I rubbed my eyes walking out of the bedroom and squinted making my way through the dark hallways of our house and into the kitchen.

The fridge was open and I shook my head knowing Pluto. Walking closer slowly hearing my bones crack, I pushed the fridge door close. Pluto was sitting there with the bowl of meatballs in between his legs ..

We stared at eachother for a while until he went back to eating with his fingers. Surprisingly he didn't make a mess. I grabbed a wipe and wiped his fingers off and grabbed the kids fork out of the drawer before giving it to him.

I then got me a bottle of water and walked back in the room.

That was an all the time thing. They weren't regular toddlers, obviously so I didn't worry about them as much. I used too, it took up most of my energy. But they could literally take care of themselves. It was weird because I felt like in a way I was neglecting them but I wasn't?

I sat on my side of the bed and sighed before drinking my water while rubbing my stomach.

I got back under the covers and knocked out. As soon as I closed my eyes Keenos work alarm went off and I fell alseep.

Time to get the day started.

"Scalpel" I put my hand out and one of the assistant nurses passed it to me.

I made an incision in the abdomen and one of my coworkers continued to wipe the blood away from the area. I looked up only with my eyes seeing the hospital Cheif staring down at me. And I looked back down.

They knew my work was good, but I was still the youngest surgeon. I worked hard to get where I am now and doing it all while raising two kids.

At sometimes I wonder if one thing had happened would I have been here now. More so if Keeno ended up dying for-real.

Would I even be married or would I even had fell in-love with the children I had. If I had waited longer to do the things I did. Or if I didn't even go to that middle school and meet him in the first place.

But I wouldn't trade it for anything.

"Look Ma Ma" I told her recording.

"She ain't paying you no mind. " Keeno chuckled and I frowned ending the recording. She had go in for the eye surgery while I was in surgery and all I could do was worry for her.

Hopefully it would work.

"She don't never have no clothes on.." He put the chip bag in the air throwing his head back. "Better leave yo man at home. " He started dancing.

"That's what I'm finna do bae" I said looking up at him as he stood over me.

He put his finger over my mouth laughing knowing I didn't like when he did that. I smacked it away and mugged him. He kissed me and I moved his face away.

"No Pluto Ma said only wash your face with a white rag. " Kj told him holding it out for him.

"Why only white?" I heard him ask her. I seen her shrug through the mirror and he took the rag from her. I watched them wash their face together and walked into Jersnie's nursery picking her up.

"Hey baeee" I kissed her cheek rocking her, feeling on her head. I went through heart burn for monthsss but it was worth it. All my baby's had heads full of hair once they came out.

She smiled with her eyes shut and I sat down down in the rocking chair in her room putting on her puffer outfit.

"Jersnie say 'do you have a pink puffa even?' " I said before giggling to myself. I'm so damn corny.

I walked out the room and set her in her car seat before buckling her up. "Okay y'all time to go. "

I had to drop them off at school by myself today since Keeno had to go into work early.

Pluto walked in holding his timbs before he sat on the couch putting them on. He stood up and started moving his foot around before stomping his feet into them.

"Pluto" I nodded my head towards Jersnie.

"Sorry ma. " He sat down and put his finger in them fitting his feet in. "Why don't you unlace them before you do that? Making it harder for yourself. "

"Oh yeah.." He tapped his forehead before doing what I said. I shook my head. "Kj come on. "

"Ma I can't find my coat. "

I grabbed one of my old badges from the drawer in the kitchen and she came in letting me clip it in her shirt. "You look so cute Ma Ma. "

She smiled putting her hand on her hip. I fixed one of her barets as she put her lipgloss on. Which wasn't even lipgloss more of a lip glaze she doesn't like the real ones.

"You gone take my picture and post it on Facebook?" She asked making me laugh and nod.

"Take the jacket off so they can see the whole thing." I told her and she took it off letting Pluto hold it

"Ma do me too" Pluto told me giving Kj her book bag. I went and grabbed my keys and phone and picked up the baby's car seat before Pluto opened the door letting us all walk out.

I locked it after us and set the baby in the car making sure she was locked in.

"Bye guys I love you. " I looked in the rearview seeing Jersnie looking over at them as they got out the car.

"Bye Jersnie. " Pluto kissed her cheek and Kj said bye to her before grabbing their things and shutting the door stepping on the sidewalk of the school.

I put down the passenger side door. "Ma don't forget my stuff." Pluto told me. "Okay Pluto I got it. "

This boy don't lay about his games.

I blew them a kiss and they walked inside the school.

"That's right Pluto!" Keeno cheered him on, standing close to the gate along with the other parents as he ran through bases. He ended up scoring and we all cheered for him.

"That's my son!" Keeno yelled slamming a water bottle on the ground and his male friends laughed. He's been waiting for moments like these all his life.

The team was trash not gonna lie, before we put him on this team one of Keenos friends had his son on the team and said they never really won any games. Pluto already had wanted to do baseball so we let him to it.

Kj passed him his water bottle throwing it over the gate and he caught it panting. "You doing good. " Keeno told him making Pluto smile.

"Ma can I go to IHop now?" Pluto asked me making the parents laugh. I nodded my head shaking my head. This boy is crazy.

"Go back over there with yo team. " Keeno told him making him run off. "All he wanna do is go to IHop"

"Or Waffle House. " I sat down in my lawn chair and Keeno stood beside me with his arms crossed watching the boys.

"Y'all did great. " I told them while they came out the gate making them smile at me.

"You ready to go?" Keeno asked Pluto and he nodded making us chuckle. We got up and gathered our stuff. Keeno put the chairs up and grabbed Jernsies car seat.

I started wiping the sweat from Plutos face making him move his head. "Maaa"

"Boy let me wipe your face" I told him smacking my teeth making him keep still. "Acting like i'm embarrassing you. "

"Cause you are. "Keeno said walking passed us. I covered up Jersnie's face as we all walked across the street to the car.

"Let us talk to winning mann" Hagani and Ki'Lani yelled through the phone and I showed them Pluto. He was eating his pancakes.

"I never seen a kid willingly want to eat breakfast at night. " I heard Ki'Lani say and once again, I shook my head. He was truly different.

Kj ate some bacon and I caught her trying to give her sister some. "Kj no, she's not ready for that yet. " She mugged slightly in disappointment.

"Mom when is she gonna eat it?"

"When she get older and grows teeth. Give her some time"

Kj swear she's her sister mom. Jersnie was only a couple months. She was barely eating baby food.

This girl tryna give her a whole piece of a pancake.

The twins also didn't eat meat. which is weird considering their dad ate literal peaople at one point in time. & if he does it now I wouldn't know.

We're still in our twenty's, so if we're in our thirty's and he's still doing it then it'll be a problem. The twins both said the blood in meat made them want to throw up and I stopped making it.

I let them try food from vegan restaurants and they seem to like it. "Ma why do you talk to yourself?" Kj asked me eating her food before looking up at me.

"Kj-" I started before Keeno cut me off. "We all hear your thoughts."

"That's gonna be weird in the long run" I said and Keeno nodded. "I agree. "

I blew over the top of my tea stepping outside through our patio seeing the twins looking through the telescope Keeno had brought.

I had put the baby down and we were just sitting outside as always.

I took my seat on Keenos lap sipping on my drink.

"I found it!"

"We found you ma" They told me and I stood up looking through the telescope.

I smirked zooming in on it. "It's so pretty..."Kj said in awe.

"I know right.." I responded.
