Passionate, ambitious and gunning for Med school, Vivian Sok lives her life by certain rules. Among them are: don't date, don't sleep with the same person twice, and football players suck. (What? So she's prejudiced. Sue her.)

Then college linebacker Jamie Tanner moves into her building, bringing with him outrageous amounts of sexual tension, and he proposes a new set of rules:
