It all happened in slow motion.

Kayden used his arms and hands to press against the firm mattress to lift himself up, turning his body abruptly to the closed door.

He almost fell but caught himself before he reached the ground by holding onto the edge of the bed. Kayden's mind was dazed but he knew something was wrong and if he moved any slower, he'd blame himself for the rest of his life.

He grasped the door knob, pulled it down and yanked it open but only enough for him to get pass. Seconds later he was in the hallway, stumbling to keep himself from falling but running in the process. Chris caught on late as he kept the lit blunt between his lips, following after Kayden with a gun he snatched up off the nightstand.

He loved DayDay as a cousin but Kayden was his nigga for life. He defended and protected him through life's toughest obstacles. Chris knew how much Kayden loved Gina. So if DayDay had to die, DayDay would die without a thought to process.

Kayden rushed up to the closed door, almost tripping past it but kept his balance merely. He closed his eyes, contemplating on how he would react to whatever he seen inside. Gina told him once to think before he does.

But once Chris cut the corner from his room with a metal shiny gun fit for Kayden's taste, he knew he had one option. He knew Gina would never betray him. And thats all it took for him to count down from 5 with Chris against the wall infront of him on the left.

Kayden heard sobs and grunts. An all too familiar mixture of sounds of two people fucking. All thats all it took for Kayden to not even finish counting down from 5, he only reached to 4 & grabbed the door knob and opened it quickly. It didn't make any noise to notify DayDay of their arrival, either.

His eyes widened and his heart was set on pause while his stomach twisted with disgust.

Gina's blood shot eyes hung low, not even realizing Kayden and Chris were now watching in disbelief. Her limp legs were propped up in the air side by side of DayDay, as he pumped relentlessly into her, not even caring that she was no longer herself and was numb to the feeling of what was being done to her.

Kayden's mind was everywhere. He wanted to cry, scream, and yell to no one. Seeing Gina being raped broke him so much that huge droplets of tears began falling and his hands that gripped the gun, shook uncontrollably.

He used one hand to wipe his wet stained face, as he moved forward without DayDay even realizing two people were present. "Why it smell like weed in here all of a sudden?" DayDay asked particularly no one, seeing Gina was slumped over, breathing shallow.

Kayden grew angry to the point his chest heaved up and down too fast, making his head feel lightheaded but he kept going. How would he help Gina come back from this? It would be so much therapy sessions and mental break downs.

But he knew he'd be there by her side through it all.

He stood behind DayDay with an aura of hatred and pain. Kayden couldn't even look at Gina because if he lingered his eyes on her too much, he'd probably make the wrong move.

Once DayDay turned his head, he only noticed Chris at the door.

"Nigga do you knock?!" He shouted, going to pull up his sweat pants and boxers. By the time he pulled them up to his waist. Chris shook his head and glanced at Kayden. Day Day followed his eyes and before he could turn around,
