"You okay? Seem distracted tonight." Kenzie asked Bambii exiting the stage. Kenzie and Bambii were good co workers and had been working together for a while so when something was off with either of them they noticed.
"Just a lot on my mind." Bambii mumbled, walking in front of Joe back to the locker room with Kenzie on her side. Kenzie always watched Bambii's performance and sometimes it was vice versa.
"Well whatever it is, you'll get through it." Kenzie nodded. Kenzie was a petite brunette with a hour glass frame. Even though she was white, she had great rhythm. Besides stripping, Kenzie was in college for accounting.
Bambii ignored Kenzie and walked straight to her vanity. As usual she was ready to go. She just wanted to be with Daloni. Kenzie didn't understand what Bambii was going through, so her words didn't mean anything to her.
Bambii saw Kenzie as a cool person, just not friend material. In fact, nobody was really friend material to Bambii. She couldn't trust anybody, but she was also scared to let anybody in.
Bambii walked to her locker and noticed that it was open. She got closer to see her things tampered with. The coloring sheets that she kept from Daloni was torn into pieces. "They chose the wrong motherfucking time." She chuckled quickly taking her heels off. She put her hair in a quick bun and went back to the actual locker room.
"Who did it?" She simply asked.
Everyone looked around with confused faces wondering what she was talking about. That only pissed her off more. She hated when people acted dumb. "Who the fuck went in my shit?"
"It was Diamond." Solana quickly pointed. Bambii didn't fuck with snitches, but when it came to her money everyone had better sang like a bird.
"Girl ain touch yo stuff." Diamond chuckled, waving Bambii off. Diamond knew that she was lying. She broke the locks on Bambii's locker while she was performing. Hoping to find money, all she saw was coloring sheets that Daloni colored and pepper spray.
Even though money wasn't stolen, Diamond still violated Bambii, and for that she needed to be taught a lesson.
Without even thinking, Bambii ran up on Diamond dragging her out of the vanity chair. She thought about giving a fair fight but Bambii didn't care. She started punching Diamond in the face repeatedly seeing nothing but red.
Everyone was cheering Bambii on, while some recorded. Bambii had put both of her hands around Diamond's neck and started choking her out. Ignoring the blood leaking from her knuckles and Diamond's mouth, Bambii used one of her fist to punch Diamond directly in the nose making a popping sound.
"Bambii get up!" Cane yelled trying to pry her off. Joe stood by the door shaking his head. He had been watching the whole thing and while his job was to stop all brawls he felt like Diamond deserved what she had coming.

"Cane get the fuck away from me!" She yelled taking her other hand off of Diamond's neck and standing up. Everyone in the room watched as Diamond tried to stand up but failed miserably.
"Yo go to my office and calm yo fucking ass down!" Cane yelled in Bambii's face.
"This bitch fucked with my shit and you want me to calm down. Y'all better stop fucking playing with me in this bitch." Bambii yelled, looking at everyone. Cane grabbed Bambii by her arm and took them to his office.
"Get your hands off of me!" Bambii yelled, punching Cane in the face. Cane stepped back and as he started tasting blood in his mouth. He wasn't gonna hold it against her because he knew she was mad.
"Joe go get my shit!" She added. Joe was already on it. As soon as Cane took Bambii he went to pack all of her stuff up.
Cane watched Bambii pace around the room angrily. He shook his head and sat behind his desk. Of course he wasn't gonna fire her, he would be hurting himself.
"You make me sick Cane! Real shit. Stupid, dumb ass bitch."
Cane just laughed as he put a tissue up to his lip. He was used to this conversation. If somebody paid him to count how many times Bambii said that line he would probably be rich.
Cane was a tall man that resembled Key Glock. He was thin like a lollipop stick. His wave was always showcased and swimming and his grills always shined when he opened his mouth. He had tattoos from the neck all the way to his chest. Cane was very attractive to most girls.
"Bamb you ready?" Joe asked, peeking his head in the room.
"Get me the fuck outta here." She mumbled, rolling her eyes at Cane while he smirked. He watched as her ass jiggled every time she walked in her outfit. Although he looked at Bambii as a sister, she was still fine as hell to him.
"Yo Bamb you thought about that break I mentioned?" Joe asked as they walked to the back door. The damage that Bambii did to Diamond was very bad. He just hoped she didn't press charges. He was genuinely concerned about Bambii
"I don't know Joe. Maybe sooner than you think." Bambii replied, slightly shivering as they exited through the back door. She didn't have any cover ups on like she usually did.
"Ok I'll take that. Be safe." He stated, making sure nobody was watching Bambii. He was more paranoid then her, being that some of the men in the club was known for following the strippers home.
"Thanks. Bye Joe." She sighed, closing her door. As much as she wanted to go to home she knew she couldn't. Her nights at the hospital were getting more hectic being that a couple of nurses had quit. They were very low on staff.

While she waited at the red light she pulled out her phone to text Jayda. omw, is he sleep?
yes he asked for you, told him you were having a meeting with spider man😩
awww i'll be there in 15!
ok
Being that she couldn't change in the locker room meant that she had to change in her car. Luckily she had dark tints so nobody could even see her. Arriving at the hospital she made sure her doors were locked and started to change from her two piece into her blue scrubs.
"Shit." She hissed, accidentally bumping her knuckles on her steering wheel. Bambii had already knew her knuckles were bruised, but she ignored it.
Now in her work scrubs, she got out of the car and went straight to the elevator that took her inside the building. She had to take another elevator to get to the pediatric ward.
Finally arriving in her usual designated work area, she clocked in and went to the desk. Jayda was just coming out of Daloni's room checking on him.
"Oh hey boo."
"Hey Jayda." Heaven smiled, about to go check in on her other patients. Besides Daloni, she had four more kids that she had to check in on. The other kids were doing great, two of them were close to beating their cancers.
"Hi babe. I was just about to text you." Jayda said. Jayda was a little bit older than Heaven. In fact she was two years older than Heaven's twenty four. Both girls were about their money, that's why they got along so good. Heaven could sense energy and Jayda had never gave off bad vibes.
"My godbrother is having a big bbq for his friend, would you wanna come? I remember you saying you haven't been out in a while. There will be food and lots of liquor."
"Really when is it?" Heaven asked, now giving Jayda her attention. She knew that a break was seriously needed, and every time she went around Jayda's family there was nothing but good vibes.
"Sunday."
"I'll come. Text me the address." Heaven nodded. How could she say no to free food and liquor. Even though she wouldn't get drunk, she did want to have a good time.
"Okay."
Heaven made her way to her first patient's room which was a ten year old girl. She wasn't suprised to see Kyah upside down on her bed talking to herself. Kyah was very goofy and she always gave everyone a good laugh.
"Kyah, what are you doing?" Heaven chuckled, washing her hands to take her vitals. Kyah turned right side up and started giggling.
"I got hiccups."
Heaven smiled and shook her head. It was past midnight and the ten year old was still full of energy. Kyah was very close to beating her cancer.
"Well try and get some rest babe. No more being upside down." Heaven stated. Kyah had lost all of her hair but it was slowly starting to grow back. Kyah was always upside down on her bed.
"Yes ma'am. Can I get ice cream?" She asked with a slick grin. She knew the answer would be no, but she asked anyway.
"And can't. Goodnight babygirl." Heaven chuckled, removing the blood pressure wrap from around her arm. Kyah pouted and got under the covers. She was very dramatic.
After making rounds to her other three patients, Heaven updated everybody's charts and put them in their specific doctor's cubby. She went to wash her hands and to put on a mask.
Enterting Daloni's room, she first started picking up all of the crayons that was scattered on the floor and in his bed. Putting them in the small nightstand, she pulled up a chair to sit next to him.
Daloni was now on oxygen because he was having a hard time breathing in. The small mask fogged up everytime he inhaled and exhaled. The tears on his face already let Heaven know that he was crying for her.
Instead of grabbing his hand, she just stared at him. He had lost all of his curly hair and he had lost weight everyday. His caramel skin was starting to fade. Whenever he was awake you could barely see his eyeballs because his eyes looked almost shut.
Heaven was knocked out of her trance when she heard Daloni start to gasp for air and cough. Heaven knew that he was probably having a bad dream, so she scooted closer and started whispering to him.
"Papa I'm here. I'm right here big boy. Relax."
Daloni's coughing started to die down and his breathing was back at a steady pace.
"I love you." Heaven whispered, rubbing her thumb underneath his eye.
