I'm flexible," And now his voice was back from being hoarse and deep once again, but that thought was interrupted when I feel his nails dug deeper into my stomach, earning a loud scream from me.
"You're not the only one who can be brutal, Yoongi hyung," He uttered before giving me an insane smile. With me boiling in anger, I then brought my left leg up in a swift motion before I kicked him in the chest- making him to let go of me as he stumbled back.
But it seemed like a wrong move as I saw some of my flesh came along with his nails. Looking down, I instantly grimaced when I saw some of my inner organs poking out of my belly. Great, at least I don't need an X-ray anymore, note the sarcasm please.
When I saw that Jungkook was a meter away from me while clutching on his chest as he coughed, I then looked at Hana and took the opportunity to help her up, the stinging pain in my right ankle didn't bother anymore and the only thing in my mind now is that I can't let him kill someone again.
"Yoongi look out!" I heard Hana's best friend, whom I assume as Minsook, exclaimed and that's when I saw Jungkook already in front of me while holding a wrecked wood. And before I knew it, I feel something hard and rough hit my head making me to fall back.
A groan escaped my lips, but I care less as I look up and my eyes instantly widened when I saw Jungkook was already in front of Hana who's sitting weakly as she leaned back on the wall. "Pwease, dowrnt (Please, don't)..." I heard her fragile voice said, but Jungkook didn't listen as he held up the wrecked wood as he aimed for Hana using the pointed edge of the wood.
"No!" Minsook screamed while the only thing that I do is to close my eyes before the sound of someone being stabbed and blood splattering echoed through the whole place.
Huffing, I then decided to open my eyes after what seemed like forever, but my jaw suddenly dropped as my eyes went so wide when I saw the scenario in front of me.
Chonmi had the wood stabbed through her chest as she stood before Hana protectively.

Ars Magica
Our vision comes back into focus. Our eyes, while being able to perceive the immediate surroundings, still leave us with our minds uncomprehending towards what is actually occurring. Sure, there are definitive things that we can focus on, like the fact that we're either out upon the open sea or the open ocean, there not being much of a difference with no land in sight, as well as the fact that we appear to be upon a haphazardly constructed metal boat, whose seams are barely able to keep a hold of themselves in the crashing waves. However, that does not let us understand what exactly is causing the waves in the first place. If we were to rewind time, we'd find ourselves upon a calm sea under a peaceful sky with the only difference, being a small whirlpool that would be the precursor towards this uproar around the boat. Lightning flashes in the sky, with no clouds being near, and anyone actually manning the boat has either died towards the cause of the smashing tides in the first place, or are fighting amongst the flashes of lightning, all while trying not to become devoured, demolished, and utterly decimated by the beast roiling in the whirling waves. To better understand exactly what is happening here, there is one singular event that needs to be understood, that needs to be explained, and that is the arrival of a creature named Dave. Stepping back from current events and going towards this creature's first appearance in the world, we begin to hear the sound of water slowly dripping across rocky ground. The cavern is utterly silent except for this one constant, its cause feeding channels downwards, sloping towards cracks in the rubble along the floor from broken stalagmites and stalactites. And there, lying on top of something which had fallen over recently, judging from its cracks, is a person, the creature named Dave. His form is fast asleep, either from the impact or from an intoxication, judging from the smell upon its breath. A bright light suffuses into it for a second, giving life towards the pale skin, before it slowly dies down back to the comfortable black of the cave that it's within. Before this moment in time, Dave did not exist in the physical world. At least, not in the reality that he finds himself born into. We do not know whether or not his existence is simply a cosmic joke, or something that is being played out on purpose. All that we do know, is that one moment, the body was not in the cave, and simply formed in the next. The actual earliest time that we know Dave exists, is the interpolation of the memories of J-209, which we'll begin looking into shortly to gain context towards the coming narrative that is being written and hastily trying to keep itself written. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Warning: This story has several things which might turn its readers away. The first is that this story has shifting points of perspective. Don't worry about that previous sentence too much though, as the main character will always have a first person perspective associated with them. However, any other character from which we're viewing the story from will either be in third-person, as we are not necessarily in their shoes at the moment, or in first person, given that the narrator is an actual physical presence within the story. For the most part, chapters will be self-contained with their perspectives, so there will not be an abundance of switching perspectives within the same chapter. The most that an average reader would have to worry about is the fact that perspectives can switch between chapters. The second thing is that the main character is a bit on the 'special' side of things. He's not exactly mentally there most of the time, so there will be some times that his personality or his thoughts do not actively align with his actions. The third, and final thing of importance, is the fact that past the first couple of chapters, nothing has been planned in advance. There are arcs and plots that I want to do, want to implement, or have already been set into motion from our main character's introduction to the world, but the method that I use for my story writing and generating leads towards a bit more random chance being enabled. Basically...there's a lot of dice rolling behind the scenes. To not complicate the story further than its regular LitRPG elements, the rolls will not be publicly available. However, there will be knowledge within the author's notes on whether or not there were positive or negative critical rolls that had occurred within the chapter. You have been warned. Updates: Mondays & Fridays (Schedule permitting) Typical Chapter Length: (2,000-3,000)
