Days had passed and soon it was the day before your birthday. William had been his usual self, going out to work and then doting on you for the rest of the day. Now today was the eve of your birthday and you woke again in an empty bed. You were unsure what would happen tomorrow but you hoped it would be okay. You wanted just to leave the house and do something, to feel the sun on your skin. Maybe you should ask to go for a walk with William, he might accept.

The day took time, it seemed to drag on and nothing made it go faster. In the end William returned while you were reading in the sitting room, some tea in front of you. William sat and kissed your head.

"Good evening" William said, his fingers touching your hand with the book in. He picked it up and played it on the side so he could take your hands in yours.

"How was your day, sweet one?" he asked, running his fingers through yours.

"It was okay" you murmured, William raised your chin so you looked in his eyes.

"Just okay?" he asked, gently caressing your chin.

You nodded and William smiled. "Then tomorrow will be better" he whispered. He kissed your lips gently. "I will make sure it is"

You looked at William, going red again and looking into his dark eyes, the look of lust played in them and you looked away again.

You had dinner and then went to bed, William keeping you close to his chest.
