10 Days after the accident
Fortunately, Ahmad arrived, he didn't seem to be kidnapped, or in the same miserable condition, I was.
Did Ahmad kidnap me to teach me a lesson? I thought
"Your brilliant plan went sideways, Don't you think ?!" Ahmad teased as he entered the conference room and sat in one of the seats, while I was on the floor held down by two guards.
Ahmad then explained that his attempt to overthrow Mr Black has failed, and due to the failure, Yilmaz's fortunes and rank had been significantly diminished by Mr Black.
"How many days have I been here ?" I asked agonized without questioning who kidnapped us as I noticed from Ahmad speech that many days have passed.
"Reports of a missing person have been filled for both Wahaj and you as missing, you have been here for a week, in the custody of Diab, as I negotiated this meeting to at least spare your life,"
Ahmad explained as he budged his nose in frustration. "If it weren't for my mother's crying every day wondering if you were alive or dead, I would have left you here to teach you a lesson," Ahmad said in defeat.
All I got from his speech is the person who kidnapped us, "Diab kidnapped his own daughter," I said in astonishment.
"Wahaj didn't mention it," I spoke as I remembered that Wahaj only mentioned the car accident that is why I assumed that when I woke up it was only a day after but since many days have passed then something might have went wrong.
My brain was confused at that second as I tried to tie every information I had to coordinate what I was hearing.
"This is Malik Diab, we are talking about, he unquestionably sold his soul to the devil," Ahmad said as he received a glare from one of the men who were holding me to the ground.
Malik Diab had wealth and power, but he lacked every sense of honour and dignity, and that was why no one worked with him.
But for him to kidnap his own daughter from the hospital, This was a new level even for Diab. It was a particularly sharp slap in the face as I saw the realization of my own ideas come to fail.
Frankly, I knew I deserved this beating for going against Mr Black and Ahmad wishes, but I didn't regret saving Wahaj. Because unlike Diab, his daughter was well warranted for keeping.
Swiftly, the door opened, unveiling the shadow of the wolf. "Ahmad, Ibrahim, I am so pleased to be acquainted with you again," He says with a sneer appearing on his face.
"I heard you became a professor, Ibrahim ?" He chatted casually as I was still held with force by both bodyguards as I sat on my knees on the ground.
"If you were a man with honour, you would rationally talk this through instead of kidnapping your OWN daughter and me," I scoffed at him, but received a look from Ahmad.

He bent down to be at the same level as my head, "I know you saved my daughter from Black," He amusingly said in distress. "Still, you caused her to suffer a little brain injury in the car accident. That is the reason why I had to make my men but you through this." He pointed toward my body that was filled with bruises. I could feel having multiple broken ribs.
Getting into the accident wasn't a bright idea, after all...
"As for my daughter, it isn't any of your fucking business," He said before he glanced at Ahmad, "Or do you want it to be ?" He threatened.
"No, no, of course not," Ahmad cowardly said. "What do you want Diab in exchange for Ibrahim's life," Ahmad knew as well as I that Diab doesn't do anything without a profit.
"Black wouldn't know anything about my daughter or me, because to everyone I am long dead as he shot me in front of Wahaj when I was at the same age as Wahaj" He explained, "But due to your blabbermouth Ibrahim, Black now knows about Wahaj and me," He tells.
My suspicions about Wahaj father being Diab began when Kerem, who was Mellisa's husband at that time, worked as a gardener in the Chamberlin's residence. He then began to distance himself from Mellisa even though he loved her, and eventually, he he divorced Mellisa and married Wahaj.
Kerem then cheated on Wahaj with Mellisa and not a day later, he was killed in a fixed car accident. I found out that the one who fixed it was one of Diab's men.
The same guys that belonged to Diab were seen in multiple parts of the university at first; I thought they were for me, but when I went to Wahaj's house to take Emir with Mellisa and Ahmad. I found those same men; one waiting outside with the car and another man as security.
When Wahaj's grandmother came downstairs, I went through the university records to look through it as it came out.
Wahaj was the daughter of a man named Muhammad, who died in a car accident when he was twenty. The picture of the man that was called Diab matched Muhmmad, the only difference was his hair from black to blonde.
"So what do you want?" Ahmad asks in an impediment.
"To Kill Ibrahim," He says with a laugh smudged in his face. "He destroyed the life I gave to Wahaj since Black will never leave before she dies, now I will take his" He finishes as his voice was deep, calm and I could feel that it sent shiver down Ahmad spin as one of the men hands Diab a gun.
Ahmad stood from where he sat as he tried to stand in front of me as a cover. "Diab, before you betrayed our father, we treated you like part of the family, so please don't do this," He pleaded.

The tension in the room was thick. Ahmad grew uncomfortable.
"Ahmad, unwind," I spoke as I gazed up toward Diab, "He wouldn't have called you here or tethered me for seven days to kill me, he wants something," I concluded.
"Ingenious as always, Ibrahim" He looked back at me.
"May I offer you a glass of Moroccan sweet tea, Ibrahim?" Diab said as he signals for the men to untie me and remove me from the ground that I sat on.
"No need, Get into it," I said hastily as Ahmad assist me off the ground and into a seat.
After my father returned from the war, he came back with Diab in his arms. He treated Diab more like his real sons than us, but never the less we loved him like a brother to us before he betrayed us.
I knew Diab since I was fifteen, and he was twenty-two. He taught me how to get whatever chick I wanted in college even though I was fifteen at that time, how to sneak behind my parents back, how to have friends, how to dress, stuff that I thought I would miss out on since I graduated high school at the age of fourteen.
Diab walked as his men followed, and we followed after them as he guided us to the main conference room and to the head of the Board table. As Diab took his seat, so too did all of us.
"My victories in the past years' conflict and the soaring profits in my business in comparison to yours have shown all of you, I hope, that though I am ruthless in the corporate world, I am fucking lethal in the old ways." His voice grew cold, and he thumped the table so hard with his fist, Ahmad, and I understood the threat in Diab words immediately.
"The document in front of both of you outlines the new boundaries and compensation rates. I ask you to now peruse your new agreement and then to ratify its contents." Diab says as it seems that he wants to get into a negotiation deal with us.
Ahmad was the first to speak. "There must be some mistake. According to this document, you want us to remove half of our shares and give it to you."
"Yes, continue reading," Diab suggests as a smile appears in his face.
I leaned back in his chair and tossed the paper after what Ahmad said. "You want us to trust a person who would kidnap his own daughter and leave her in a cell," I smiled, replying to Diab with the same false politeness. "The man who lied and manipulated my father until he left him with nothing,"
Ahmad looked at me with rage as I knew he wanted this deal because the deal with the black was off and he tried to save the business and he couldn't without the help of Diab, even if he lost half of the company.
"I was only puzzled by one step you did, Why did you kidnap your own daughter away from medical care that she needs?" I spoke in outlook.
"I don't have to answer you, you know that right," Diab spoke. "Since you seemed to have made your decision," He signals for a gun.
One of the men reached for his gun, as his hand found his holster empty.
I toyed with the gun as I spoke, "Looking for this ?"
"How did yo-" The man began as Diab seemed to have a gun under the table he was looking for, but Ahmad reached it first.
Ahmad began to spoke as confident raised in him, "This conflict you started has cost us a great deal more than money, my brother. Instead of growing our business interests and enjoying the spoils of our labour, you have set us against one another."
Diab didn't seem daunted as he kept looking at his watch.
"Diab, I have decided on a new agreement to amend your past," I spoke as Ahmad follows, "Return everything you own to our father and apologize to him."
Diab smirks, "Congratulations, you took the baby guns, but if you do not sign, we can settle this according to the old ways." He says as he touches his watch that sends a heavily armed contingent of Diab's men
Diab looked at both of us, "Are there any objections?"
How didn't I see this coming, it was like messing with a person who knew the played the game before and just bantered with you.
Diab turned to us, "What do you say?"
After a long look at me and without a word, Ahmad picked up the pen and signed the document as one of the men gave me my paper to sign, but I threw it on the ground.
"Do you think a gun, would scare me after I drove myself into a car accident ?" I said directly to Diab.
"No, I don't that is why I will kill your brother," He says as he signals for one of the men to hold the gun on his head.
I defeatedly sign the agreement as Ahmad looked my way.
"I am pleased and honoured to hear you pledge your loyalty to me. But I don't think I can trust you yet, and I believe that the only way to ensure your loyalty to me is also through blood."
"Are you being sarcastic here ?" He says in scepticism, " O-ur trust" I laugh.
Diab shifts uncomfortably in his seat.
"Whose blood do you desire to quench your thirst, Diab?" Ahmad asks.
"Ibrahim," He says.
I grin, "You are deranged ?"
"Well, you signed" Diab smiles devilishly.
An unexpected visitor enters the room at that moment as weapons travelled toward to his direction aiming him down.
