Cassidy's pov -

"Come on , finish that up" Cara encouraged as she gulped up her drink while i shooke my head.

I am not a big fan of drinking.

I looked back to see Dexton and Xander having a talk while having white wine.

I closed my eyes and in one go finished my drink.

A chill feeling went through my throat as I frowned at the taste.

"Let's go to the floor " Cara said and without waiting for my reply she grabbed my hand and pulled me up with her.

After almost half an hour later I heard my phone ringing so I went out of the club to pick it up .

It was mom.

"Mom" I called out "oh sweetheart sorry to disturb you but I wanted to ask you something" mom said and I smiled "you are not disturbing me mom, what is the problem?"

"Ummm.....Anna is not ready to sleep in her room, she says today she will sleep with you and Dexton so once she is asleep can I put her on your bed?" I giggled " sure mom, and I am sorry for Anna.."

After that I returned back to the club only to see Dexton sitting on a particular place with all the girls around him ogling him, in fact he is talking to one and smiling.

He does not smile so much with me now a days.

The girls around Dexton kept trying to touch him or reach out to him but to my relief he ignored them.

The girls whom he was talking to was practically pushing her chest to his face.

By now my face was red, I am sure.

" feeling jealous? " I heard someone say turning around I saw Cara standing there.

When I didn't 9reply back she comes in front of me " time has done no good to both of you , and that to when u know that at the end of the day Dexton's heart beats only for you." Cara said as I looked into her eyes "what...?" I mummbled as Cara chuckled " you think Dexton won't be jealous if he saw you with another guy?" At Cara's question u myself wondered though I don't think it would affect Dexton a lot. "Come....

Let's see." With being said Cara pulled me back to the dance floor.

All of us except Dexton were on the floor after ten minutes even my mind wandered off from Dexton.

A guy cam behind joined me I didn't say anything simply danced as he did the same.

About a minute later I was pulled out of the crowd, I looked up to see Dexton.

It was him who pulled me out, he seemed very angry.

I think do affect him...Atleast a little bit.

"Let's go it's very late now." Dextonsaid as Cara Sofia and Xander walked up to us and Xander nodded in agreement.

Even though me and the girls wanted to stay we did not protest because it was actually quite late and I had to have a look at Anna.

After a long time I have left Anna all of my enjoyment. After Anna was born she was all to me my happiness, my weekness my everything.

And since I had to look after all alone it was a bit difficult to adjust but with time I adjusted and made sure to give Anna enough time.

After we reached home all of us headed to out rooms , when me and Dexton were going I told him about Anna " Ummm.Dexy- Dexton Anna wanted to sleep with us so I asked mom to put her our bed. I hope you don't hack any problems...." Dexton shoke his head " that's okay...in fact that little girl is a handful. I love to spend time with her."

At Dexton's reply I smiled.

A tear dropped off my eyes but Dextondidn't see because I was behind him.

Even though he is not known to his own daughter, he still has a very powerful connection with her"

When we reached the room Dexton opened the door and I saw Anna in the middle of the bad she hair all over the pillow as her hugged penelope , her unicorn soft toy to herself.

Dexton and I both changed and freshened up and cam to bed.

"Let Anna be in the middle you can sleep on one side and I San sleep on the other side " Dexton suggested and I simply nodded .

The moment I was under the covers a Anna's eyes opened" I am sorry to wake you princess , go back to sleep" Anna turned to look at Dexton and them again at me she leened forward and kissed my cheek doing the same to Dexton before saying " Dadda don't leave me again please I will become sad. Momma told me you have to work a lot but please don't leave me ." With that Anna hugged Dexton which Dexton gladly returned and Anna fell asleep in his arms.

But the words Anna said affected me a lot. My eyes filled up again I rubbed my eyes vigorously only for them to be removed gently.

Dexton placed my hands to the side and wiped away my tearswith his thumbs.

He didn't know. He didn't understand. He would hate me when he would know the truth.

I thought. But seconds later Dexton put his hand over me and Anna holding both of us close to him.

Dexton closed his eyes and fell asleep while I was still awake and after some time when my eyes started dropping I tightened my hold on Dexton's hand and before I went to sleep I heard something like.

" my precious gems , I love both of you " Dexton said

Only Dexton did not understand was that we both me and Anna belonged to him.

I was his.

He was mine.

And Anna was ours.

Sorry for the long wait but my right hand is broken and so I am not able to update or should I say type.

Anyhow my exams are around the corner so the update are going to be kind of slower .
