Adorjans pov
"Did you do it?" Vance beamed as I came downstairs, brushing my wet hair out of my face.
"Do what?" I asked, dumbfounded.
He rolled his eyes.
"Adorjan."
"Yeah, I did." I chuckled slightly. The shy boy walked down the stairs. Vance gave him a slight smile making Milo's cheeks red as he looked away.
They ended up leaving together to sort out Declan's stuff. Today was his case trial. We'd find out if they find him guilty.
I hadn't seen Kalon all morning. I longed for his attention.
I went upstairs to find his room empty. There was a letter on his bed that I wanted to read, but I knew it was an invasion of his privacy. I stared at it for a second before leaving the room.
My tiny boy was cuddled up between the twins making me roll my eyes.
"Ahem." Faking a cough, making Kalon pop his head up.
"Come," I ordered. He sighed quietly as he slipped out of bed between the two boys.
I picked him up like a toddler. My body build was slimmer than Vance or Declan's. I was tall and lean. It didn't mean I couldn't throw Kalon around like a rag doll.
He knew it too.
I carried him to my bedroom, throwing him down onto the bed and crawling up to him.
"Are you done fucking your boy toy?" He huffed.
"You are my boy toy, hot hands," I smirked as I placed a kiss on his lips softly.
He hummed contently before wrapping his legs around me, pulling my crotch into his.
"So...do you think Vance will let me leave for a day...there's someone I wanna meet up with..." Kalon observed me. His bright blue eyes sparkled as the light reflected off of them.

"I'm not sure. Why?" I dropped down, so I lay on his chest like a dog. His hands found my hair as he ran them through my golden hair.
"Well, I guess my brother is uh, still alive..." he whispered. I pushed my head up again to look him in the eyes.
"I thought everyone died when I was in the crash. That's why I was with my aunt..." he spoke slowly like he was unsure.
"Vance normally doesn't let us leave. But we could always talk to him about it."
"I think I want to."
"Okay, darling." I pushed myself up to kiss his lips once more. He seemed to melt into my kiss. I smiled as I cupped his face while kissing him.
He tasted sweet, like blue raspberry.
"We're you eating something?"
He shakes his head. "The twins." He laughs slightly. I furrow my eyebrows.
"They had a pen? Like a vape pen?"
"Oh, and does Vance know?" Kalon shrugged. We spent most of the day in bed, waiting for Vance to return. Everyone was eager to see them and hopefully Declan as well.
Vance texted me they were on their way home. We all waited in the kitchen.
When Vance's black car pulled up, beaming milo stepped out. He was practically grinning from ear to ear.
We rushed outside when we saw Declan.
"Your home!" The twins shouted as they ran up, and he hugged them both.
"Look at that the criminal escaped." Giving Declan shit, he glared at me.
Vance walked over and slapped my chest rolling his eyes.
We all went back inside as the twins bombarded Declan with questions.
I watched Kalon stalk over to Vance. I couldn't hear what they were saying, but they left to the other room. I snuck behind Kalon, resting my hands on his waist from behind.

He glanced behind as I followed them into his office. Being nosy, Vance just laughed at me when I tugged Kalon into my lap on the chair.
"So I wanna go out for a day,"
Vance's face fell as Kalon spoke softly.
"Why is that?"
"My family is still alive..." Kalon avoided all eye contact watching the floor or the walls.
"I wanna go meet my brother..."
Vance sighed. "You've been with your aunt for how long?"
"Since I was five."
"Do you remember your brother?"
I felt Kalon pick at the skin on his fingers.
"Well, no, but -"
"How can you trust him..." Vance walked over and cupped Kalon's face.
"I will think about it, but I'd rather you not. You don't even know him; what if he's trying to hurt you?" Kalon continued to avoid his glare.
"I'm sure your brother is already doing that," I spoke to Vance, making him glare at me.
"I'll be kicking Ian out, and he's a douche."
Kalon chuckled slightly.
"Oh, you may wanna check on the twins."
Vance gave me a questioning look.
"Why?"
"You can't tell on them!" Kalon turned to me.
"Oh, I'm not. Just giving Vance a hint." Vance pinched the bridge of his nose.
"I'm about ready to punish all of you." Vance sighed jokingly.
The rest of the day went smoothly as we continued to talk with Declan about his trial, and he told us how much he wanted to murder Austin.
Vance walked over to Lycus after we cleaned the table after dinner.
He ran his fingers through Lycus' blonde hair before tugging his head backward. Lycus' face had become bright red with blush.
"Is there something I'm not aware of?" Lycus' shy smile had disappeared, and a guiltily look fell on his face.
"Fuck you, Kalon." River spit in Kalon's direction.
"It wasn't my fault!" River rolled his eyes as he pushed himself off the chair. Kalon did the same. I grabbed Kalon's wrist as he shook me off.
Kalon was already on edge all day with his brother. River was only going to make it worse.
River walked over as Vance was distracted talking to Lycus.
River pushed Kalon as he walked past, which lit a fire in Kalon, no pun intended.
I knew this wouldn't end well when River threw a punch at Kalon's jaw.
"Woah!" Vance shouted as he rushed over to grab River.
It was already too late. River let out a pained groan as Kalon held Rivers's wrist calmly.
"Shit! He's burning me! Fuck!"
"Kalon! Kalon!" Vance and I shouted as we rushed over, trying to pull Kalon away. His eyes were dull and lifeless. He's told me in the past when this happens. He doesn't control what happens. He's unconscious.
I grabbed Kalon by his waist, and his other hand went to my throat, burning me, making me hiss. Thankfully I was stronger than him, I grabbed his wrist pulling it off him. I could feel the heat rising from his hands to his wrist.
Vance and I pulled him into the other office as River crashed to the ground in pain.

The overall story is pieced together through the perspective of the characters presented, first + third person narrative styles because I enjoy reading novels with similar storytelling. Please feel free to provide any comments and constructive criticisms for me because I love to read what you think so I can continue to improve on my imperfections and make the story better. Cheers!
