"Let it out mama." Zylin whispered, hugging Heaven in the private bathroom. He had arrived at the hospital with the kids and they were in the waiting room being watched by Jayda.
"I can't do this!" Heaven yelled through her sobs, hugging Zylin's torso.
Heaven was having a mental breakdown. She felt like everything was weighing down on her. She didn't know what to do with Solana, and she was scared that she would never see Cane again.
"I'm so tired—I'm tired." She coughed through her cries.
"I brought danger to our family. To our kids. This is all on me. I'm sorry." Heaven said, explaining everything that she was feeling.
Zylin just allowed her to get everything out before he spoke. He made sure to listen to every word she said.
"I'm trying so hard to help everybody. Why is all of this happening?"
Heaven's loud coughs started filling the bathroom taking over her cries. Her eyes were bloodshot red, her hair was in a messy bun and she still had blood stained on her hands.
"Breathe Heaven." Zylin coached, pulling away to look at Heaven's face. He felt her forehead, and she was burning up hot. He got a paper towel and ran cold water over it dabbing her face.
"He came to the house to try and talk things out and I was being a complete bitch. T-That was probably my last time seeing him alive." Heaven whined.
"He gave me a second chance at life, I—I should've gave him another chance. I was being so cold." She added on.
"Heaven this is a wake up call. To cherish your loved ones every chance you get. Not to hold grudges. Not to let anyone leave mad. I pray to God that Cane in there fighting for his life, because you both need each other mama."
"I don't want you to leave me." Heaven admitted. Truthfully she was scared that Zylin would leave her because her house had got shot at.
"Baby what are you talking about?" Zylin asked, scrunching his eyebrows together in confusion.
"Mama leaving you never ever crossed my mind." Zylin slightly chuckled, pecking Heaven's pouted lips.
"I don't want our family to be in danger because of me." She sniffled.
"Baby it's not."
"Mama you just have to start putting yourself first. I know you love helping people, but what about you?"
"I know you don't want to hear this but you need to give yourself a break. Take some time for yourself to do the things that you love. Baby I know you want to save the world and everyone in it, but you can't." Zylin spoke.

"Your mental health is deteriorating because you're trying to make sure everyone is happy. When we get married, we take vows to stick together through any trial or tribulation. We gone get through this together, I' not leaving you Heaven." Zylin stated, taking his thumb wiping under her eyes.
"You don't have to do everything. Whoever shot at your house, trust and believe they gone be found and it's gone be handled. It's my job to protect our family." He added on.
"What did I do to deserve you?" Heaven pouted.
Zylin chuckled, patting her face with the damp paper towel again. "We in this together forever, 4lyfers." He smiled.
"4lyfers for sure." Heaven chuckled, standing on her tippy toes to get a kiss. He wasted no time planting one at her request.
"I love you." He said in between kisses. He made sure to tell her every chance he got how much he loved her. It was clear that Zylin wasn't going anywhere, he was upset that Heaven thought he was.
"I love you too." Heaven replied.
"As far as Solana, you have to do what's best for you and her. Be honest and true to yourself and her. You know what I'm talking about so I'm just gone let you make that decision." Zylin stated, throwing the paper towel in the trash.
Heaven bit down on her bottom lip and nodded her head. She got herself together by redoing her ponytail and making sure that her face was free from any tears or mucus.
"You ready?" Zylin asked.
Heaven nodded her head, connecting her hand to his. They walked out of the bathroom and into the waiting room, being greeted with Nevaeh holding Daloni as he slept.
"Mama you okay?" She asked.
"I'm okay now baby." Heaven smiled. "You want me to get him from you?" She asked. Of course Nevaeh shook her head no. She had told Jayda that Daloni always slept with her so she couldn't put him down.
"Babe can you doordash some waffle house or something so they can eat?" Heaven asked. She knew they would be getting home late, but her first priority was making sure they ate.
"Yeah I'm about to go get some pizza." Zylin nodded.
"Okay, I need to go talk to Solana, Jayda can you call me when the doctor comes for Cane?"
"Of course babe, we're good here." Jayda nodded. Jayda had told Heaven so many times that she didn't have to do things alone, but she knew how Heaven was.
Heaven gave the kids a kiss on the forehead and Zylin a kiss on the lips before disappearing to Solana's room. Butterflies swarmed her stomach at everything that could go wrong during their conversation.

Solana had to stay at the hospital for 24 hours for observation. After that she would be discharged. The elevator took Heaven to Solana's temporary room. She was placed in the suicide wing.
"Hey boo." Heaven smiled.
"Is he okay? Did they find Diamond?" Solana immediately asked, sitting up from her laying position.
"He's still in surgery, and no." Heaven replied.
Silence took over the room while both girls fell into their own thoughts. Solana was to busy thinking about if Diamond would find her, while Heaven was thinking about Solana.
"Solana when you're discharged, I think it's better if you'd stayed at a rehabilitation center until we're both mentally stable." Heaven uttered, breaking the silence.
"But I thought I could stay with you." Solana frowned.
Heaven lowly, sighed shaking her head. "I thought you could but honestly I would be failing you if I took you in and then just neglected your mental needs. Solana you need somebody who can—No!"
"No, I am mentally stable. I-I feel better now. I'm not crazy, I didn't tell anyone because I was scared. You're abandoning me just like everyone else Heaven." Solana protested.
"No I'm not, I want you to have the proper help. I'll still call and visit, but with my demanding job and having two young kids, I know I won't be able to give you my all." Heaven replied.
"But I'm fine. I feel fine." Solana said, as tears filled her eyes. She was trying to convince herself that she was better, but she knew she wasn't.
"Solana, I don't want me or my kids coming home seeing you in a bathtub with slices in your wrists, or you passed out on the floor overdosed on pills." Heaven truthfully admitted.
"I just think this is for the best, just until you regain control over your mind again. I promise you, I'll talk to you every chance that I get." Heaven added on.
Solana wiped her tears and nodded. "I understand."
Solana would be lying if she said that she didn't feel Diamond still controlling her because she did. It felt like Diamond had all access to her brain cells. "When I'm better, what will happen to me?"
"You'll have a real family to come home to." Heaven smiled.
Solana broke down in tears pulling her knees to her chest."I just want her to get out! I still hear her in my head! I can't get her voice out!" She yelled, holding her ears.
"She's in my head!" Solana screamed, holding her head. The doctors rushed in with needles and arm restraints immediately about to sedate her.
"Wait!" Heaven held her hand up, telling them to stop.
She slid in the bed with Solana and held her as she screamed. Solana screamed to the top of her lungs still holding her head thinking that Diamond was inside of her.
Heaven knew that the nurses were about to sedate Solana, and she had no say so. "I'm right here now." She whispered.
"She won't leave!"
The nurses discreetly walked to the other side of Solana's bed without her knowing and made eye contact with Heaven. Heaven sighed and nodded her head. One of the nurses quickly stuck the needle in Solana's arm instantly calming her down.
"No, leave the restraints off." Heaven shook her head, seeing them prep to restrain Solana.
"I'll stay with her."
Solana eyes were now closed falling into a deep sleep. The medicine would last until the morning, just enough time until she was admitted into the rehabilitation center.
"Can y'all leave now?" Heaven asked, annoyed that the nurses were still in the room. Of course they knew Heaven and how her attitude was, so they wasted no time.
Heaven looked down at Solana hugging her, and sighed. Hopefully the rehabilitation center could help, if they couldn't Heaven didn't know what she was going to do.
She felt her phone buzz, when she pulled it out she saw a message from Jayda. He's in recovery She read, making her sigh in huge relief.

hey loves!!
Don't forget to check out my newest book guys!!
Let's get straight into it. So werey'all expecting for Heaven to have a mental breakdown sooner or later?
She admitted that she was being cold towards Cane, yall agree with her?
Do y'all honestly believe that Zylin would leave Heaven with everything that's been going on?
How we feel about Zylin's advice?
I think it's time for Heaven to start putting herself first for once, what y'all think?
The best big sister award goes to Nevaeh lol, I think Daloni got her wrapped around his finger too.
How y'all feel about Heaven's decision to place Solana in a rehabilitation center? Do y'all agree or disagree? Why or why not?
I just really feel so bad for Solana, she's so traumatized that she literally feels Diamond inside of her, what y'all think about that?
Did y'all agree with the nurses sedating her?
Honestly Cane was not supposed to get shot lmao, I just threw that in because I didn't know what else to write about. I would feel bad for killing him off after him and Heaven's last conversation...
However he pulled through perioddd!!! Y'all think Heaven will now have a change of heart?
vote and comment pls!!

A Titan's Crusade
Erik Thayne spent most of his life being brutally ridiculed and tormented for his weight and physical appearance, among other things. A social pariah and diagnosed with an eating disorder no one has an explanation or treatment for, Erik spent years trying to overcome his issues with his personal image and escape the ridicule and vicious torment of his peers. After years of dedicated effort, and a fresh start in a town away from his childhood and adolescent tormentors, he had finally begun to truly realize what he'd been striving for all along. Only, fate apparently has other plans because in the blink of an eye, Erik found himself snatched from Earth and taken to another universe, another world, where he is offered the chance to be more than he'd ever imagined. Now, he has to fight to restore the Balance between Chaos and Order on a world of swords and magic, in a universe governed by the System's laws, which resemble those of RPGs from Earth. Erik learned to embrace the things about himself that others taught him to hate, using them to reforge his physical identity into something more removed from his old self-loathing. But can he learn to embrace the darkest parts of his mind just as he did the reviled aspects of his body and become who he needs to be to succeed in the task set before him? It might just prove easier to stalk in the dark as a monster than to walk in the light as a man... *This is my first time publishing anything I've written to a public audience. Due to formatting issues, I forwent traditional stat-screens for something a little less problematic, delineating stat screens by separating them from regular text with horizontal lines in a lighter-grey coloration. Let me know if you like them or not. Criticism is entirely welcome, but please don't hate on my work after only reading 1 chapter. This is a writing project I intend to complete but I have committment problems so we'll see how long this goes on. Also, fair warning, as the description implies, the main protagonist is intended to be someone who has been treated cruelly, developed antisocial tendencies, and ultimately has to question his own humanity--or lack thereof. This story is not intended to be brutally dark but I will definitely be trying to follow a darker theme. It is intended to be violent and some scenes later in the story might be...alarming. There will likely also be some light, non-graphic (think more implied with crude jokes and conversation than actual details, there will be no full-blown sex scenes)relationship scenes planned later and if you're opposed to either a bisexual or gay main character, stay away. I haven't yet decided which way he's going to swing but the odds on him being straight are relatively miniscule, and I've always wanted to write a story about a gay man who basically looks like a lumberjack because who doesn't like giving conventional stereo-types the middle finger? This will NOT be a harem story, and I have no intention to focus on romance over action--it's a consequence of character development where I'm concerned, not the be-all-end-all of the story. The cover-art does not, in any way, belong to me. It was an image titled the Druid King (by duskanmarkovic according to the file name) which I found on Google Images. Until I can get something commissioned, this is the best stand-in image I could find.
