《10 Facts That You Don't Want to Know》Top Six Phone Stories

Why so mean Google? *sigh* looks like I have to use Yahoo from now on (∩︵∩)
Hello! This is the chapter that I was going to make/upload before the Marina Joyce thing. (Had nightmares, still have no clue what the truth is.) I also want to say I am really sorry if this chapter is not good enough. For some reason I reaaaaaaly hate it but I'm still gonna post to see if anyone likes.
Before I get to the chapter I wanted to make an announcement. I will be fixing up my old chapters. I feel like the newer chapters are sooo much better. I will be adding pictures, sources (I didn't in some chapters), and maybe some extras like I did in my last chapter with that clown. *shudders*
I also wanted to say that someone has requested short random scary stories. I was gonna do it but decided to do that for my last chapter. If I do it right, it might be a good way to wrap up this pandora's box of a book. Did that last sentence make any sense? I hope it did.
This chapter will be about phones. From rituals to go into a demon world to apps that make me incredibly angry, this is the Top Six Phone Stories, SUCKA!
Anyway, a year or two ago my brother and I were watching TatsTopVideos. We were watching a video about rituals and for some reason two of them stuck with me. (Doing more research I realized that people seem to think the rituals are connected.) It was called
T̷͈̯̟͔̟ͤ͊̈́̇̿ͨ̊̋̐ȟ̈͏̣̩̥̭̳ͅȩ̱͎̃̈̂̀͆̊̀̕ ̸̳̂̋̿B̞̼̓͋ͬ̆́̌ͨͅL̂̾̿҉͚̺͎̖ͅͅͅḀ̠̲ͫ̓͑̾̚C̶̨̢̭̖̬̼̣̑͊̍͑͛ͥͤ͗K̀̅ͣ͊ͬ͑ͭ̀̚҉͚̱̘̺͇͎ ̬̺̳̮̫̋ͨ̀̐̐̇́͠P̷̨͚̹̥̝̆̒ͯͧ͢H͖͚̥̟̲ͯͪ̌ͩ̀́͘͞ͅͅO̺̜̘̲̙̗̖͆̿̃̓͋ͬ̔͋N̈͏̴҉͚͓̻̱͙̣͖ͅĘ͇̹̮͍͚̏ͬͬ̓̓͟ ͚̺̥̻̘̻̿ͯ̋̔͋R͖̰͖̫̼̟̲̆̄̾ͬͯͮ͜i̡͙̜̮ͤͮ̂͛t̶̝͚̙͖͙̼̫̾̒̋͒ͪͧ̎̋͟͝u̐̓̽̏ͩ̇͢͝͏̺̯̖ạ̲̱͉̇̿̂ͨͨͩ̎l̵͔͈͖͙̦̫ͪͬ̂́̈͂͛͝.
AKA Distortion Room
The ritual centers around a black, old, dial telephone. What you need to do:
Be alone in an empty house. All the lights need to be turned off, except the room that the ritual is being done in. The house must at least have four rooms. Shut all doors and close all the curtains. This ritual will not work if you have any items to ward off spirits/demons like salt. After doing certain things such as quietly moving to different rooms and using the phone to call different numbers, you will end up in the distortion room. To check if you did the ritual right you open the curtains. If the windows are black, you have succeeded. To get back, you need find a piece of paper with a number, repeat that number in your head, and burn it once you reach the real world unless you want to be dragged back. It is said that you will encounter strange and unfortunate events after the ritual is complete.

I know it looks like a normal ritual (if rituals can be normal) but it scares me because of the ritual I said it was connected to. Apparently it's an alternative to the elevator ritual. The ritual that people believe could have killed Elisa Lam. If you don't know who Elisa Lam is don't worry. Just google it or wait till I make another chapter. I feel like I should make an entire chapter or book on her mystery.
(P.S The second I searched "phone ritual", chrome glitched and started thinking everything is Malware. My brother searched it as well and nothing happened)
.
If this number popped up onto your cellphone, would you answer?
A colorado resident got a call from this number and later 48 messages from different numbers all saying SATAN. Other people have been getting calls from the same number and reported being harassed. The number has told people that "They're gonna die in three days", "Watch your back" and other threatening things. Every single time someone tried to call the number back it was unavailable or disconnected.
While it is most likely a prank I really want to know. Are you brave enough to answer?
"Has anyone ever gotten weird phone calls everyday?"
YES! I was gonna put an online story but I couldn't find an interesting ones or any stories that didn't sounded made up so I decided to share a personal story. About a year ago, my house phone would get weird calls from a weird phone number. The first call we got we didn't pick up and left it to voice message. It was just heavy breathing. We thought it was a wrong number or something so we left it alone. Two or three days later we got a different call at the same time. Once again we ignored.
But whoever it was kept calling...
A couple times it was the sound of a baby cooing or something, the rest of the time it was just silence or breathing. We kept getting the same phone calls for an entire month. My brother wrote the number down and tracked it to some huge house in Cali I think. Eventually my dad picked up and a lady screamed at him in some foreign language. My mom translated it to "MY SON WHERE ARE YOU" and we never got another call.

Me: Hello?
Other guy: Hey what you up to?
Me: Uhh...nothin
Other guy: Muffins?
Me: Nothing
Other guy: Muffins???
Me: Nothing!
Other guy: MUFFINS?!?!
Me: NOTHING!
Other guy: Kay seeya.
Some random person called me and said this. "The worm is in the giraffes asshole. What's 2+2?" I said "uhhhh, four?" They said "correct" and then hung up. The number was from an area code that was like half way across the country.
Long ago, before cell phones, after working all night a call woke me up after being asleep just a few minutes.
A male voice I didn't recognize said, "I'm going to kill you". That woke me up pretty quickly.
After a few minutes of his explaining why, I asked. "Who were you calling?"
Surprised, he asked, "Isn't this ...so and so...?"
"No"
He said. "Oh, sorry, wrong number" and hung up.
The phone call that stands out most in my mind is the one I received while I was waiting in the airport for my flight to Israel. I had gone through a second round of security screening right at the gate and was killing time in the secure area. My phone rang, I picked it up, and all I heard was a computerized voice saying, "Goodbye." A fraction of a second later, alarms started sounding and lights started flashing. I was a little freaked out, admittedly! Turns out, an airport employee went through an incorrect door. As for the call, I'm pretty sure it was just an automated telemarketer-type phone call. Weird timing though!
This was a weird call that a 911 dispatcher picked up a while back. Mr.Nightmare's "6 Shocking & Freaky 911 Calls" was the video that I found this call in so I'll leave a link in the sources.
Caller: Yeah my dog was killed here recently. I don't know what it was , whatever it was, it's running, but whatever it was it was standing up. I'm out here looking through the window I don't see anything. JESUS CHRIST!
Dispatch: Sir? Hello?
Caller: Get somebody out here!
Dispatch: What's going on now sir? Do you see him now?
Caller: That SOB is about 6 ft 9. Yes, I'm looking right at him.
DIspatch: Uh oh. Hang on... Is he in your yard sir?
Caller: Yeah, god he's big
Dispatch: Ok. What is he doing in your yard?
Caller: HE'S LOOKING AT ME
This is creepy as well as lose your faith in humanity kinda thing. Here is a collection of apps that apptualy exist (I'm so sorry for that one pun came out of nowhere and I love it :)
Butt Analyzer:
Take pictures of people's butts to see how attractive the app rates it. Cause that ain't weird.
Hot Asian Girls Photos:
Oh dear god what do I even say. I'm not gonna search this. Do your own research...
Spy Camera Phone:
I cannot see how anyone would be able to use this for their own sick needs. '.;.';.'.;.';.'.;.';.';.'.;'.;';;.;'.;.';.'.;.'.'.;.'.;'.;.'.;.';.'.;.'.;.';.'.;.';.'.;.'.;.';.'.;.'.;.';.'.;.'.;.';.;'.;.'.;.';.'.
Sorry for that puddle of punctuation. It's just the sarcasm dripping off of that sentence.
Oh look! Not only can you analyze people's butts but you can analyze people's faces as well.
Yay for Yanderes. Today is a day to rejoice. Track your hubby down at all times and try to catch him in the act. It's a good defense against the blackbook.
An app for cheaters to hide names, text, and phone calls... yaaaaaaay. Hurt your S/O in style with this app.

Memories of the Fall
This is a story about two sisters, Jun Arai and Jun Sana, and their friends, Juni, Ling and Shu who make their living as members of the Hunter Bureau, an organisation dedicated to dealing with the terrifying flora and fauna endemic to their home Great World. When they get dragged into a grand scheme to unpick the ancient secrets entombed within one its foremost forbidden zones in their world, the Yin Eclipse Mountains, they must all try to survive the dark machinations, eldritch undercurrents and the echoes of a terrible conflict trying to re-emerge into an unsuspecting cosmos that had rather hoped it was done with that kind of thing a few eras hence. So please come join Arai, Sana, Juni, Ling, Shu and the rest of my cast as they journey through strange lands, meet all kinds of unusual beings and unravel some of the power and glory of a land time tried very hard to forget. I promise terrifying mushrooms, angry snakes, confused gods, even more confused cultivators and much, much more! Update schedule: (02/6/2022) As chapters are done, sorry. Progress: Currently up to old chapter 13-15. Chapter 24(or 25)/13, Parts 1 & 2 will be the end of the rework. Part 2 has been temporarily delayed due to me getting a frozen shoulder in the middle of June, which has been very slow to properly clear up. It is getting better, though, but Shoulder/neck is the worst set of muscles to have issues with ;( You can currently pick up most story threads after the rewritten chapters, starting from chapter 13-14 (old) Genre-wise, this is a bit hard to pin down. It's technically a Xianxia (because cultivators!), but it also veers towards Xuanhuan and has more traditional High Fantasy elements and a bit of Gods and Monsters and All Myths Are (on some levels) Valid. It also has a fairly large, ensemble cast, so if multiple point's of view are not your thing I am sorry. It won't ever really be considered 'grimdark' by any real measure of that definition but it does go to some complicated and fairly places dark occasionally, which I will note in author pre-chapter notes when expedient!. About the Author I mainly write fiction for my own hobby, it makes a nice change from academic scribbling! I started writing this quite a number of years ago. It has grown somewhat organically out of a bunch of different interests in all kinds of Mythology, World Building, Drawing Maps, Archaeology, Anthropology, History and Epic Fantasy fiction into what it is today. So I hope you enjoy the story and thanks for reading! Other stuff The cover is made by the author, using photos taken by the author. There is a Discord Server- Please come and chat, but beware of spoilers.

Vampire Life: Sara
This is a short story based on the character from my main book that is still in progress. The question that caused me to write this and other one to come was simple.... if you can't die, live forever, and interact with the human world, what do you do when something happens that you can't anticipate. In this book, Charles gets hit by a car.

The Cyclical Nature of Time
A girl’s life ends unexpectedly early, or so it would seem. Instead of eternal nothingness, she wakes up in an empty valley with no clue how she got there. Taking her predicament in stride, she sets out to do something about it. Unfortunately for her, the first couple of people she meets aren’t much help. They claim they haven’t heard of electricity and dress as if they were on a break from their job at a Viking-themed amusement park. MC is a somewhat normal girl. She's pragmatic and not very angsty. The story is tagged with anti-hero, but to be clear, she is not a villain. She does good if she can, she just isn't morally motivated to do so. The story starts out smelling of fantasy but will eventually shift towards sci-fi. It contains some supernatural elements and has a strong lead, but it is not your usual power trip. Expect a story that takes its time, but not to the point where entire chapters are spent on mindless chit-chat. I’m not into that. This is my first serious attempt at writing and I've learnt a lot writing this. Unfortunately, that shows. Chapter 1-10 is slow and rather pointless. Things get better, but it is not until chapter 25 or so that I began understanding how to structure chapters and to make them support the larger story. I publish about 3000 words a week (every sunday) but I write about 10000 words a week. Sticking to that pace, which is easy, the last chapter will be out by July.

The Kodoku Game
In Japanese folklore, there once existed an ancient technique among alchemists for harvesting the strongest poison known to man. A poison so vicious, so horrendous, that a single drop could incapacitate an entire nation of humans, several times over. A poison so intense that a single drop could turn the tides of a war on its head. As potent as it appeared however, this poison could be harvested from the blood of a single insect alone- an insect the alchemist’s called the ‘Kodoku’. As lucrative as was attaining this poison however, the problem lied in identifying this insect- its appearance, shape and size changed from region to region and from continent to continent. Sometimes it took the appearance of a ladybug and other times a horned-beetle. In order to determine the identity of this special insect the alchemists came up with an ingenious method. They created an impregnable jar of clay out of the best sandstone they could find and placed hundreds of different insects into the same jar. The jar was made with such great mastery that it allowed no insects to escape and allowed no objects to enter. The laws of nature dictated that the insects would remain together in the jar forever. However, it turned out that as time went on, the insects’ hunger for food and power caused them to turn against each other- one insect ate another until only one remained. This sole insect contained a poison that far surpassed that of all the others and became stronger as it ate more and more insects. The alchemists at this point had succeeded in identifying the Kodoku and could extract it’s poison as long as they continued to feed it regularly. Although this folklore ends here, the actual story does not. One day, as the alchemists cheered in joy of having identified the Kodoku they so eagerly wanted, they forgot to close the lid on the very jar that was considered to be completely impregnable. This small gap was just large enough for the Kodoku inside to crawl out. Famished from not having been fed for weeks, the Kodoku ended up eating the very alchemists that nourished its growth until not even the bones remained. Yet, the Kodoku’s hunger didn’t seem to subside in the slightest. So it traveled to the next village and began eating whatever it could find there. Its poison made it unparalleled in strength and slowly but surely it began to dwindle down the population of the entire city. Yet its hunger only continued to grow. So it traveled to the next city over and ate all it could there. Very soon, the Kodoku couldn’t find any more food to eat. There was no one left to eat and no one left to spectate. So it stood there, by itself pondering what possibly was left to eat that could satiate its hunger. But there was one thing left that Kodoku realized it had never eaten. Itself.
