I dumped into bronny and immediately tried to avoid him since he avoided he yesterday.

" woah woah y/n " he says grabbing my waist to stop me

" I'm sorry about yesterday ok " he says moving his hands from my waist to my shoulders

I just avoided eye contact.

" come on look at me y/n ... I'm sorry " he says

We were interpreted by Faith saying Corey was waiting for me.

" excuse me " I say not looking at bronny

He grabbed my hand.

" Corey ? " he asked with a raised eyebrow

I just pulled my hand from his grip and left.

At this point i was just trying to get the decorations done.

I went upstairs to Corey and we started blowing up the balloons and setting up the tables.

After a few hours we saw the office open.

It was Mikey and Faith.

" we thought you guys would probably need someone help " Faith said coming in with a few more boxes of balloons

Me and Corey sighed.

" don't worry we're gonna help " Mikey says laughing

We all started blowing up the rest of the balloons when me and Corey went to get a refreshment outside because that's where the open bar was going to be.

" what would you like Corey " I ask him

" lemonade sound about nice right now " he says

I said " alright " and we both got our refreshments and started going back inside.

While going inside I saw bronny just sitting in the living room by himself then suddenly getting up and going somewhere.

I just shook it off and we went back to the office to finish setting up.

After long hours we finally got done.

the party was tomorrow so after we got done setting up people left and everyone else went to sleep.

It's the next day and it's almost 11:30 pm and party has been going on for a couple of hours now.

I was sitting by myself because Corey bailed on me because he said he had an emergency he had to take care of.

I was sitting just having a pink lemonade while sitting down in the crowed house when bronny approached me.

" can i take a seat " he asked in his slick black suit

I just looked at him but then gestured for him to sit.

I just kept drinking my lemonade when he broke the silence between us.

" can we go talk somewhere quieter y/n " he says

I ignored him.

" please " he added

I got up and lead the way. We ended up on a balcony on the second floor where their was no noise and less people.

" hey I'm really sorry ok " he starts off saying

" all good " I say nonchalantly

" then why are you still mad at me " he says holding my hand

I sighed.

" it's fine being busy but you kinda did it harshly .. you kinda just shooed me off " i say

" again I'm- " he started to say

" sorry .. yea i know " i say finishing his sentence for him

" at least tell me what you're doing that's so busy " I ask feeling empty

" i- I'm sorry y/n but " he says struggling to say what he needs to say

" it's fine " I say just starting to walk off

but stopped in my tracks.

" i really wanna make this work you know " I say then walking back down stairs

I saw that everyone was already starting to leave and that Layla & nunu were saying goodbye to the last guests.

I went to change into some comfortable clothes when i heard a knock on my door.

It was Mikey.

I let him in while i went to change in my bathroom.

" omg y/n " Mikey says

" yes " I replied from the bathroom

" who made these little mini bites their amazing " he says with a mouth full

I chuckled and said " I'm pretty sure it was Corey and a chef that was helping out "

" talking about Corey I didn't see him anywhere " he says

I got out the bathroom fully changed.

" he didn't come " I say plainly

" i told you so " he says chuckling

I looked at him at threw my pillow at him.

" woah watch out for my minis " he says eating more

I rolled my eyes.

" sooo " i started to say

He looked up.

" yasmine " I added

He stopped eating.

" we're on a break " he says

" explains a lot " I say

" how about you and Dior " Mikey says

" what about us " I say kinda annoyed he asked that question

" y'all aren't around each other like you usually are.. like you guys were always together back in Cali " Mikey says

" and he'd always call you " Mikey

" lil shorty " I say finish his sentence then giggling

" yea but now he just calls you y/n .. did something happened " he asks

" naw we cool " I say lying knowing why our friendship is on edge right now

" well my mini bites are done I'm gonna dip and get more " he says getting up and leaving my room
