Day Twelve.

Verse: "'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord , 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'" Jeremiah 29:11

Maybe right now, you are going through some storms. Maybe you feel hopeless, worthless, and just don't know what is going to happen next. Maybe you feel far away from God. No matter what storms you are facing, God is here telling you: "Keep going. I have an amazing plans for you. Don't give up. I am right beside, grab my hand and we can walk through this storm together."

These past eight years, have been rough to say the least. I have been battling mental illnesses and now chronic illnesses. My grandma passed away this week, which has been hard on my whole family. But thankfully the new arthritis medicine I have been taking, has been helping. My physical pain is SO much better! Praise God! Thank you Jesus! My physical pain is not gone but it is so much better.

In life, terrible things happen: mental illness, chronic illness, or losing a loved one. God never promised we would have any easy life. But He did promise we would be with us, every step of the way. (John 16:31-33) He did promise that He has an amazing plan and purpose for our life. (Jeremiah 29:11).

God wants you to keep going. Never give up! He will be there to guide you, always. All you have to do is grab His hand.

Maybe you don't know God's plan and purpose for your life, that's okay! Start praying to God for Him to show you His plan and purpose for you. He will show you, in His timing.

I feel like I am right where God needs me. I feel like God's plan is purpose for me is to write devotions, go to college, build my ministry: "Jesus Saves Ministry", and be a light in this world for Him.

If you would have asked me when I was 13 what God's plan and purpose for me is, I would have laughed in your face and tell you that I hate God. But now, I am a whole new person because of God and His plan for me.

God didn't change my circumstances but He did change my heart. Now I am living for Him! Yes I would have loved not to have mental illnesses or chronic illnesses, but those circumstances have made me get real with God. Now I have a close, real, and personal relationship with God.

Maybe God won't change your circumstances but He will change you!

Just remember that: God has a plan for you. God has a purpose for you. God loves you. God is always here for you. God just wants you to grab His hand, and He will lead the way.

Prayer:

Dear God,

I pray that you show me, in your timing, your plan and purpose for my life. I pray that as I come to you, that you grab my hand, and lead the way. I will follow you Lord, just lead the way. Help me build a close, real, and personal relationship with you. Help me to always have hope.

I thank you for all my many blessings and for Your Son.
