Mr. Ahmad was a well establish business man but ever since Amaan looked after his business Mr. Ahmad left his business in to his heir's hand and he with his wife came to his country Afghanistan to spend the rest of his life among his people.
Anabia was here too cause she came to visit her in laws.
He was sitting in his bungalow's patio that Zarina his wife approached him.
He sighed and said
'' Its been 21 years since I have given my words to my brother.
I have lost my brother but I haven't forgotten my words.
I have pledged him that I will take care of Arzoo and I will because she is my daughter in law after all''
4 years old Arzoo was running in rain.
She was enjoying the rain a lot Amaan saw her and he ran after her to bring her in because she will catch cold.
But she ran again
They both were enjoying their selves in rain.
Amaan ran after her to not let her to fall or hurt herself.
He was very fond of her and very protective about her.
Arzoo was a shy girl but she would talk with Amaan Anabia Noori and Hamid for hours.
Amaan would pull her hair and she would run after him.
Mr. Ahmad saw this caring nature of Amaan toward Arzoo.
He got a good opportunity to open his hotel in US but for that he had to go there and settle there first.
''Aabid''
Both brothers were having breakfast with their wives.
'' yes brother''
Mr. Aabid replied.
'' look I will not talk to long or give you reasons I will just say it quick.
Mr. Aabid was observing his brother. Somehow he knew where this chapter was going.
He gave an persuading smile to his brother to go on.
'' you know I have got an opportunity to open my hotel in US too but for that I need to go there first and settle there so I will be away from here but one thing I want from you and I hope you will not oppose me''

Mr. Aabid pressed his brother's hand.
'' I want Arzoo's hand for Amaan''
There was a clear silence in the room.
Zarina and Shahla were quite too
Mr. Aabid looked at his brother and said.
'' you know brother I have only one child and I love her
I don't have plenty money but I work hard and give her whatever she wants.
I don't think I can find someone better that Amaan for her.
But she is too young now if I say yes may be tomorrow both of them curse as and deny this relationship then?
Or if they continue this relation may be they will be just husband and wife by name that we are giving them''
He was right though But Mr. Ahmad has made up his mind.
He knew that Arzoo is best for his son.
The impulsive Amaan and calm Arzoo
He knew that only Arzoo can handle his son.
Although it was too soon to think like that but he knew that Arzoo is best for his son.
'' I know what you are saying is right but I also believe that they both or compatible for each other so think about it''
'' how can you say that they are compatible with each other brother?
They are too young to even know the meaning of being one!'' said Mr. Aabid.
'' I am giving you time brother think about it I love Arzoo I know they are best for each other, but I have less than 3 days I will be leaving with my family so before that let me know''
Mr. Aabid gave his elder brother a nod and left to school.
He was a school teacher.
Mr. Aabid kept on thinking. He loves his daughter. He didn't want that his daughter curse him later.
Shahla his wife saw her husband lost in deep thoughts.
She approached him and gently squeezed his shoulder Mr. Aabid looked at her.

'' I know what you are thinking.
And I know you are right in your place , We love our daughter we won't choose bad for her.
But I thought about it too and I have come up to something''
Mr. Aabid gently took her hand and looked at her eyes so she may proceed.
'' Aabid
Ahmad brother is right too
Amaan is a good boy and he is also your brother's son
We know his family we can trust them regarding to our child's future.
Tomorrow we have to give Arzoo's hand to someone whom we don't know or they don't know as
So why not Ahmad brother and Zarina's son?''
Mr. Aabid deep sighed and rested his head on his chair.
They didn't talk about it again they had their dinner silently and retreated to their bed.
Both were lost in their thoughts.
Mr. Aabid agreed to his brother's proposal.
They had a small family get together and maulvi had a khutbah and spread sweets for their son and daughter's engagement.
He remembered all this like it happened yesterday.
When he got the news of his brother and his wife's dead he couldn't attend the funeral cause of passport issues.
He was beyond shattered, he couldn't see his brother and his wife's face.
They bodies were unrecognizable cause of the attack but Mr. Jamil and his other relatives recognize him because of the DNA samples but Arzoo was not harm much.
She had only few bruises which were not deep.
They reason why she wasnt hurt much was that, she was playing with some toys in her uncle ( Mr. Jamil's shop ) while her parents left to buy some groceries for their home when that suicide bomb blast happened, the shops windows blow away with the blast and the mirrors hurt her a bit but a big piece of mirror hurt her left leg which left the scar till today.
But what shattered her the most was when she saw her parents blooded and unrecognizable faces,
While everyone tried not to show her but she saw it and that was it.
That put her to an undoing trauma; it shattered her innocent soul,
It made her wholly faint-hearted and agitated of everything around her.
While Mr. Ahmad was heartbroken, they were just two siblings.
They were very close to each other.
At the time of his brother's lose he couldn't take Arzoo with him cause of tangible reasons.
She was his son's fiancé and when they are not in legal nikah they can't live under one roof.
And Mr. Jamil knew it, so he and his mother took her under their shelter and treated her like their own child.
But still Mr. Ahmad and his wife Zarina were aware of her health and everything but they couldn't support her financially because Mr. Jamil told them to not to since he believed her like his own daughter so he will not accept any other kind of support regarding to her.
And now he was in his country too but Amaan stayed their cause of his chains of hotels which were expanding genesis of Amaan's hard work.
A knock on the door broke his chain of thoughts.
Knock
Knock
He opened the door only to see his daughter panting and panic and fear was visible in her eyes.
He got panicked too
Before he could ask, his daughter said the words which made him shiver and his knees were almost losing his balance.
