marching band was heard as Blu and Sydney go out the car.
"Thanks daddy!" Sydney thanked her dad.
"Thank you Mr. Robinson." Blu thanked him as well. She noticed him licking his lips, his eyes scanning her body.
She tuck in her lips starting to feel uncomfortable. Something told her to get her aunt to drive them instead. But, her aunt was busy trying to get her back broke by the neighbor that she couldn't.
"Your welcome, Blu." Mr. Robinson said, still scanning her body. Sydney roll her eyes then grabbed Blu hand.
"Bye dad!" She exclaimed, starting to walk away from the car. They walked through the parking lot until they reached the school.
They stood in line for the tickets, Blu looking around at the many people that came out. She guess the first game really was important. Parents, teachers, and students were all out for the boys. She was new to the football scenery, but she liked it. They moved up in the line going to the window.
"Two student tickets." Sydney told the man.
"IDs." He told them and the two girls showed him their school ids. He nodded his head then got tickets and they paid.
When they were done, they walked out of line and towards the field entrance. They handed their tickets to the guard who then let them in. Sydney squealed which caught Blu off guard.
"We going to have so much fun!" She exclaimed, Blu chuckling a little.
Music continued playing as the two girls walked up the stands hand in hand. They walked all the way down, sitting beside the marching band that Blu didn't know they had. They took a seat on the last bleacher and Blu started looking around. This was the high school experience she wanted and you couldn't get this at a private school.
Chilling for a few minutes, the crowd soon all stood up when 0 to 100 by Drake started playing. Blu and Sydney stood up on the bleachers seeing smoke and the cheerleaders flipping then the football players ran out. The crowd screaming and yelling at them.
"Let's go Trojans!" They all shouted, cheering for them.
"Their asses look so tight in those pants." Sydney said, squealing.
Blu shook her head, sitting back down. She hope this game was all worth the hype.

It was fourth quarter and just twenty seconds left in the quarter. The Trojans were down just by three points and only need a touchdown to win. The team was in a huddle, Apollo giving them the play.

"Alright, we're doing Hook and Ladder play. They already took Wade out the game, so we're left with our last wide receiver, Jahseh. Jay you'll do a fake to the left then throw the ball to Jahseh. Jahseh..." Apollo paused looking at his son.
"Catch the damn ball." He told him, Jahseh mugged him then rolling his eyes.
"The whole damn point." He thought to himself.
The referee blew his whistle since the timeout was over. The team put their fists in the air, all shouting 'Trojans' before running back out to the field. They got into their position, Jahseh standing right in front of his opponent.
The boy gave him a smile, "You fast homie?" He asked trying to imitate Jahseh, but it wasn't working.
Nothing could imitate him or cause him to get mad, but the boy knew exactly what to say. The quarterback called out the play, the team getting down.
"Ready, settt, hut!" The quarterback said and the ball was snapped to him.
Jahseh started running his his route, his opponent keeping up to him. He ended up making a cut then look back, his quarterback seen he was open and threw the ball at him. Jahseh kept running, watching the ball. The football felt right in his arms and he ran right into the end zone. The crowd all stood up, cheering loudly.
"And that's a touchdown for Trojans and the end of the fourth quarter!" The commentator announced.
The football team ran up to Jahseh, slapping his shoulder pads and helmet. The crowd still shouting at the win for the first game. They had a feeling their season was going to be great. Both teams lined up on the fifty yard line still celebrating. They walked down the line, slapping hands with the other team.
The boy that was defending Jahseh was at the end of the line. He slapped Jahseh hand, smirking.
"I bet that one was for your brother huh?" He asked, smartly. Jahseh quickly look back at him as the boy started walking off.
"Whatchu say?" Jahseh asked, taking off his helmet. The boy look back at him, chuckling.
"I said I bet that was for your brother. You know the one that for shot, you got a touchdown for him and that's cute!" The boy repeated himself, his two teammates laughing that was beside him.
"Fuck is my brother name in your mouth for?" Jahseh walked up to him, his angry already skyrocketing quickly.

The boy held his hands up, still smirking like everything was funny. "Relax, put your hands up like your brother should've done." He remarked and that triggered Jahseh.
Without thinking, he shoved the boy completely pissed off. The boy took off his helmet then shoved Jahseh back. The two players started fighting one another, the rest of the Trojan football team running over to them. Everyone isn't he crowd stood up trying to figure out what was going on.
Apollo push through the crowd of boys, getting to the middle. Jahseh was over top of the boy punching him repeatedly in his face. Apollo tried grabbing him, but was having a hard time doing so. When Jahseh got pissed, his got strong, very strong. Getting some help from the other players, Jahseh was finally pulled off the player who was helped up by his friends.
"Talk about my fucking brother again and imma kill you!" Jahseh threatened as his teammates pushed him back.
"Don't you think you wanna see him instead!" The boy continued, Jahseh trying to get out the other boys grip but couldn't.
"Aye, get your player coach now!" Apollo told the coach, Matthew.
"Get your player, Apollo. Tell him to keep his feelings off the field." Matthew retorted, walking off with his team.
Apollo shook his head then walked over to Jahseh.
"Get the fuck off me!" Jahseh shouted, snatching his arm from his team. He attempted to go back to the team, but Apollo stopped him.
"Chill out, Smith!" Apollo told him, but Jahseh wasn't trying to hear any of that.
"I'm not chilling out, he fucking talked about my brother!" Jahseh shouted, his voice cracking a little.
"It's trash talk, Jahseh. He's just trying to get under your skin!"
"How the fuck is that trash talk? He mentioned my brother that fucking died and you over here calling it trash talk! That's bullshit!" He continued shouting, his emotions getting the best of him.
His eyes started to get watery and any moment he was about to break down in front of everyone.
"Chill the hell out now, Smith and I'm not telling you again!" Apollo shouted back getting in Jahseh face.
Not bothering to say anything back, Jahseh just walked off. He tried blinking back his tears before they came running down. Walking off the field, he knocked down the bucket full of water before walking out through the gate. He sniffled a little feeling the tears about to come.
As he walked to his dad car, Blu stood near the gate talking to her mom. She seen him walking out with his head down and she instantly wanted to check on him.
"Mommy, I'll call you back." She said before hanging up the phone. She started jogging over to him calling his name.
"Jahseh!" She shouted, approaching him. "Jahseh, are you okay?" She asked out of curiosity.
He ignored her question, opening his dad car door. Blu tuck in her lips, confused as to why he wasn't replying.
"Jahseh, I asked if you-"
"I'M FINE BLU GODDAMN!" He shouted, quickly turning around to face her. Blu ended up jumping a little looking up at him.
"I don't even know why your asking me like we're cool. We're not friends and I don't fucking know you, so leave me the hell alone!" He continued shouting at her.
Blu nodded her head, "Right, my bad, I just wanted to make sure you was alright." She said and he roll his eyes.
"I don't need you to, so just please leave me alone." He repeated and Blu nodded her head again.
"Right, my fault. Continue having your pitty party." She remarked, walking off.
Dexter came out and seen the two. Blu walked towards him, irritated herself. She just wanted to help, but she guess not everyone wants help.
"Is he okay?" Dexter asked her and she shrugged her shoulder.
"Who knows, but don't go over there or else he'll yell at you." Blu answered, walking past him. Dexter look back at her then look at Jahseh.
He could tell he was having one of his moments and he decided not to bother. He knew good and well to not bother him. He walked back to the field leaning Jahseh to himself.
Jahseh took off his shoulders pads, tossing them in the car. He got in the passenger side afterwards, slamming the door shut. He hit the dashboard before leaning his head on it. His emotions took over him and he started breaking down crying.

Humanity Extinguished
I had the same nightmare again. The loss of my first life continues to haunt me, but now it aches like an old wound. A more grievous injury to my psyche was the losses yet to come and the inevitable hellscape I would return to again and again. Reincarnation is my curse. The lives themselves weren't all that bad. Losing people you cared about hurt and all, but even that pain was preferable to experiencing the nothingness between lives for months at a time. It was enough to drive anyone mad. Now I have to focus on breaking this horrible cycle. Thankfully I have all the time in the world. Trace is an average man driven by extraordinary circumstances in an indifferent and cruel world. His reincarnations give him a few key advantages but also take a heavy toll on him. He lives in a world where magic is uncommon and underpowered compared to the limitless physical adaptations you can acquire by getting your hands a little bloody. This story is one of hardship and terrible lows, but also monumental achievements and grand heights. The main character has flaws. While some of these flaws will fade with time, others will worsen. Thank you for taking the time to read my synopsis. I plan to release 2-3 chapters a week. Claire Saphira wanted none of that. She simply wished for a life where she could live without worry of her own survival. As she ran from the debt collectors for the umpteenth time, she was swallowed by an errant tower, where she saw a frail, pale-skinned girl with ashen hair hung by chains. It was a chance, a chance to participate in the tournament and live without worrying about survival. Yet, something nagged in the back of her mind. Why did she look so familiar?
