XAVIER POV

people say money is everything so is power. we all are running after money and power, status . it doesn,t matter what we do in the process to achieve it whether we kill someone , take someone right or something else.

But we never understand how poisonous this power , money , status is. .. until we achieve it .

Its like cancer it spread in your veins and you didn,t even know how it affects you until you come to the last stage where your whole body is affected by it and its dead .

Funny thing is cancer kills you and you can atlast rest but this power and money it kills you from inside but doesn,t take your life away so you can rest.

when my father intoduced me to this world and to the brutality of it i didn,t knew what it was back then but i enjoyed when people got scared of me ,when their were many cars and guard's right behind me.

The feeling of being king was great but...........then i grew up and i understood money ,power , this king like feeling is nothing when your heart is empty .

Empty of love ,affection . I think the people who truely loves you and care for you are more important than anything else in this universe.........but its really rare to find such beautiful thing. it is the the greatest power one can have because noone can take it from you.

People who have that are truely powerful and strong and.......me ,i am the most weak person because i don,t have any of it .

 My parents never had the time to celebrate my birthday , graduation and other things that were important for me.

Justin's father was always their for me on my birthdays ,graduations .

He treated me as his son and justin like his brother .

xavier was still thinking when justin came in his office .

"ha , how are you . " justin said to him while entering his office .

"i am fine did you bring the latest news. "justin placed the file on the desk and sat on the chair infront of his table .

"apparently yes i did , paul was the one who bought the drugs from ali ".

paul is my competition he wants my seat so he want to make me weak so he can get it .

"i know that, i am not talking about that i am talking about .." xavier suddenly became quite and sat in his chair. he was looking towards him like a lost puppy who wants his candy.

"what .. what are you talking about . '" justin teased him and had a smirked on his face. xavier knew he was teasing him .

he sat straight in his chair and took out the gun from his waist and put it on the desk with its direction towards justin .

the cool looking xavier was changed into merciless xavier within a second .

"ok ..ok i got it no need to come to kill mode. ....God. .......and beside you cannot kill your own friend ." justin said a bit scared even though he knew he would not do such thing .

"try me " xavier said in serious tone . and opened the saftey lock of his gun .

" " justin said a bit upset .

" " xavier said a little louder.

".... everything is fine she is going to her clinic regularly. she applied for phd in her subject . and nothing else. ....... yeah her parents are looking for a proposal for her beside all that but she ...."

"she would never accept it i know it . she is not ready . " xavier said to him .

justin looked towards him " and how do you know that " he asked him

"noone of your concern " he got up and sat in his office chair behind his table and looked towards the file .

after a while he received the call and after a long wait he answered it .

"what is it mother. " xavier asked seriously justin made himself busy in his work .

"this is how you talk to your mother xavier " his mother scolded him .

"i don,t have time mother what you want . "he said a bit irritated.

"call me mom not mother xavier why do you hate me so much you never come to meet me " she said a bit upset .

"what do you want. ........ talk or i will end the call. " he said angrily.

"fine i just want to tell you jessica family is invited to dinner tonight by your father he wants you to be their you know to......... to talk about engagment . "

"their is nothing to talk to do what you want to do . xavier said .

"i know you are not intreseted and he is forcing you but you know we can,t say anything infront of your dad . "she said sadly.

"i know i wish you could say something ever . beside i don,t care it would have been a business deal for me with her or with someone else. its not engagment .. ........i need to go bye. "

justin looked towrds him "so he atlast forced you for this deal . you would be son in law of second most powerful man and brother in law to paul. "

"i don,t want to talk about it nothing matters to me its only making us strong against other enemies noone could hurt us then . "xavier said

"yeah when you become the son in law of PM who could hurt you " justin said sarcastically.

"but i think that i should tell leo to stop the plan because you are already getting married so we should leave her alone . " justin said a bit angrily .

"don,t you dare justin i will bring her and keep her whether my mistress or servent or wife its mine decision not yours keep out of it . " xavier said angrily .and got up to leave the room

"i need to go for the dinner make the cars ready . " he said while openening the door .

" ..... " justin called him and he stop at the door. " no matter what you do but she is not like someone else in these 3 and half months i came to know her she is not like everyone else so don,t ruin her life "

xavier left the room and closed the door without saying any thing .

at night

xavier reached his father mansion . he was not very interested in this proposal but as always his father forced him for this as he want to become more strong and as his son would become the son in law of prime minster no one will then stand infront of him he would easily do his illegal business.

as he entered the mansion he went towards the dinning hall, everyone was present their.

"welcome son atlast you came now we could start the dinner our guest already waited too long. " his father told him although his tone was calm but xavier could tell how angry he was.

"sorry for being late i had some important matter to handle " xavier said looking towards mr jacob.

"its ok son you are here and i understand businesses. " they all went and sat at the table the ladies joined them .

jassica hugged him and kissed him the moment she saw him and it irritated xavier because she didn,t have shame their parents were sitting their and she was way too clingy and kissing him.

he never liked these stuff for him it was private things which should be not share with the world . even though it was way too common for these people.

"so xavier what do you think about engagment when should we do it . i am thinking about throwing a party. " his father said while eating his dinner.

"yes i would love it but first he have to propose me , which he haven,t done. " jassica said a bit frustrated with his attitude.

"what xavier i think we cleared it last week why haven,t you then ." his father asked him with angry tone.

"honey he just came let him eat his dinner , he might have thought something big. jessica have patience it will be beautiful." his mom said to them because she knew how much upset her son was .

after a while when the dinner was finished and everyone was in the hall except xavier and jassica who went to garden for a walk because their parents insisted they spend some time.

xavier took out the ring box and gave to jassica she was stunt. first she did not know what was it but when she opened the box her eyes sparkled with joy . but then she knew it was not the way to propse to someone.

"are you proposing me xavier. " xavier looked towards her and said to her .

"their is no any use of proposing as you know we would get marry one way or other so its your engagement ring wear it and its most expensive diamond.

although she was rich but she was a greedy bitch who love to have these things and show it off to world she doesn,t care about people or love she just love money.

"thanks darling love it , come lets show it our family .....oh no let me take a picture and post it so everyone know my future husband gave me most expensive diamond. " xavier looked towards her in anger and she knew not to mess with him so she just took her phone and started clicking pictures.

xavier phoned ringed and he picked the call and answered it . the minute he listened to it he became so happy and he had a genuine smile .

"ok i am coming make everything ready ." jassica looked towards him and said .

"you seem happy what happened ,got good news or hit the big deal . " xavier kissed her on the cheek which shocked her

"yes i am happy but its not a big deal its kind of a life deal that i got after 4 months waiting ."
