《How To: Get More Reads On Wattpad》Get Them Fast!

So this is something I used to do when trying to get more followers but I think it can help get readers as well.
When you make an account on Wattpad, the first person you follow is the Official Wattpad account (I think this is still the case). So if you ,as a writer, are looking for new readers- look at the newest followers of the Wattpad account.
People that have just made an account probably will be new to Wattpad and will have an open mind about books. If you follow them first and leave them a nice message greeting them to Wattpad, they will most probably check out your account and your books.
Unlike older readers on Wattpad, if your book is the first book they read on Wattpad they will be more likely to comment and vote because they're excited- this may be a whole new reading experience to them.
Only con of following new accounts to Wattpad is that sometimes they will just ignore you because they are too busy either sorting out their account or they have already found some books to read.

Kellan certainly wanted to, and while he pursued college to seek out a career he saw himself enjoying, something felt inexplicably empty about his life. So when a decidely sinister force kidnaps him and the prettiest man he's ever seen saves his life and offers him his wildest dreams, Kellan becomes the shopkeeper of a mysterious, dimension hopping shop, complete with a system that helps him acquire items. abilities, materials, and other cool shit to stock it with, as well as some other neat perks. Will Kellan become a boring overpowered MC, like the kind from web fiction that he reads to sate his boredom? Will he keep his generally kind, sweet nature despite the shit he's gone through and will go through, or will he inexplicably become a scary, violent, irrational arrogant douchebag? Will he use his newfound abilities to explore the multiverse and improve the lives of himself and others, or will he become his own antithesis, a purely mercantile jerk obsessed with money and profit, with no concern for anything that doesn't help or hurt his business?
