Day Thirty-Nine.
Verses: "'For we live by faith, not by sight.'"
2 Corinthians 5:7
Wow. That verse hit me hard. Living by faith is really hard when we can't see the end. We can't see our struggles turning into our strength. All we see is: pain, death, depression, hurt, sadness, etc. But God sees how He can use our pain and turn it into something beautiful for His kingdom. But living by faith and not sight is hard. But we have to hope that good can come from our struggles and pain. We have to have blind faith in God. We have to look above our struggles and focus on God. When we let go and let God, amazing things happen.
For the past two years, I have been battling with unbearable chronic pain. I finally have my answer to what chronic illnesses I have. I have: fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis. Also I have realized I am depressed. Now more than ever, I need to put my faith and hope in God. Now that I have my answer, I need to: let go and let God.
Maybe right now, you are really struggling. Maybe you are battling a chronic illness, mental illness, or horrible circumstances. No matter what you are going through: we can always put our faith and hope in God.
I know it's easy to doubt God or get angry at God. I have doubted and been angry at God a lot but I am tired of doing that. Right now I need God's help to help me through life with chronic illnesses. I am sure, right now, you could use God's help as well.
Here is some of God's promises to us:
God will love you forever. (Psalm 136:1)
God will never leave you. (Hebrews 13:5)

God will comfort you. (Isaiah 49:13)
God will help you and always be there for you. (Psalm 121:1-2)
God is always faithful. (Psalm 33:4)
God keeps His promises. (Deuteronomy 7:9)
We have to remember: God is good even when life isn't't. Even when all we see is pain, we can lift our eyes to God. God will give up us hope. God will help us through whatever we are going through. God loves us and He is always here for us.
We CAN have blind faith. We CAN live by faith and not by sight. We CAN let go and let God. How? Just by stop focusing on ourselves. By instead focusing on God and all His promises. Because when we lift our eyes to God: we will see His grace, love, goodness, joy, hope, peace, rest, guidance, comfort, encouragement, and so much more.
All we have to do is: grab His hand and focus on Him.
He can't wait to help you and show you all His goodness.
Prayer:
Dear God,
I am really struggling right now. I need your help. I can't do life on my own. So please grab my hand and help me through this. Help me focus on you. Help me lift my eyes above my circumstances and focus on you. Help me live by faith and not by sight. Help me let go and trust in you. Help me to have blind faith in you. I know you are so good God so please help me focus on you and all your goodness.
I thank you for all my many blessings and for Your Son.

The fact that he was being banished to a virtual purgatory hadn't even came accross his mind. All he wanted to do is forget everything and start over, and he may just be getting his wish.

On the good side, he got kids, well there's three of them and he can reunite with his wife - speaking of which, the four were the masterminds. This story is randomly written. Have vague ideas on how it should end. This story is present at first on scribble hub, doing my best to catch up.
