{Johns Pov}

"You found your mate!?" Ethen shouts with a gasp as I rolled my eyes seeing people pass by us in the school hallway with weird looks,

"Who is it!? Is she hot?" Christian asks with a smirk as I closed my locker and walked with them,

"Her name is Vivian" I replied as they looked at me confused,

"Vivian? There's a Vivian at this school?" Ethen asks before I slapped his arm,

"Yes, and she's my mate" I say with a smile seeing his face still confused,

"Not to sound like a dumbass but I've never seen or heard of a girl named Vivian here at this school" Christian says as we walked into the cafeteria full of students,

"Yeah, if your so called mate goes to this school then how come we've never heard of her?" Ethen asks as the scent of my mate hit my nose,

"Why don't you guys see her yourselves?" I say with a raised brow before following the wonderful scent,

"Where are you going?" Ethen asks as I walked towards the other side of the cafeteria seeing someone hiding behind a book at the corner of the cafeteria,

"Mate" I say with a smile as Ethen and Christian looked at the hiding figure confusedly,

"Please leave me alone" I hear the familiar voice say as Ethen looks at me with a shrug,

"You're the famous Vivian that's got my boy under a spell?" Christian asks sitting next to her as she moves away,

"How come we've never seen you anywhere before?" Ethen asks sitting on the other side of her,

"Mate" I say sitting in front of her now as she puts her book down with a groan,

"What do you want?" She asks with a frown as I smile seeing her long brown bangs cover her perfect cute face,

"I just wanna be with my mate" I say with a grin as she sighs,

"Well I'm right here, and I'm fine. Now if you don't mind I'm trying to finish my book in peace" She says before hiding behind her book again,

"Can you guys stop breathing over my neck?" She says glaring at Ethen and Christian as they smirked,

"She's a feisty one, John. It's like you two were made for each other" Ethen says with a chuckle before she groaned loudly,

"Oh my gosh!" She snapped getting up and walking away before I grabbed her arm quickly,

"Wait! I'm sorry for these two. I just wanted to get to know you" I pleaded trying to make her stop as I noticed her face was turning red seeing everyone's eyes on us,

"Can we do this somewhere else than here?" She asks looking away as I smiled before leading her outside of the cafeteria to the place I liked to go to for some privacy,

"Where are you taking me?" She asks with a worried look before I opened the door that leads to the roof of the school,

"Woah" She gasps as we walked out onto the roof hand in hand,

"Are we allowed up here?" She asks with a confused look as I chuckled,

"If your the little brother of the alpha kings wife, who cares?" I say with a shrug as she tensed up next to me,

"Wait" She says pulling her hand away from mine as I frowned,

"Your the wolf with royal blood here" She says with a gasp as I shrugged,

"Yes, so?" I ask with a raised brow as she shook her head before walking away,

"Wait! Where are you going?" I ask grabbing her arm again as she tried to pull away,

"Stop! Just leave me alone" She says trying to reach for the door that we just came from,

"Why?!" I ask trying to stop her as she cried out in pain making me stop,

"Just stay away from me, it's better that way" She says holding her arm that was slowly turning pink before rushing off past the door that leads to the roof,

"Fuck!" I shouted punching the door before sliding down against it with a sigh,

Why did I hurt her!? Fucking shit! Now she's gonna reject me as a mate!
