《BABY GOJŌ {jujutsu kaisen}》chapter 42

❝she alone is the honored one❞
a sixty-two meter radius domain was activated, making the higher ups gasp as not only were they, but naoya was also in the extension.
however, because the tokyo and kyoto students, staff, and curses sat on the opposite side of the field from the higher ups, they were thankfully not included.
indeed, marri had counted — estimated — how many meters it was from where she decided that she's stand, if she were to activate a domain.
sukuna's eyes widened even more when he realized what domain she had casted.
it was his.
a shrine with an open mouth at the very front and skeletons littered all around, with an ominous and threatening presence.
the little girl embodied it all with the malevolent shrine.
marri then grinned as she saw naoya's expression contort into utter disbelief.
one moment he was standing proudly inside his domain, and now he was kneeling in front of a five year old.
however, gojō marri was no normal five year old.
the little girl then snapped her gaze towards the higher ups, who were all seated together on a patch of grass that had now turned into a slightly moist ground that clearly reflected their dismayed expressions.
marri then pointed her finger at them, to which they had cleared their throats as they almost felt their souls leave their bodies.
"execute yūji and s'kuna, and I'll execute you all, got it?"
the old men's breaths hitched as they couldn't do anything but agree, as with a snap of marri's fingers, they could be all sliced and diced up.
"and I'll have you know that throughout heaven and earth, I alone am the honored one".
naoya felt his entire being stiffen up as the domain was then deactivated, to which everyone felt fresh air enter their lungs once more.

marri then ran over towards her friends as she fell into satoru's embrace.
"well? well?? how did I do?!", marri asked, to which everyone had to soak in what they had just witnessed.
everyone mentally thanked the lords that marri was a good child, as they've realized that they have been scared of the wrong person this entire time, especially the curses.
"AMAZING, MARRI!! you deserve a treat! now what would you like?", satoru happily asked.
"can we all go have a picnic? I'm really hungry and tired", the little girl pouted, to which satoru had instantly agreed.
"of course!! winner gets to have whatever they want", satoru smiled, purposely emphasizing on the word winner so that naoya could hear.
the man gritted his teeth together as his father patted his back.
"let's go home, naoya. that's enough embarrassment for the decade".

satoru had quickly commanded his students to go buy some food meanwhile the kyoto students helped set up a blanket under a tree and such.
"honestly I didn't know what I was expecting", itadori commented, to which megumi had just nodded, still remembering how the young girl had copied his hand signal and used the ten shadows technique.
"she even used inumaki-senpai's cursed speech technique...", kugisaki chimed in, to which megumi had just nodded again.
"and the kamo clan's blood manipulation technique", yoshino added on, making megumi just nod once more.
"oi, fushiguro! why aren't you saying anything?", itadori huffed, to which the dark-haired boy had placed his pointer finger up to his lips, glancing over at getō, who held a sleeping marri.
the little girl was over exhausted with how much she showed off today, hence everyone was just quietly setting up a picnic under a tree, so that once the girl awakens, she can eat.

"oh, well aren't you considerate", kugisaki lightly snickered.
it wasn't until thirty minutes later that marri had woken up and nanami had rushed over to where the huge group resided, as he had received the video from ijichi.
"GOJŌ SATORU, YOU—"
"eh? uncle nanamin, what are you doing here? I thought you were in yamanashi?", marri yawned, rubbing her eyes as she got off getō's lap and wobbled over towards the blonde male.
"good afternoon marri. I saw the video and you did exceedingly well", nanami praised, picking the girl up as satoru could only gasp in offensiveness.
"huh?? everyone already set up the picnic? when?", marri asked, still a little out of it as nanami took a seat on the blanket that was spread onto the grassy field.
"when you were asleep", itadori casually answered, already shoving food into his mouth as a few others followed suit.
marri then nodded as she escaped from nanami's arms and waddled towards satoru, for the first time ever.
the girl then smiled as she kissed her father's cheek and lumped onto his chest.
"you know, papa...today I saw mama in a picture from when I was stuck in naoya's domain", marri started, to which satoru had froze for a moment with his hands hovering over the little girl's back.
"and she's really pretty, but I still don't know who she really is...anyways, I just wanted to say thank you for not throwing me away like she did", marri mumbled, so that satoru was the only one that could hear her.
"and that I love you very very much".
the girl then immediately passed out as she started softly snoring, making satoru lowly chuckle as he only held marri tighter.
"and I love you too, marri".
