《You Saw Right Through Me》Planning (Attire)

"Y/N!" Kaede barged into your apartment, making you look up from your book. "Oh, Kaede. What's wrong?"
"Alright, Y/N." Kaede pulled your arm. "Kokichi's busy right now, right?"
You nodded. "He's at work. Why?"
"You have to choose your wedding dress! Kokichi cannot see it!" She grinned at you. "Anyways, those friends of yours that you met for Kokichi's birthday, and us girls are helping you. Well, some of us. Kirumi's busy, as usual, and Himiko, Tenko, and Angie are on vacation in another town."
You nodded. "Okay then. Where are we going?" Kaede put her hand on her chin. "Hm... there are a lot of good places. Hold on."
She pulled out her phone and texted Kirumi. "She says the best places are downtown. Let's go!"
Once you arrived at the store, if it weren't for the walls, you'd be blinded by white. Different styles of dresses, laced, long, or layered, we're hung on the walls. Some were on mannequins, and there were glass cases with necklaces inside.
"Ooh, Y/N!"
"Uh..." You looked at the wedding dress Sakura picked out. "It seems a bit too see through."
"Oh, boss will like it!"
"Sakura!" Blood rushed to your cheeks, your face getting hot. "I-It's also too lace-y!" She hung it back up and sighed. "Well I thought it was pretty."
"Save it for your own wedding, Sakura." Hannah said, looking back at you. "Is there anything you want in particular?"
Maki crossed her arms. "And don't start thinking about what Kokichi would want. He wouldn't care, as long as you're there." Kaede giggled. "I didn't expect you to sound so sentimental, Maki!"
You looked around the store. "Hm..." You traced your finger over the different dresses. "What about this one?"
Kira pursed her lips. "I don't know.. it doesn't real compliment your facial sculpt, you know? And the dress has to match your shoes." You nodded and hung it up.

"What about this one?" Hannah held up a dress. "Mm... Strapless dresses give me paranoia. And I think the skirt looks too plain compared to the torso."
"You need something that lets you move and dance, but also look elegant." Kaede looked up. "Maybe that one."
"The skirt's a little too high for a traditional wedding dress."
Miu held up a dress. "This one will look good!" You turned, expecting a dress that shows way too much skin, but... "Oh my gosh..." You covered your mouth. "It's beautiful..." Miu handed it to you. "Then get changed, what are you waiting for?!" You nodded and went into the dressing room.
"So how does it look?" You walked out of the dressing room and Kaede squealed. "Oh my gosh, Kokichi is going to love it! He'll fall in love with you all over again!"
You scratched the back of your neck. "You think so...?"
"Have you chosen a dress?" The store clerk asked. "Oh my! You look fantastic!" You nodded. "Yes, I have."
She went out to the back and came back with a small bell. "Hold on, let me record this." Kaede pulled out her phone, as well as Sakura, Hannah, and Kira. "Alright, go!"
You held the bell and rung it, sealing the deal.
"Hey Rantaro..?" You opened Rantaro's unlocked apartment, seeing him lying on the couch. "Oh, hey Y/N. What's up?"
You fidgeted with your fingers. "Um, well I need a suit for the wedding, but I'm not sure what exactly I want. Can you help?" Rantaro nodded, sitting up. "Kiyo, Shuichi, and Kaito are here, so they'll help too."
You sat in the front with Rantaro, while the others sat in the back. "Man, why do you live with this guy but don't date him?" Kaito asked. You looked at him in the rear mirror. "You and Maki aren't technically dating yet either."

Rantaro chuckled. "They have all the tea on you, don't they?" You deadpanned. "I don't disagree with him, I'm just adding to his statement."
Kaito laughed. "Well, right back at you, Rantaro!"
Shuichi sighed. "Anyways, Y/N, is there any sort of suit that you want specifically?" You shook your head. "That's the whole reason I asked you guys. I don't even know where to go."
Rantaro looked in the rear mirror. "Kiyo, you've gone shopping for suits and stuff, right? Are there any that have good suits for weddings?"
"Are you asking for me or for yourself?"
"Oh shush, Y/N."
Kiyo grazed his finger under his chin. "Hm... there's a store near a church that I've been to before. Do you wish to see there?" Rantaro nodded. "Sure thing, tell me the directions."
Kaito whispered to you. "Married couple."
"Totally."
Kiyo glanced at you. "Did you say something?" You shook your head. "Not at all."
You arrived at the store and looked around. The suits all lined the walls, with the pairing pants neatly folded in a table. "Oh... so they're that kind of fancy."
"Yeah, it's a wedding." Kaito said. "Just saying, don't wear something like bright red for a tie or bow. It's just too bold. By the way, what's your colour theme?"
"F/C and gold."
Rantaro tilted his head. "None are Kokichi's colour?" You shook your head. "He chose gold. He said it goes with everything."
Kiyo nodded. "I agree. It is much easier to find a pair for gold than anything else, and it is quite elegant." You smiled. "Yeah... So, my suit has to match the theme, right?"
"That's the traditional way of doing it, I think." Shuichi answered. You looked around. "Well..." You walked around the store while the store clerk followed. "This one somewhat matches our colour theme." He pointed to one of the suits hanging on the wall.
"Hm... I don't think it'd really look good on me." Shuichi sighed. "I don't think Kokichi would care, but I guess that's why he's not helping."
"Did you already help Kokichi with his suit?" You asked. Rantaro nodded. "Ryoma, Kiibo, and Gonta were with us. Along with those guys you met up with on Kokichi's birthday."
Your eyes widened in realization. "I forgot to ask them! Oh well..." Rantaro got a suit and held it in front of you. "Hm, I like this one."
You glanced at the back of the store, where Kiyo was standing. "For me, or for Kiyo?"
"Y/N!!"
He handed you the suit. "Just.. decide whether or not you like it!" Kaito went in front of you. "Ooh, I like that one! Come Shuichi, take a look!" Shuichi walked up next to him. "Oh yeah, that one's nice."
You walked up to a mirror and held the suit in front of you. "Ooh... I do like this one."
There was the white blouse underneath, with a F/C coat, gold accents on the sleeves and bottom. "Here, this goes good with it." The store clerk gave you a black tie with gold accents at the end.
Kiyo walked in front of you. "Hold on." He dug into his pocket and pulled out a small clear gem. "Do you think you could sew this to the collar?" The store clerk nodded. "Of course."
Rantaro looked at the gem. "Oh, where'd you get that?"
"I got it from a friend."
"And who's that?"
You sighed. "Rantaro, your jealous is showing." Kiyo turned to you. "Whatever do you mean?" You and Kaito laughed. "Nothing, nothing."
You took out your phone and took a picture of the suit. You sent it to the DICE group chat, that doesn't have Kokichi (named Wedding Planning with Y/N), asking, "Does this look good?"
They all immediate texted back, saying yes.
"Alright, I'll take it."

Of Gods and Dungeons
March 16, 2021 - Hiatus note: I will come back to this story! I'm really struggling with it, though. It's been a number of years and I kind of forgot what the original outline was. I still remember the main path, but not any of the details, because I stupidly didn't write an outline. Progress is being made. I'd like a very decent sized buffer before I start posting again. Don't want to get hopes up only to immediately disappoint! ----- Amy Barnes, an aspiring chemical researcher, finds herself dying from cancer. One of her most desperate prayers is answered in a way that she'd never dreamed possible, and she finds herself living a new life as a dungeon. Warning: Violence, morbidity Cover: Taken from here, courtesy of www.pexels.com by photographer @tookapic. Author's Note: I've read some dungeon core stories on here, and they've tickled my fancy. I've thought up a whole story, start to finish, and thought it'd be a blast to put it into words. Other than the violent and morbid aspects, this story is suitable for children. Aside from the vocabulary, that is. I will avoid the temptation to have any cursing, sexuality, or gore. Excessive gore, I suppose - it is a dungeon story, after all. I’ll do a little research from time to time, but this story will not have a great deal of rigor. I’ve made Amy’s knowledge comparable to my own for that reason. There’s a few things she knows more about than I do, and a few things that she knows less about. Unlike me, she doesn’t have access to Google - it’s a non issue for her to be more knowledgeable than me, on occasion :P This story does not use the same magic system that I’ve used in either Sorcery in Boston or A Summoner’s Confession. This one is mostly intention based, and designed to be easier access for people who are more used to the idea of, “It’s magic, therefore it works” kind of thinking. Do note that Amy is, in most senses of the term, overpowered. This goes along with the usual dungeon core stories. She’s not more powerful than other dungeons per se, but she does have knowledge and intelligence that puts them to shame. I thought about doing this in a LitRPG style, but systems take balance, and I wanted this to be pure fun to write. This story was inspired from a few sources. Despite the title, it wasn’t really inspired by Of Mice and Men, though some of the themes match. Rather, I’ve taken inspiration from a few dungeon core novels on Royal Road Legends for the main idea. Many conventions of dungeon core stories have been perverted from the genre, however. I’ve taken my usual science-loving self to town to play around with the powers, and I can only hope you have half as much fun reading this as I have had writing it.

NEWDIE STEADSLAW Part I
NEWDIE STEADSLAW is a randomized array of Chekhov's red herrings, non sequitors ex machina, run-on sentences, and em dashes—so many em dashes. It's like if the Bible and Shakespeare had a baby that they surrendered to foster care, then it got adopted by Alice in Wonderland and Dr. Seuss—the books, not the people—and then the baby fell down the stairs. In this metaphor, the stairs wrote the story. Part I is the tale of the adventures of Traycup and Roby as they try to hold down a job inside the hollow Earth—a place made possible thanks to the secret science of embargoed relativity—and they get distracted by dancing foxes, a giant's record collection, and something with a train, I think. It's a work of fiction—although to call it work seems insulting to, y'know, actual work—but the fiction label is apt, so, y'know, that's a win. Half the words are made up, and the other half are embarrassed to be seen with them. Part I is complete.

Fake Dating the Bad Boy
Highest rank in teen fiction #7Highest rank in #boyfriend #2Started 28th August 2016 COMPLETED 8th January 2017Not edited(update - I wrote this book when I was 14/15 so I do apologise for any misspelling or mistakes in the book)Olivia Valentine wants revenge on her ex boyfriend, Aaron Black, who cheated on her with, as Liv would like to call her, the blonde haired bimbo who is only popular for her fake boobs, and what better way to get revenge than to date the one and only Cole Williams, the hot school bad boy, who girls swoon over and who Aaron Black just happens to envy. Oh fake date that is.Olivia Valentine, the girl who isn't labeled, by which I mean she is not called the nerd, the slut, the normal student, nor is she the most popular girl in the school, she is just Liv. Many boys fancy her, whilst many girls envy her. Olivia Valentine has it all, the pretty looks, the long silky hair and an extremely rich mother, despite all this, she is most definitely not a horrible, snobby, stuck-up cow, if anything, she is the exact opposite.Okay, so now add Cole Williams into the picture. Cole Williams, the one who is definitely labeled, the one labeled as the hot school bad boy. He practically has every girl just dropping at his feet and he is constantly getting into fights with other jocks. Like Liv, he also comes from a rich family, which is probably one of the reasons why he is an arrogant, cocky, self-obsessed hottie. But deep down he might just have a heart of gold.Liv and Cole have never really spoken because of Aaron, but surely when it comes to getting revenge on Aaron Black, the two can make Parties, high school drama, fights, kisses, cat fights.Your classic teen fiction.
