My heels tapped lightly on the wooden floors as I made my way out the bathroom. Last night had been amazing yet hectic so Dion and I decided the best way to de-stress would be to go out for a cute little brunch.
"Baby!" His voice echoed slightly as he called from the front door. "Yes?!" I call back as I start putting my hoops on, being careful not to stab myself again. "You taking too long!.. I'm hungry!" He whined loudly, making me roll eyes gently, "I'm almost done! I need like ten minutes- Max!" I call back and listen to his footsteps come closer.
"You said that shit ten minutes ago." His head appeared in the doorway, an playful smile on his face as his eyes slowly looked me up and down. I step back and show him my outfit: Ripped skinny jeans, black furry uggs, and a cute all white long sleeve top tucked in.
"Where ya layers at?" He steps up to me and pinches the fabric of my shirt, rubbing the thin fabric between his fingers,"You bout to wear my coat again." He looks at me with a stern look, making me pout, "It's not even that cold outside!" I whine and watch him shake his head, "You know damn well you can't stand the cold, babe." He plays with the fabric of my shirt again and shakes his head. I grab his hand and gently move it to my thigh, "But my jeans are extra thick so I'll be fine." I say in a duh tone. He scoffs as his large hand squeezed my thigh slowly, "You buggin if you think this is thick, babe." He smacked it hard, making me hiss softly, "See?.. You felt that. Go put another layer on." I throw my head back and ignore the butterflies in my tummy as I groan and make my way back to the closet, "I'm only putting on a sweater." His hand connected with my ass hard as he followed behind me, "And my coat too."

It made me mad to admit that Dion was right. The air was freezing as we walked down the street, making my poor lips tremble and my arms wrap around myself for warmth. Dion looked down at me before laughing softly, "You look cold." He teased and I send him a harsh glare before hugging myself tighter, "You look cold.." I mock and watch as his arm move behind me. I flinch into his side and feel his arm wrap around my shoulders, "You thought I was gone smack ya ass?" He chuckles and I look away as my cheeks turn warm, "Stop teasing me." I whine softly and feel him pull me closer, "We here anyway, babe.. and no." He snickers and I pout as I follow him in.
The warm air was so refreshing as the heaters blasted above us, knocking the chills right out my body. I couldn't help my happy sigh as I took my hands from my pockets and held them up to the flowing air. Dion smiled as he did the same before a waiter approached us, smiling widely, "Hello! Welcome to Brook's Diner! How many will be seating?" She looks at Dion and he nods towards a back booth, "Just two but we want a booth." She nods her head quickly and grabs our menus, "Follow me this way!" I gently grabbed Dion's jacket as she lead us to the back, away from the crowd of people who talked loudly and ignored us.
"And what would you both like to start with?" She looks at me and I look to Dion. He shakes his head, "Go head. Use ya words." I nod my head before looking back at her, "Water please." She nods her head before looking to Dion, "Same here." He barely looks at her as he opens his menu, browsing his many options. A sparkle of disappointment shined in her eyes as she stepped away from the table, "G-Gotcha.. I'll be back soon." I send her a small smile and watch her walk away.

"You gettin better." Dion spoke up once she was gone, his eyes shining with amusement. I look up from my menu and smile, "You think so?.. I feel better." He gives me a smile as he sets down his menu, "So you can handle telling her both of our foods?" I hesitate for a moment but stop as his face hardens, "Yes you can, Lyn. Don't start doubting yourself." I nod my head slowly, feeling my nerves slightly relax. "Y-Yeah I don't mind.. I think I can do it." I give him a small smile and watch his widen, "That's my girl." He rested his elbows on the table as he leaned closer, his eyes locking with mine.
Butterflies swarmed my belly as I leaned into him, "I'm yours?" I tease and watch his eyes move to my lips, "Mhm.. Only mines.." he reached across the table to hold my chin in his hand, "You not leaving me." I smile and kiss his thumb as he dragged it across my bottom lip, "Never." He smiled as he slowly took his hand back, "You all bold.. like I can't be bold too." His hand moved under the table, grabbing my knee gently.
My eyes widened as I smacked at his hand, "No!" I whisper and watch him laugh softly, his dark eyes twinkling with mischief, "What?" He feigned confusion as his hand slowly traced up my inner thigh and move back down to squeeze gently. A small whimper leaves my lips as I clamp my legs shut, "You know what your doing.. stooop." I whine and watch his smile grow, "Babe I don't know what you mean." He coyly shakes his head and sucks his teeth, "You good?.. You keep blushing.." He leans in closer as his hand snakes between my thighs again, rubbing and squeezing gently. A soft gasp left my lips as I nodded my head quickly, "I-I'm okay.." I mumble softly and look down at my lap.
I could feel my stomach flutter as I fought with every ounce not to spread my legs for him. "Look at me." His voice hardened, making my eyes snap to his. His beautiful smile made me melt as his hand slowly snaked back down my thighs,"You so cute." He gave my knee one last squeeze before picking back up his menu was if noting happened.
My stomach flipped as I felt my hands shaking.
Was I angry? A little.
Hungry? Yes.
Horny like a bitch in heat? A lot.
I send him a glare from over my menu as he chuckles softly, "I think I'm getting the pancakes with a orange juice.. ooh and some hash browns.. You?" He innocently puts down his menu and I do the same, "I'll be having the same and maybe a bite out of the chef over there." I look over to the man working over the grill. His muscles showing under his black shirt as sweat dropped down his neck from the heat.
I sigh dreamily as I lean on my palms, "The things I would do to that meal of a m-" A hard hand gripped my face and forced me to look at Dion, who's face was cold and hard, "Keep fucking playing." He snapped quietly and tightened his grip. I could barely fight the smirk on my lips as I slowly slid my tongue out to lick my lips, "Or what?.." A smirk lifted at his lips as he caught on.
His hand disappeared as he leaned back, "Dont fucking play wit me.. I'll kill him." His face was stone as he looked over at the Chef who worked hard over his grill. I gasp softly and shake my head, "I-I'm done.. You know I'm your's only." I reach across the table and grab his hand, making Dion look back at me, a smirk on his lips, "That's right, baby.. Now get ready to order because the waitress is coming." He grabbed my hand and kissed it before picking back up his menus, as if nothing even happened.
"You guys ready to order?"

Or anything of the kind, in fact. So bash me as much as you like (within reason, of course).------This will be a world of humans, humanoïds, beasts, magic, and a heartwarming tale of travels across it. It won't always be butterflies, roses and friendship though, heavy moments are there too. Also : depictions of violence, blood and gore, nudity, strong language, alcohol and other classic +17 stuff. To the reader's discretion.

Going on tilt is like falling in love: both make you foolish and should be avoided at all costs. *BROOKEI hate Dean Hollis.I tell myself that every day. And some days, I almost believe it. And his stupid addictive cologne that leaves me light in the head and weak in the knees. He's a vintage blend of infuriating and intoxicating, all in one deceptively handsome bottle.Let's not forget his notoriety for emotional hit-and-runs. Dean is a bad decision just waiting to happen. I would know.Been there, done that... Literally.*DEANI remember the first time I saw Brooke Maccabe. My first thought was, holy shit. That's the hottest girl I've ever seen.
