Storm's POV

I pull away and I'm in shock. I. Kissed. Him. Omg omg omggg. STORM NOVA! YOU JUST HAD YOUR FIRST KISS WITH JOSH CHRISTOPHER! I can't wait to tell Star. I look at him and he's smiling.

"Well um, I wasn't expecting that" he says and laughs a bit.

"I'm sorry. I don't know what got over me. Omg I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to-" I say rambling but was cut off to his lips on mine again. Omg I just had my second kiss with Josh again! His lips were soft, very soft. And the kiss was gentle and sweet. He pulled away and a smile creeped up on my face.

"It's ok. You don't need to apologize" he says and I nod. I sit back and I'm at lost for words. I just did that. Storm....you just DID THAT! Who would've thought I'd be here in this predicament right now.

"If Star didn't come outside that night, do you think we would've kissed?" I asked him. I've been dying to have this conversation with him.

"Yea I think we would've. Unless you didn't want to" he says shrugging.

"I wanted to" I say quietly. He looks at me and I look back at him. We sit there in silence. Wow ok. At least we got that over with. I think my feelings for Josh has grown even more. Only the fact that I met him and we are hanging out. Can they even grow anymore? I'm basically in love with this guy.

"Well now that's over. Can we watch a movie?" He asks me and I nod. I turn my tv on and go straight to Netflix. I scroll through it and came across Stomp The Yard.

"I love that movie" we both say. We look at each other and laugh.

"Well before we start the movie, let's go get some snacks yea?" I say and he nods. We get up and walk to the kitchen. I see a bag of chips on the fridge and jump to get it. Ugh why did my auntie have to put it up so high. As I continue to jump, a hand is placed on my waist and another is stretched over my head and grabs the bag of chips for me. I turn and Josh hands me the bag. I smile and say thank you.

He grabs two cans of pop and some sour patch kids from the cabinet. I grab the popcorn and put it in the microwave for it to pop. As we wait, it's silent. I look over at Josh and see him already looking at me.

"What"

"Nothing?" He says and looks in the other direction. I walk over to him and stand beside me. Man he's tall.

"Tell me. Why are you always looking at me?" I ask him

"I like the view" he says and looks down at me.

"You do?" I say.

"Yea" he says.

"You're my special view" I say

"Neh"he says and we burst into laughter. Man, you gotta love Tik Tok.

The popcorn is done so I grab it and pour it into a bowl. Then we walk back to my room getting settled in. I press play and the movie starts.

While the movie is playing, we shared little moments where our hands are touching the popcorn at the same time. Corny. I know. We would share little looks at each other but not say anything. I honestly don't even know how to feel right now. This is all unbelievable to me. I'm soooo happy I came here.

As the movie is playing, Josh yawns and throws his arm around me. I look at him and burst into laughter.

"You did not just do that" I look at him and he slightly shrugs.

"Maybe I did. Maybe I didn't. It worked didn't it?" He asks and brings me closer to him. I turn my head and smile. Wow, this is how it feels. To be around your crush. Especially the fact that he's famous. I lay my head on his shoulder and his arm goes down to my side. As we continue to watch the movie, I slowly start to get tired. I close my eyes and instantly fall asleep.

Star's POV

I swear Jalen is getting on my last nerve. We were getting along before in my room. But he slowly started to irritate me. Right now we were driving back home because we wanted to go to the store. I kid you not, we stayed in the parking lot for about 20 minutes arguing about who was driving. And of course I won that argument. I looked over to him and see that he's on Live. I seen his lives before. He would play music, not even talk, then end it.

As we stopped at a red light, I bobbed my head to the beat of the song that was playing from my phone where Jalen was picking songs. I must say, Jalen put me onto some songs. I like his taste in music.

"Girl is tripping man" he says under his breath looking at his phone. I quickly turn my head.

"Who are you talking about?" I ask him and he slowly looks up at me.

"You" he says very confidently. I turn my head to my window and laugh. This boy.

"Alright Jalen. You're getting very bold with me" I say to him and laugh. He puts his phone on my phone stand and I look at it. Everyone instantly starts saying hi to me and commenting my name.

"Hey y'all. Guys Jalen has been talking a lot of shit under his breath. He forgot who I was" I say to them and they all put laughing emojis and is agreeing with me.

"Nah guys she's been hella cranky this whole time I been with her. She's literally been nice to me once" He says and I gasp.

"That's not true. I've been nice like twice" he gives me a look and laugh.

"Does that make a difference?" he asks and I shrug.

"Guys ask us questions. While we drive back to my house" I say to them.

"How'd we meet?" Jalen says reading one of them.

"Well we always followed each other on Instagram. But in person, we met at a party" he says. I then take a glance at one.

"He's older by one year. I'm 17 and he's 18" I say. I stop at another red light and sigh. These damn lights. We both look at the phone.

"No we aren't dating" I say rolling my eyes.

"we ain't dating but that's my girl" he says and I look at him. He looks at me and smirks. I don't even have the energy to say something rude. He leans over and kisses my check. I push his head and laugh. I look at comments and they start going crazy.

"Aww thank you babe. I try" I say reading a compliment that said I was pretty.

"Don't gas her head guys" Jalen says and I put my arm up. He flinches like I was gonna hit him.

"You and that slick mouth is gonna get beat up when we reach back" I say pointing at him. Let me quickly get back home so I can beat his ass.

"Yeah whatever. I still gotta deal with you and that smart mouth you had earlier. Don't think I forgot" he says and wave my hand in his face. He grabs my hand and laughs.

"She keeps playing with me guys. She gonna get it" he says and looks at his phone. I take one last glance and see a comment from Sharife. My eyes widen when I read it. He said 'say your gonna give her that pipe😏👀'. I shake my head and wait for Jalen to open his mouth. Say something dumb. I dare you.

"Hell yeah I am Sharife" he laughs and I think for a second.

He's definitely getting his ass beat now.
