"Alejandro, wait" I say jogging up to him as he walked quickly out of the car towards the side of the cafe he parked in front of earlier,

"Look, I'm sorry for my mate being nosy. How about I have him make it up to you by buying you some food. I mean everyone loves food right" I say confused at my own question as he turned around looking at me with a raised brow,

"I know it won't make up for him being a nosy asshole but it's the least he can do. Just come in for a quick bite than you can ignore him for the rest of your life, I swear" I continued with a sigh as he looked at me amused,

"You promise that this will be just a quick bite right? Not another one of his spectacular investigations?" He asks while crossing his arms as I looked behind me seeing John leaning against Alejandros car with an annoyed look,

"Pinky promise" I say turning back to Alejandro with my pinky finger out towards him as he laughed at my gesture,

"Okay, only for a quick bite" he says wrapping his pinky around mine as I smiled excitedly,

"Come on, this cafe has like the best milkshakes in the whole kingdom" I say quickly grabbing his arm to pull him towards the door as he laughs at my eagerness to get him to eat with us,

"Anything you want will be on Johns tab, right babe?" I ask turning to John with puppy eyes as he looked back at me in shock,

"Sure b-babe" he stutters as I smiled before wrapping my other arm around my blushing mate,

"Come on guys!" I shout looking back at Christian and Ethen playing Rock Paper Scissors on top of Johns car,

"Let's eat" I say happily skipping into the cafe with my arms around Alejandros and Johns arms,

"Let's get that table" I gasp seeing a large empty table at the back of the cafe with spinning chairs,

"Well good evening to you lovely young adults" A familiar voice announces as soon as all five of us were seated,

"Good evening Margaret, how are you on this fine day?" I ask smiling up at the elderly waitress that I always talked to when my brother used to bring me to this cafe when we were younger,

"Oh, good evening Vivian. I'm very fine and well on this fine evening but who are these four handsome fellas sitting here with you today? Usually your in here with Damien on the weekends" She says looking at the guys confused as John turned to me with a clenched jaw,

"Who the hell is Damien? And why are you usually with him on the weekends here?" He asks as I felt him body tense up against mine,

"He's my brother. And the fellas here are actually very close friends with my mate right here" I say glaring at John before smiling up at Margaret as her eyes widened,

"Oh my gosh! It seems like it was just yesterday when your mom brought you and Damien in here after your first day of shifting into your wolf form when you were 9, and now your here with your mate all grown up" She says with a dreamy sigh as I smiled at Johns blushing pink cheeks,

"Yup, he's a lucky man" I say patting Johns back as he turned to me with a frown,

"So what would you kids like to eat for tonight?" She asks taking out her notepad as the guys looked down at their menus that were set up in front of their seats when we walked inside earlier,

"I'll take the double cheeseburger deluxe with large fries and a large root beer" Christian says licking his lips happily as I giggled,

"I'll take the chicken and waffles with fries on the side and a large coke" Ethen says smiling up at Margaret with a wink as I noticed he was the flirty friend between him and Christian,

"I'll take the chicken burger with fries and a coke" John says before closing the menu while turning to me,

"Alejandro, you order first" I say turning to Alejandro who was already looking down at me,

"Wait who did you say was paying again?" Alejandro asks turning to me as I gestured to my annoyed mate before Alejandro chuckled while looking back down at his menu,

"He can get a burger and water" John says with a frown as Alejandro cleared his throat loudly,

"Actually prince John, I'm gonna need a lot of food in me since I am very hungry at the moment" Alejandro says winking at John as he glared back,

"I'll be taking, the barbecue bacon burger, with large curly fries. A large rib eye steak, with crispy onion rings, a plate of fish and chips, chicken pot pie, the housemade meatloaf with a side of potato salad and a large plate of grilled chicken pasta. Oh! And I'll also take one of you guys, what I've heard was the best in the kingdom, milkshake. Chocolate please" he says with a innocent smile as my eyes widened at his order along with Margaret who was still writing down his order,

"Okay, well what would you like Vivian?" She asks wiping her forehead sweat as I laughed at her reaction to Alejandros order,

"I'll get the dinosaur chicken nuggets with curly fries and a chocolate milkshake as well" I say with a grin as Alejandro smiled at my order,

"Okay kids, I'll just take your menus and I will be back with your order shortly" She says with a sigh as we handed her our menus,

"Yo that was some funny shit you did there with your order, did you really need all that?" Christian asks with a laugh as Alejandro shrugs,

"Nah, but it was fun seeing the prince over there clenching his jaw like he was eating rocks or something" Alejandro replies as we all laughed except for my angry mate,

"Your lucky my mate found a friend in you, because other than that stunt you pulled right there. I would've snapped your neck in less than 2 seconds" John says towards Alejandro while looking around the cafe before I nudged his arm,

"Look, I know you two don't get along. But can you at least be a little nicer to each other. You don't have to best friends forever, just talk like normal people instead of fighting every five seconds we hang out" I say nudging both of their arms as they turned towards me with a frown before rolling their eyes and nodding,

"So, Alejandro. Your the new kid at our school, is there anything you'd like to know about our school or kingdom or anything like that?" Christian asks trying to make conversation while we sat in an awkward silence,

"I've seen enough of this place as it is. The only good thing I've gotten while being here was a friendship with this little one here" Alejandro replies while patting my head as I smiled,

"How about we keep our hands to ourselves" John says bitterly glaring at Alejandros hand that was still on top of my head,

"Do you have a mate?" Ethen asks curiously as Alejandro shook his head,

"Haven't been with any female wolves in a while, I guess my fucked up life was taking up all my time that I haven't got to the whole mate thing yet" he replies while shrugging as I pat his hand,

"It's okay, maybe when we go back to school tomorrow you'll find your mate there" I say with a concerned smile as he smiles back before a large hand pulled mine away from Alejandros,

"What are you doing?" I ask turning to John who was holding both of my hands in both of his hands,

"My hands were cold" He replied with a shrug while rubbing his hands against mine as I felt my cheeks heat up at our sudden contact,

"Awe, you two love wolves are so cute" Christian awes as I felt my face turn more red than it already was,

"Dude shut up, don't ruin their moment" Ethen says rolling his eyes as Christian rolled his eyes along with him,

"How about you shut up, no one was talking to your single ass anyways" He replies with a glare before Ethen slapped his arm,

"Your single too dumbass, at least I can get chicks. The only thing you get is blue balls since no one in this whole kingdom wants to fuck your ugly ass" Ethen snaps back before they started bickering as John let out an annoyed sigh.
