Nandini is given financial dealings, she is one who has to adjust all the financial details for every one, Manik gave her full authority to maintain money and income sources so that she can adjust in every wing of works.

Nandini accepted, she is happy with it, as she know how to handle finances from childhood, her grand father was one who taught her finance. She is happy that his teachings came to use for her.

Manik came to his chamber, jyothi and Siya are adjusting Nandini things from her wing to this chamber. Manik felt happy and his face littered and smile came back.

Nandini when entered the room, Manik held her tight and lifted her from ground and took her lips with his and started to kiss her passionately, "I missed you Nandu, I missed you lot, your lips your soft and smooth skin this puffy breasts and your moans I missed everything come on let's make love"

Manik felt happy. When both reached climax Manik made Nandini ride him, she happily did. Manik hugged Nandini in his arms tight kissed her head "sleep for a while, you need rest" she snuggled into him and slept.

From Evening Nandini is not feeling well, she is feeling uneasy, she is smelling unusual things, like tree bark smell, some different sweat smells, she is feeling like throwing out everything from her stomach.

"Siya!!! Why are you stinking? Go and take bath and come I feeling sick because of you" Nandini shouted

Siya felt bad and ran to her chamber to take bath.

When Manik came in from assembly Nandini again got smell of him

"Hukum you too are stinking please take bath and come"

"What??? No I am not stinking" he smelled himself

Nandini tried hard to fell better but she couldn't she ran to washroom and vomited everything she ate afternoon. Manik frowned

"Nandu what happened? Are you sick?"

"O god Hukum these smells are making me sick, jyothi make this room smell better, that trees bark smell it is irritating, close the balcony door and please Hukum for god sake go and take bath I can't stand"

Manik frowned and having no choice went to take bath, jyothi brought sambrani dhoop to make room smell best. But Nandini again vomited she came out of room. She is now sick like hell. She sat on swing to calm her nerves.

Jyothi brought some milk for her but when Nandini kept the glass infront of her mouth she again vomited

Manik when came out of bath Nandini complained again saying his body smell is too strong. Manik is hell irritated with her behaviour and was about to shout on her, jyothi said "bahurani sa!!! Are you pregnant?"

Both Manik and Nandini shocked and looked at each other, Manik smiled widely with the mere thought, and looked at Nandini in question mark, Nandini looked confused.

"Bahurani sa from two months you didn't stay out, that means you skipped your periods, and now you are getting All smells, vomiting everything thing shows that you are pregnant, shall I bring doctor?" Jyothi asked

Manik smiled broadly "Go and bring him now"

Jyothi ran out.

Nandini is still confused and even tensed because of her weird smells Manik came to her lifted in arms and made her sit on his lap, holding her securely kissed her forehead

"Hukum you are still smelling" she pouted scratching her nose

Manik laughed "I do and I am happy proud and everything"

Nandini snuggled more into him now "I am tired" Manik laughed again "o god Nandu what am I going to do with you" he kissed her softly

She is engulfed in her strong senses and confused mindset.

Doctor came to Manik chamber, Manik made Nandini sleep on swing as she slept in his lap within seconds, he gave doctor space to check Nandini pulse. He took her wrist and checked the pulse.

"Jyothi go and call diama and also bring the roots which are placed on my table" doctor said jyothi ran away

"Yuvaraj!!! She is pregnant no doubt, but diama will check properly and give you correct report"

"Thank you Vidhyaji" Manik said with smile.

Jyothi brought diama who is older women experienced in deliveries, she is the one who helped Manik's mothers in all deliveries, she even helped Hema in two deliveries, she Royals specialist for deliveries

Seeing Manik she did Pranam, Manik too did Pranam as he treats her as mother, she came to Nandini checked her pulse "how many days back did bahurani sa sat out side for periods?"

"Two months back diama" jyothi answered

"Ok, doctor you go out I need to check her" she ordered he walked away

She lifted Nandini chunny and touched her stomach, she pressed in both sides and then she kept her ear and listened she frowned and rechecked again then smiled she checked the pulse again and laughed

"Yuvaraj!!!! Congratulations you will have two sons soon" she said to Manik

"What???" Manik asked in excitement

"Yes Yuvaraj I heard two heart beats still it's only two months so keep her safe and strong, no stress should be given she needs rest"

"I will see to that" Manik said with smile and gave her the chain he is wearing now to her

Jyothi jumped in excitement "this is great news" Siya too came back and when got news she too jumped in happiness.

"Yuvaraj she is having strong senses so make sure too smell this root when ever she feel sick"

"Ok she is sleeping"in complained as he want to share this happiness with her now

Diama laughed sweetly "let her sleep yuvaraj once she wakes up she again get her strong senses and vomits jyothi and Siya keep camphor in room corners she will feel better, and don't allow people into her room smell of them will make her sick"

"Ok"

"Yuvaraj you should stay away from her for at least one month"

"Why?" Manik shouted in terror

"Yuvaraj she is carrying two kids in her womb and she is weak she needs total rest"

"But I can't stay away from her, I can't" he complained like kid

Diama hit her own forehead and laughed "Yuvaraj I said to stay away from her means no intimacy" she explained Manik felt embarrassed he nodded all giggled

"I should go to ranisa and inform her and take gift from her now" diama said in excitement and walked away jyothi and Siya too left.

Manik came to Nandini touched her stomach and smiled then kissed her stomach twice "my children" he said proudly.

Sorry guys for late update it was my son birthday on 20th I went to hyd to meet him then I brought my daughter home for Christmas holidays I spent time with her then I had some small injury I couldn't concentrate on writing sorry guys I made to wait for my update.
