Wedding preparations was on full swing. Hoor fell into comfortable routine. But she has started to miss her parents terribly. It has been nearly 6 months now that she has met them. She has stopped video calling them also as it increased her desire of seeing them in real. She hadn't bought anything for the wedding just told her mother to bring her clothes of her sister's wedding. Her parents were coming on wedding but didn't told her exact date as it was her brother's mid terms. Her oen exams ended just a day back. She was at least relieved that she will get to meet them soon.
Things between her and Zaydan was same and literally she stopped hoping for the things to be alright between them. She knew her life was planned by the Almighty and he is the best of the planner.
Wedding was in a week now. Everything was done. She had decided the decorations and themes with the wedding planner as it was her boss's son (also her boss was her father's friend as she has got permission for job only because of that).
She entered the house exhausted. But she became alert when she found no one in the living room. All lights were dimmed which was very unusual. And no one was in the garden neither in the living room where they would chill around at this time.
As she entered further inside, suddenly all the lights were onn making her eyes blind but the next second she became deaf for a second as everyone yelled.
"Surpriiiiiiiiiiseeeeeeee."
She took a second to register everything. And when she saw her precious family standind there with bright smiles without thinking anything she runned towards her mother and launched herself in her mother's embrace.
"Ammi...I missed you." She was crying with hiccups now. Everyone was staring at them looking at mother daughter's love. Her mother detached her and kissed her head lovingly. Hoor than turned to her father who was looking little offended as to why he was second in meeting her but one look at his daughter's face and he engulfed her in bear hug. She cherished the moment inhaling the scent of home.

"Ham bhi aye hai sath." Her siblings said together. She turned towards them and shared a group hug with them.
"Hooooooor." She froze at the words. She turned towards the little body who was now pulling on her shalwar slowly turning around she picked up the handsome boy in her arms and engulf her nephew in the strong hug. Hadi hid his head in his aunt's neck.
"He...he...kn...knows mee." Without controlling her tears Hoor exclaimed to her sister. She was not ready to detach herself from him.
"Areee bhai apne Ammi abbu ko kya khada rakhne ka irada hai." Her Khala tried to ease the situation. All of them settled down. Hadi was still clutched to Hoor who was memorising his features from every angle.
"Ohhhh myyyy goooood Ahmer bhai is also crying." Safiya screeched on which everyone's attention turned towards Ahmer.
Mumbling incoherent words he wiped his tears with his sleeves and glared at Safiya who was laughing his heads off on him.
"Ahmer hmae nhi pata tha tum itne sensitive ho". Fajar decided to tease him more.
"Mai koi sensitive nhi hu wo to bas kuch chala gaya tha aankh me." He said innocently.
"Jhooot maine khud dekha apko Hoor api ko dekh kar rote hue." Safiya screamed at him. Ahmer glared at her in return.
"Ha ro raha tha mai apni behn ko dekh kar. Tumhe kya taklif hai. Motiiiii." Everyone awwwed at his brotherly love for Hoor and he scratched the back of his head.
Zaydan noticed all of this standing against a pillar in the corner of the hallway. He still was amused at his family's concern towards Hooriya. They sure were smitten by her to do this much for someone just like him. He shook his head and went to meet her parents.
Hoor was talking animatedly with her siblings and Hadi. Her brother in law was not coming due to his business but sent her sister of which Hoor was very thankfull to him.
"Assalamualaikum." Everyone went silent on Zaydan's arrival. Who started to greet her parents and bent down in front of her mother to take blessings who patted his head in return. Hoor's form which was sitting beside her mother frozed at its place and her heartbeat quickened as he bent down towards her mother. His scent engulfed her for a second.

"Bhot achi tarbiyat ki hai bhai sahab apne apni beti ki." Junaid Jahangir stated making Hoor blush.
"Bas kya batae Bhai sahab. Apko to pata hai beti k baap ko phoonk phoonk kar kadam rakhne padte hai. Wo to hm bhot ahsan mand hai k ap logo k ghar me reh rahe hai warna aj kal akele rehna kitna mushkil ho gaya hai ladkiyo k liye." Hoor and Zaydan both looked at each other at his sentence. Except them no one knew about Hoor moving out. They averted their eyes at his father's voice.
"Aree ap to sharminda kar rahe hai. Hoor to bilkul hmari beti jaisi hai."
After that conversation went on swiftly.
It was near midnight when Hoor was sitting with her parents talking with them of everything and nothing. She was about to bid them goodbye when Rehman sahab called her.
"Hoor hame pata hai tumhari padhai shuru hai or tum abhi choti bhi ho lekin hmne ye faisla bhot soch samaj kar kiya hai." He looked at his wife for a second who nodded in assuarance and again turned to Hoor who was looking confused.
"Kya bat hai abbu hm samje nhi."
"Apke liye rishta aya hai. Or ham sabko ladka pasand hai. Hmare dost ka beta hai bhot ache log hai. Ap janti bhi hai use. Shadi nhi bas mangni ka keh rahe hai agar tum raazi ho warna ham mana kar dege."
Shocked. Surprised. Hurt. And she finally turned into stone registering her father's words. She didn't knew what to say. She couldn't think straight. Her mind was getting hazey with all those information but she composed herself.
"Hmne kabhi apke faisle ko inkaar nhi kiya hai Abbu. Apko jaisa thik lage ap waisa kijiye." She spoke and looked at her parents faces who were grinning with teary eyes. She could die thousand times just to see them happy.
"Lekin hmari 1 shart hai. Apne kaha tha na agar hm yha comfortable nhi hai to hm akele shift ho sakte hai. Hm hmare college or office k paas hostel ya apartment me shift hona chahte hai."
She slowly looked at their reaction who looked confused.
"Lekin beta yha kya problem hai?" Her mother enquired her.
"Koi baat nhi beta ap jaha comfortable ho ap waha reh sakte ho." She slightly smiled at her father who without any question agreed with her knowing she must have some reason.
Her father than kissed her forehead. "Hmara maan rakhne ka shukriya beta." She just nodded and ran out of the room not able to control her emotions anymore. She was walking to her room slowly in trance like a dead soul.
Zaydan who just finished his work exited living room and walked towards his room when he saw Hoor walking in the corridoor in trance, tears flowing down her cheeks. He got startled at her condition concern written on his face.
"Hoor..." He called her lovingly.
Hoor looked at him with so longing and loving expression that he flinched at her closing his eyes for a second but looked at her again to memorize her features. Hoor looked at him as if drinking his features for the last time. It was the first time she looked at him for so long. Hoor's expression began to scare Zaydan it was the first time she was looking this much vulnerable. He couldn't utter the words to ask her anything as if dreading to listen het part.
Without saying anything Hoor moved towards her room. Locking from inside she fell on prayer mat crying her heart out infront of 'The Rehman'. If this is whats written in her fate she will embrace it wholeheartedly but her heart, her heart was not ready for this. She hasn't moved onn from her past how could she when every fibre of her body was screaming for him. How can she think of marrying anyone else when she couldn't forgive him. How can she destroy someone because of her.
Her thoughts drifted to the unfatefull night which caused her this much.

Berries, Boars, and a Boy (A How to Train Your Dragon Fanfiction) (Snotlout/OC)
"In a lot of ways, Snotlout is very much Spitelout's son," said Freda. Torben did not need to see her face to hear in her voice that she wanted to say more. "One can hardly help but notice," he said when she didn't immediately continue. "But," she added hesitantly. "In more subtle and quiet ways he is much more my son." Torben turned his face toward the sun, the heat of it warming his skin though his world remained dark. "Even without my sight I could see that. Why else do you think I would encourage and allow his frequent visits here." --- He was brash, cocky, and way too self-confident for it to be real but he had gotten her out of the tree. She was older than him, taller than him, and had an annoying habit of seeing through his bluffs but she had stitched him up. What happens when Sigyn and Snotlout strike up an unusual friendship? And what happens when Snotlout goes away to The Edge with the other Dragon Riders and she stays behind? Will their friendship remain intact, fade away, or possibly change into something neither was expecting? Just see if I don't make a Snotlout fan of you by the end. Story told from both Sigyn and Snotlout's POV.
