Its been a three days after the incident and Zhan didn't even leave Yibo on the hospital. With his stubbornness he stayed at the hospital. He keep sitting beside Yibo he didn't have a proper sleep and he was always crying every night.

His parents can't do anymore he became stubborn plus his hormones. He wanted to stay with his husband.

Zhan was sitting on the chair holding Yibo's hands looking at his pale yet perfect face.

"Zhan atlist eat something..." Zoucheng said. He was there watching his brother. He saw how pale Zhan was. He can even see dark circles in him he didn't sleep properly and eat properly.

"Im not hungry cheng...." Zhan said in almost whisper.

He keep looking at his husband hoping that he will open his eyes soon.

"Zhan!!!! If you want to see him wake up soon then eat something. Look at your self!! You're so pale!!

And You're also pregnant Zhan" he said.

Zhan halted. He touched his belly and a tear scape in his eyes. He alm forgot that he is pregnant.

"Im sorry baby." He said whole rubbing his small belly that not yet very visible.

Zoucheng handed him the lunchbox while smile.

"Eat Zhan I dont want to see you also lying on the hospital bed."

Zhan slowly nod and take the lunchbox. Zoucheng prepare his vitamins.

Zhan finished his food and drink his Vitamins.

They were sitting on the couch when a loud beep occupied the whole room.

Zhan trembled and Zoucheng Immediately push the emergency button. Zhan walked to Yibo and hold his hands.

"No!!! Please Yibo be strong. Don't leave me" he cried and hold his hands tightly. The beeb keep ringing and Yibo breathing is slowly falling down.

Zhan cried loudly when the doctors came. Zoucheng pulls him out.

He dont want to leave but he can't do anything. Zoucheng already pulled him.

"Please god save my husband." He prayed while sitting on the waiting area.

"He will be alright Zhan stop crying. Yibo will not be haapy if he sees you in this condition" Mrs. Xiao said.

They immediately came when Zoucheng called them. They drived at the hospital and left the kids with thier nannies.

Zhan hugged his mother.

"Mom I can't..... if I lose him" he sobbed. His mother patted his back.

"He will be alright just trust him. He is a strong man.

He is a fighter Zhan zhan"

"Mom!!!!" They heard a small voices coming towards them.

They saw two little children running with their nannies on their back.

"We're sorry Madam, Sir, they were unstoppable. They're crying saying that they want to see their father" one of the maid said huffing.

Zhan teared up again and went to his children. He hugged them. He didn't seen their angles for three days because he never left on Yibo's side.

"Mommy we missed you." The chorus

"I missed you both too." He kissed them on their cheeks.

"Mom, stop crying now. Dad will not be happy." Ayuan said and wiped his mother's tears.

"I will baby, come here you too seat to mommy" he signaled them to sit on his lap.

They sitted and lean their heads on his chest. Smelling their mom's scent.

Zhan closed his eyes and rocked his body. He feel the warmth of those two angels.

'Yibo please wake up soon'

He whispered.

They waited for the doctor to come out. They stand up when the doctor went out all ready. Zhan just look at him because he can't abled to stand up because of the two on his lap.

"He is okay now his heartbeat are already stable. His body gladly accepted those medications." The doctor said with smile.

Zhan felt relieved as he heard.

"May I know the reasong why his breath suddenly drop down??" Zhan asked

"Maybe something triggered him or dreamed something.

He might be in come but his brain works Mr. Wang. You can know visit him" the doctor bowed and walk away.

Zhan entered the room carrying ayuan with him and aliyah with lan zhan.

Ayuan went down and went to his daddy. "Daddy please wake up now. We missed you already" Ayuan climed on the chair and hold his father's hand with his small hands.

Lan zhan patted Zhan's shoulder.

Zhan leaned on him and silently sob. "I cant afford to lose anyone again lan zhan. I can't......" he sobs and Lan zhan hugged him.

"Sleep first Zhan you need to rest. For you and for the baby hmmmm. Im here" Lan Zhan said.

Zhan slowly nod and layed on the other bed they provide.

Aliyah and Ayuan also joined him on the bed while Lan Zhan sitted at the provided chair.

Lan zhan looked at his twin lying on the bed.

He reach his face and rubbed his cheeks.

"Wake up now didi. You don't know how much your wife worried about you. If you don't wake up sooner I will snatch your wife. Did you know that Zhan exactly look a like my wife???

Its not impossible that he will fall for me because we look alike each also." He jokely said.

Yibo heart rate slightly went high.

Lan Zhan softly smile.

Seeing the reaction of his twin brother he seems hearing everything.

"So wake up soon bodi if you don't wamt me to still you're wife." He said and kiss his brothers forehead.

Wang Yibo already stable but stillness in coma. Sometimes he show some signs but it seems that he wants to sleep more.

Zhan always in his side and also their angles. Ayuan and aliyah always tell him a story.

Zhan also improved his health. But still he can't hold his tears every night begging his husband to wake up already. Just like now he is crying again holding his husbands hands.

But he was in cry when a hand wiped his tears. At first he didn't mind but then he slowly realized what just happened.

With his wide eyes he slowly look and his husband.

His eyes stared teard up again.

He immediately stand up and went to kiss his forehead.

"You're awake!!! Thanks god!! You're awake" Zhan said and kiss his husband.

Yibo smile at him and reach his face. Zhan closed his eyes and he pressed the emergency button.

The Doctors came immediately and checked him.

"He is alright now but he still need some rest. We shot him a sedative and he will awake tomorrow Mr. Wang. We still need to monitor him for several days. He is safe now don't worry " the doctor smile to him and walk out.

Zhan didn't leaved his husband and he was smiling when he fall asleep.
