and Apollo walked out the house seeing, Wesley, Apollo father and Jahseh grandfather. Jahseh smile seeing his grandfather who he haven't seen in awhile. Wesley leaned on a white 2019 Jaguar F-Type sports car.

"Yooo, this yours?" Jahseh ask his grandfather, walking up to the car. He eagerly run his hand over the paint, the car was clean and shiny looking.

Wesley laughed, nodding his head. "Yes, it is mine." He answered watching his grandson admire the car.

"Dad, your seventy years old. What do you need a sports car for?" Apollo asked, crossing his arms.

Wesley waved his son off, "Apollo, your fifty years old married to a thirty-five year old. Shut the mouth." Wesley retorted, Jahseh chuckling to himself.

Wesley and Apollo always went at it just like Jahseh did with his dad. The only difference is that, Wesley didn't give a damn about what his son thought. Yeah, Wesley was an old man, but he was free to do whatever the hell he wanted.

"That isn't the same thing, you shouldn't be driving in something like that." Apollo told his dad. He didn't like the fact that his elderly father was busy driving in a sports car. It was unnecessary to him and was quite embarrassing to be honest.

"Well, I'm not going to be driving it." Wesley mentioned then patting Jahseh shoulder. Jahseh look at him, confused.

"You like that Jahseh?" Wesley asked him and he nodded his head.

"Yeah."

"Good, cause it's for you."

Jahseh raise his brow, "Seriously?" He asked for assurance and Wesley nodded his head.

"Yup, your an eighteen year old with a drivers license and no car. So, here you go." Wesley toss the keys to Jahseh, only for Apollo to snatch them out his hand.

"Dad-"

"Shut up." Apollo cut Jahseh off, looking at his father. "He's not getting this." he tossed Wesley back the keys.

Jahseh smack his lips, "It's a car." He spoke, Apollo giving him a glare then looking back at his dad. Wesley shook his head, leaning back on the car.

"It's not just a car, it's a responsibility that your not ready for. So, shut up." Apollo told Jahseh again sternly.

Jahseh clenched his jaw, his fists balling up by his side. Wesley noticed the action of his grandson, already knowing how he was feeling. Wesley shook his head again, hating how Apollo treated Jahseh. He was always hard on him since the day he was born and Wesley was confused as to why Apollo was. Wesley was never too tough on Apollo while he was growing up.

Of course, he had his rules that Apollo and his siblings followed since he was a single father at the time. He hated how toxic and verbally abusive Apollo was towards Jahseh. He tired helping, but it wasn't much he could do. Jahseh was the way he was today because of his dad.

"Apollo, why do you do the shit that you do?" Wesley asked his son.

"I don't do anything, he's my son and I'm not giving him a car that he doesn't need." Apollo told him.

"He's an adult-"

"He's a child-"

"He's an adult!" Wesley spoke sternly, repeating himself again. "Legally, he's an adult which means he needs a car. I don't care what issue you have, but I'm giving me grandson a car." Wesley threw the keys back at Jahseh who caught it.

"This car is paid off completely, all you have to do is pay for anything you need or want done to it. Don't do anything stupid, don't let randoms in the car and for Christ sake be safe. A young black man in a luxury car definitely doesn't sit right with certain people." Wesley said, Jahseh nodded his head happily as he stare at the keys.

"Well, what the hell you waiting for? Take ya ass somewhere and have some fun and be home at a reasonable time too." Wesley told him, leaning off the car.

Jahseh nodded his head, getting in the car. Wesley walked over to his son, standing beside him. They watched as Jahseh started to car up, the engine revving before he pulled off. Apollo shook his head then turned to his dad.

"The next time to decide to get my son a car without my permission, it'll be a problem. He's not your child." Apollo told his dad getting upset.

Wesley laughed in his face, "Apollo, I don't give a damn. Now, where's my granddaughter? I bought her something too."

"Mom, I'm leaving!" Blu shouted as she put on her jacket.

"Okay, be home by midnight and be safe!" Crystals shouted back.

"I will, love you!" Blu shouted then walked out the house. She made sure she had everything, walking down the pathway and to Sydney car.

She got in the back, shutting the door after her. Sydney turned around to face her and gave her a smile.

"Heyyyy!" She dragged, Blu gave her a small smile.

"Hey." She said back, putting her seatbelt on.

"Oh, before we go, Blu this is-"

"Lisa." The girl cut Sydney off, turning around to look at Blu. She gave Blu and weird look, looking her up and down.

"I'm Lisa, Sydney best friend." She said, emphasizing the 'best friend' part.

Blu raise his brow then slowly nodded her head. "Okay." She said not understanding what was the reason. Lisa roll her eyes then turned back around in her seat.

Blue decided not to speak on it since she wasn't in the mood to do so. Sydney ended up pulling off, heading to the bonfire. Some former students at their school was hosting a bonfire and somehow Sydney was invited to it. Blu wasn't sure how she knew a whole bunch of nineteen and twenty year olds, but that wasn't her business.

She only went since she never went to a bonfire party before. Plus, she thought it would be nice to go out and meet new people. That's all she was going to do and the moment things turned upside she was leaving. The car ride was long, Sydney and Lisa talking loudly to each other about their past.

Blu just look out the window, listening to her own music. Sydney finally pulled up to a big house that look like something you'll see in those fancy movies. She parked the car and the girls got out, Blu staring at the house amazed.

"Girl, come on!" Sydney shouted at her as her and Lisa walked up the pathway.

Blu followed behind them, looking around at her scenery. She didn't know this area at all, so she was being careful. In case anything, happened she knew how to head back home. Walking to the back, she seen a bunch of people talking and chilling. Low music played while some people talk in circles.

She continued following after Sydney and Lisa until she finally stopped near some people. They were sitting around a fire pit, Blu instantly smelling weed. She scrunched up her face at the smell and coughed a little. It was strong and didn't have a nice smell it to.

Sydney pulled her arm, sitting her down next to her roughly. Blu fixed her jacket and look around the group. She noticed it was more boys then girls over here and the guys were all touchy with the girls. She already had a feeling this was about to be bad.

"Sooo, y'all seniors?" One boy asked and Blu quickly look over at him. He was light skin with dreads, a tattoo underneath his eye. He had grills in his mouth and many chains around his neck.

Blu assumed he was the gangster type by the jewelry and the tattoo. She could be wrong, but she had a feeling she wasn't. The boy caught her staring at him and he gave her a smile, showing his grills.

"Whatchu staring over there for ma? You like what you see?" He asked, taking the blunt from his friend then smoking from it.

"I'm not your ma and no I don't." Blu answered, Sydney hitting her arm. She look over at her friend then roll her eyes.

The boy blew smoke out his mouth, then passed the blunt to the person beside him. It was going in a rotation and soon was going to hit Blu and them. She was going to pass since she didn't smoke off random people. She didn't know what they had or what they have done with their mouth.

"Don't mind my friend, she's new to this." Sydney told the boy, giving him a flirtatious look. Th boy noticed, but put his attention back on Blu. He had a likening in her already, even though they barely knew each other.

"Whatchu from the suburbs?" He asked, Sydney frown noticing he was paying her any mind.

"No, I'm from the trenches." Blu remarked and he smirk.

"Oh really? Where?"

"Up your ass and around the corner." She retorted, some of the people around them snickering a little.

Sydney gasp then grabbed Blu arm, "Blu, are you serious? Your doing the most and killing the mood." She told her and Blu roll her eyes.

"I'm not killing the mood, I'm just being a smart ass." Blu told her, Sydney scoffed letting her go. She was starting to get annoyed with Blu and how she always certain the attention around her.

They had came out to hang with people and have fun. But, to her Blu was just being a buzzkill. She didn't care if these people were older than her, Sydney just wanted to have fun. And she was regretting asking Blu to come out.

"Well, can you stop cause it's annoying. Your always doing this and it's not fun anymore. Stop killing the mood." Sydney told her friend.

Blu kept her facial expressions under control because she confused with Sydney. She decided not to speak on it and just stayed quiet. A conversation sparked up and Blu stayed out of it. She already wanted to go home and lay in her bed. She noticed the boy still looking at her and she roll her eyes at him.

She was ready to go.

Hours went by and it was already eleven at night. Blu was bored to death at this so called party. The same music was being played over and over again. No one mentioned it cause they were either, high as a kite, drunk as hell or both. She was neither since once again she wasn't drinking or smoking around randoms.

She refuse for anything to happen to her. Taking her phone out her pocket, she seen it was on 2% and she tuck in her lips. She had been on it the whole time to occupy her time and now her phone was about to die. Sighing, she got up and made her way inside the house.

Some people were in there enjoying time with whoever. A couple in the living room making out on the couch, while other people sat there and smoke like they weren't there. Blu shook her head and headed up the long staircase. She was ready to go and needed to round up Sydney and Lisa.

She didn't care if they weren't ready to go, she wasn't leaving without them. Finally reaching the top, she headed down the hall and started opening all the room doors. There were several, so she knew this was going to take a while to find them. She opened on door seeing a couple having sex.

She quickly closed it and kept on going. She didn't give herself any time to process what she saw. She walked in a couple more rooms, some empty while the others had people in there fucking. Reaching another door, she put her hand on the knob then let out a deep breath.

"God, I don't want to see anymore ass and dick. Just my best friend." She said to herself. She opened the door and both heads turned towards her.

"Blu, what the fuck!" Sydney shouted, quickly covering her body with the sheet.

Blu noticed her best friend was in bed with the boy from earlier. The guy look at Blu giving her a smile. She roll her eyes at him then look at her best friend.

"Syd, we gotta go, so come on." Blu told her.

"Y'all don't have to go." The boy said, Blu raising her brow at him.

"Sir, please shut up and yes we do have to go. So, Syd let's go." Blu repeated herself.

Just as Sydney was about to get off the bed, the boy grabbed her arm and she look back at him.

"Y'all don't have to leave." He said, staring at Sydney. Blu squinted her eyes at them then shook her head.

"Yeah, we're not doing that. Let her go now!" She shouted walking into the room.

"Man, watch out." The boy said, letting go of Sydney and getting off the bed. He walked up to Blu, wrapping his hand around her neck. His grip around her neck was tight as he started choking her.

Blu started hitting his hand as he grip her neck tighter. Sydney sitting on the bed watching a man choke her best friend against the wall.

"She's not leaving, so go ahead somewhere before I hurt you." The boy told her sternly, Blu gasping for air.

He finally let her go and she started coughing, trying to catch her breath. The boy walked back to the bed in Sydney side then push her hair back. She bit her lip, looking him in the eyes.

"Blu, go home, I'm staying." She told Blu, not bothering to look at her. She wrapped her arms around the boy neck, pulling him down on her.

They started kissing, Blu still trying to catch her breath. She calmed herself down before heading towards the door.

"And close the door bitch!" The boy shouted at Blu, Sydney chuckling.

Walking out the room, Blu slam the door shut just to be smart. She hurried down the hall and ended up going to the bathroom. Locking the door behind her, she look in her mirror seeing she had a bruise on her neck. She sigh, blinking back her tears.

"It's not even worth it."
