"You tell him to get a good place to hide because I'll sure as hell kill him once I get my hands on him",Roman threatened the woman standing in her living room scared.

"And where exactly are you taking her? Her husband deserves to know- I'll call the police if I have to,"she fired back and Roman didn't flinch.

He had an unconscious Mikaella in his arms unwillingly to let her go. With an angry grunt, he tightened the grip on her waist leaving the house in a hurry and his men following close behind. As soon as she was secure in his car, the driver revved the engine and they were on their way to the airport.

He was determined to get her home. He had promised Mick's parents that they would definitely see her. Getting the phone from his pants, he dialed Gustavo's number.

"I have her. It's her. It's really her but she can't remember. She can't remember anyone. Gather the best doctors from the world, we are going to bring our Mick back, Gus",he said smiling from sheer happiness.

"I-i'll tell the others"

It must have all been too much to take in, the way she trembled, the way she held her breath and looked at those pictures, it was all too much. No wonder she fainted. He ran his hand in her hair afraid to even believe that she was real...that she was alive. After all those years of seeing her in his dreams, feeling her presence around the house; it was all because she was alive! She was really alive and yet so near.

Ofcourse that douche took her to New Zealand but why had he gone to the extent of taking advantage of his wife? Feeding her lie after lie, making her think they were husband and wife. He couldn't recall the many times he had held the picture handed to him by Elizabeth. A picture of Mikaella in Marcus' arms kissing him as if they were so much in love.

Roman was the one she loved. He was the love of her life and now? He couldn't tell where his place would fall in her life. A forgotten husband? Her ex? It didn't matter now, he loved her that's what counted.

He would fight for her love just like he had years ago. He would be like Marcus if need be, if that's what it took to be in her life again. Her hair was short, it looked even nicer than before. She looked even more beautiful than before or was it years of longing and being away from her that made him think that?

It all seemed like a dream you know or like one of those soap operas Marga famously talked about. Who would have imagined that his supposed dead wife, eight years later would be alive and sleeping on his lap?

Seth. She had uttered the name Seth, after seeing their son. That atleast gave him some hope, that her memories would be back...she fluttered her eyes open, waking up and distancing herself from him. With a panicked expression, she asked,

"W-what happened? whare are we going? Where are you taking me?"

"Mick? Mick, calm down. We are going home. Do you get it? Home, LA", he spelled out.

"I-I can't. My home is here",she cried.

"Your home is back in LA. And right now your family is waiting to see you. I know nothing makes sense but it will all make sense once we get home. Once you see your son"

Their son. He hadn't even spoken to him yet. Everything happened so fast and if he was going to raise quite a sensitive topic to Seth, he needed proof. Or else he would've sounded like a madman just like how Kevin sounded the other day the minute he said Mikaella was alive. Seth of all people was affected by Mikaella's death, it scarred him so much that after she died he didn't want to talk to anyone and he blamed everyone for her death.

At such a young age, therapy seemed like a good option. A safe haven to help him get through with his mother's death. Ofcourse it worked but to this day he never wanted to talk about her death. He didn't like to talk about Mikaella. It was as if once she died, he also forgot her. He only hoped for the best once Seth would see Mikaella.

And even if by a longshot, he wished things we go back to how they were.

"My son?"

"Yes, Seth. He's all grown up now, you won't believe it's him once you see each other. He doesn't say it but I know he misses you terribly each passing day. We all do",he assured.

"I can't just leave. All this-everything, it's too much. My daughter. I need my daughter with me",she choked out and Roman wore a different expression.

Daughter? She had a daughter? She had a daughter with Marcus? Why had Kevin failed to mention that? He was pissed clearly, them sharing a daughter complicated matters, she would never want to be with Roman again not after they had a product of their love.

He wasn't holding anything against the kid, kids were blessings but deep down it stung. It hurt knowing that all these years they thought she was dead, she was with Marcus. Having children, doing what couples did, loving him, calling Marcus her husband. She had cheated on him but he didn't want to hold that against her. She didn't know, she was being manipulated by him.

Although in this whole situation, he also cheated on her. He also wanted to start something with Lisa. He had slept with Lisa making them even.

"W-where is your daughter?"

"School. She's at school"

"Then we'll get her",he stated inaudibly urging the driver to turn the car around and head for Ravenswood school.

"Mommy, where are we going?" The little girl asked once they were in the car.

Roman stared at her and the girl stared back at him strangely as if he wasn't supposed to be there.

"We are going for a little trip, honey. Where's Mr Knuckles?" Mikaella asked unzipping her bag and removing a large brown teddy bear. It surprised him of how that big thing fit in her bag and why she was carrying it around in the first place.

"Good. Now hold onto him so tight because you me and Mr Knuckles are going to have a little adventure", she said and although it wasn't visible to the kid, Roman could see Mikaella wipe away her tears every time one carelessly dropped on her cheek.

"What about Mrs Knuckles and daddy? Are they coming too?"

"No...it's going to be just us, baby. D-dad is busy"

"He'll join us after he's not busy?"

Mikaella hesitated, "Yes"

The whole time he stared at the little girl with the lush brown locks, those hazel brown eyes Mikaella had and having a similar right dimple to that of Seth's. Could-could she be his daughter? The thought ran in his mind and so he boldly asked,

"How old is she?"

"Eight and two months I suppose"

And his eyes widened in shock, the kid was his no doubt. It was like deja Vu all over again.
