❝she plans like there's no tomorrow❞
"PAPA!!"
satoru immediately rushed upstairs not before he had turned off the stove though.
"WHAT HAPPENED?! IS THERE A COCKROACH?!", the white-haired male panicked, to which he saw nothing out of the ordinary except for his little daughter who was grinning widely.
"no, but you were supposed to be here when I wake up", marri stated, extending her arms out towards her father as she watched satoru sigh.
"you scared me", he grumbled as he picked marri up, only to take her to the bathroom as he picked an outfit of the day for the girl.
"sorry", marri replied as she started brushing her teeth, making sure that it was squeaky clean.
"so what's the plan for today, princess?"
"stahgejkd...hwodnldo...and..skdnwks", marri said.
satoru smiled.
"I'll ask you again when you come downstairs for pancakes", satoru hummed as he left the girl's room, letting her get ready as she soon hobbled down the stairs in her sweatpants and white shirt — which matched satoru himself.
"papa, can we start planning my birthday party? there's only like two or three weeks left, and it has to be PERFECT!"
"what would you like this year? party in paris? pool party? race cars? or horse racing; remember that horse that I bought you?"
"yeah, toru. that's actually how I met mr. tōji. I was walking around and—"
"with ijichi right?", satoru interrupted, to which marri had quickly replied.
"yes", she lied.
"anyways, I was thinking like two days for my birthday? or is that too much?"
"nothing's ever too much for my princess", satoru smiled, watching as marri sipped her orange juice as she hummed.
"so I want to spend the fourteenth with everyone, but can I spend the fifteenth with you? there's this new café that I saw online and I want to try it with you. I even bought us matching outfits!! ...with your money of course...hehe..."

satoru chuckled as he nodded, patting marri's head as he kissed the top of her forehead.
"of course, of course~"
marri then finished her breakfast as she pulled satoru towards the couch, turning on the t.v. as some random korean drama was playing.
inu was sitting on the floor and actually enjoying the show as he was very invested, flinching ever so slightly in fury when the second female lead flirted with the first male lead.
marri then took out her phone as she started making a video, filming herself as it was her party invitation.
the girl then sent it to all her friends — even the curses, but only mahito because he was the only one that had a phone — and smiled.
"by the way papa, do you really think that I can beat naoya?", marri asked, letting satoru braid her hair as it always felt nice when someone played with her platinum-white locks.
"of course you can. you're a gojō, but a very special gojō; so it's like double special", the man joked.
"no, but seriously....I mean...I haven't tried using domain expansion or anything else. also I don't know what his technique is...LIKE WHAT IF HE CAN SHOOT NEEDLES OUT OF HIS FINGERS OR SOMETHING?!"
satoru snorted.
"I assure you that he can't. and have more confidence in yourself sweetheart. I mean, you already bought a new outfit for that specific day, so there's no backing out now".
marri snapped her head back at her father which ruined her braid.
"true...oh! that reminds me, should we record the fight and send it to the higher ups? maybe they'll get scared and not execute yūji and s'kuna!!"
"how're you four and already so brilliant?! but how about we send them a personal invitation to come in person? I'm sure that they'd love the show", satoru suggested.

"really? y-you think so?", marri bashfully asked, fiddling with her shirt as satoru covered the lower half of his face, as he pinched marri's cheek.
"of course princess", he answered, as he smothered his young daughter in kisses, making marri giggle meanwhile inu was on the verge of crying from the first female lead's tragic backstory.

"OI!! MARRI SENT US SOMETHING!!", itadori yelled as everyone stopped in the middle of training.
panda was in the midst of swinging kugisaki, to which thankfully inumaki had caught the girl before her body had smacked the ground.
even sukuna's eye and mouth popped out, as itadori and megumi opened their phones.
though everyone received the video, they decided to hover over the two.
"oi, move your face to the side a bit so that I can see", sukuna scowled.
"why do you even care? I thought you hated marri", itadori huffed.
"shut the hell up and just let me see, brat!"
itadori rolled his eyes as he slightly tilted his face to the side a bit so that sukuna could see the video too.
"hello my dear friends!! I hope you are all doing well, but anyways, this isn't you you guys, because it's about me!
so I'm of course celebrating my fifth birthday on the fourteenth of february this year. it will be held at..at...papa, where will it be held at?"
"xxxx yamura street", the man answered.
"yeah! there'll obviously be food, so no worries yūji! and please be there at 4:30 p.m; and dress formally. it's going to be a ball so don't be embarrassing, hito.
also, if you can't come because you have a date — which I know none of you guys do, but just in case — then you better ditch them and come to my party", the girl threatened, to which that was the end of the video.
megumi and itadori then turned off their phones as everyone stared at each other for a moment before bursting out into laughter.
"wait, wait, wait! what present would marri-chan like?", yoshino asked, worried that his gift wouldn't be impressive enough.
"just get her anything curse related and I'm sure she'll like it", panda replied.
"but she already has everything curse related", yoshino stated, having to have remembered when he was given a room tour by the girl herself.
it was at least an hour long journey.
"lucky for me, I already got her present ahead of time", maki grinned, to which inumaki had softly huffed.
"aw man...what are you getting her, fushiguro?", itadori asked, meanwhile sukuna had grinned.
"just switch me out and that's the best present you could offer", the king of curses replied, to which itadori had smacked the side of his face, making sukuna disappear.
the dark-haired boy hummed as he didn't have an answer as of currently.
"honestly, I'm not sure".

A Mildly Odd Reality Breaker
Omar receives an unexpected visitor who comes baring a gift—a "registration ticket"—in the form of a small metal card. The ticket is itself an offer to participate in the game, "Reality Break." Accepting this offer means that Omar will be able to perceive the true nature of reality where there is not one, but two dimensions of time, and in this second dimension history changes (and somewhat "frequently"). Along with this, he will also gain access to the "chronopause"; another reality that is not so much parallel to our own as it is perpendicular, which acts as both a place and the natural boundary between non-sequential points on the timeline. Using the chronopause, Omar will become a chrononaut with the ability to travel through time, and as a player, he will be given a cybernetic interface and his own portable extradimensional storage space. It's a strange conversation, but due to Omar's dismally short attention span, he only consciously hears that last bit about the portable pocket space, and that's only after the physics-defying void is opened in his living room and literally waved in front of his face. Reality is certainly stranger than most people realize, but then again, so is Omar. Thankfully, he responds well to shiny things, and for better or for worse, his chronic inattentiveness is the least of his psychological issues. Omar also has a mild form of "Oppositional Defiant Disorder" which presents itself as an occasional, arbitrary need to disobey others (especially authority figures). However, his oddest psychological issue by far is his "abnormally hyperactive" subconscious mind. Outwardly and consciously, Omar is a lazy, apathetic man-child prone to mildly asinine behavior. Subconsciously, he's some sort of genius capable of extraordinary feats of cognition. Most of the time, Omar is a (technically) functioning adult, but in order to live as such, he must rely entirely upon unusual abilities he's completely unaware of, despite the fact that he uses them regularly. Up until now, his life had merely been ridiculous, but now it was also a game. Note: The narrative style is that of a reliable narrator with a "3rd-person sarcastic" POV. This story takes place in the Reality Breakers/Chronopause universe.
