"Let's be honest. You have no car, no home, and technically you don't even have a high school diploma. Your mom has all of that, the judge isn't gonna take KJ away from her" Yolanda, Jaelen's lawyer said.
Ximora felt her heart drop, before she could say anything the lawyer spoke again.
"I got you tho luckily you doing hair makes some good money, also can you fit me in next week? Anyways, I just need you to see if we could get KJ to cooperate a little" Yolanda continued.
"What you mean by cooperate?" Ximora asked.
"Just testify about a few things" Yolanda told her.
Ximora nodded, they spoke some more until her session was up.
Once she got in the car with Brooklyn, they headed to the store.
Ximora wanted to get ingredients for these pineapple upside down cupcakes she saw on Tiktok.
As she rode to the store her phone rang, showing Jaelen was calling.
"Where you going?" He asked.
"To the store" she told him.
"Oh igh, how was the meeting?"
"Ehh, she told me we have a lot of work to do. I'm probably gonna start doing a few more in appointments than usual. I really need to show I can provide"
He nodded "You know I got y'all"
"I know, but I need to have us too" she replied.
They talked some more until Brooklyn parked and they went inside the store.
She walked down the aisles and got most of what she needed.
"Excuse me" a girl said stopping her.
Ximora looked to her with a smile "Yea?"
"Your name Ximora and you fuck with Draco?" The girl asked.
"Umm my name is Ximora, but what Draco gotta do wimme?" Ximora replied.
The girl laughed "Oh well, my name Makylah I just wanted to let you know that's my man, you need to watch yourself"

Ximora shook her head "I ain ever gotta watch anything"
"Ain you the same one leeching off Draco?" The girl laughed.
"How I'm leeching?" Ximora began to ask.
"Don't you and your sister live off him, cause you can't afford shit and your mama kicked y'all out?"
Ximora began to say something until Brooklyn touched her arm and spoke.
"Let's go Mora, I don't even know why you feeding into that" Brooklyn said rolling her eyes at the girl.

Once Brooklyn dropped her off, Ximora stormed into the house and went straight to her room.
"Wassup babygirl" Jaelen smiled coming into the room, his smile fell as he saw Ximora packing everything.
"Take me to get my sister" she said zipping up the last suitcase.
"Why?" He asked genuinely confused.
"Bruh you telling bitches that you fuck, my business" she shook her head.
"Mane I ain fucking with no one, I work then come home. Tell me I'm lying" he blew out a breath.
Ximora crossed her arms "I don't care who you fucking with, although it's triflin how you led me on. It's a matter of you running your mouth"
"Mora I ain tell nobody you living wit me, and I definitely ain speak on why" he told her.
"Jaelen, take me to your sister house so I can get KJ" Ximora repeated.
He laid back on the bed and closed his eyes.
"Jaelen.." she said glaring at him.
"Mora, you not going nowhere. Especially on sum that ain true" he spoke.
"Okay so how else would she know?" She questioned.
"Honestly Mora, ion know" he said leaning up and looking at her.
She shook her head and pulled out her phone to order a Lyft "It's cool"
"Where y'all gon go?" He asked grabbing her arm as she started moving the suitcases out the room.

"Not your concern" she answered.
"Ximora, lemme drive you. Ion want y'all in a Uber at night" he sighed.
She thought about it then nodded.
After they got KJ the ride was silent "You really wanna stay in a hotel?"
Ximora ignored him and looked at her account as she planned how she would be spending money, since she had to come out of pocket for a hotel.
"Mora I-"
"Jaelen, please stop talking" Ximora said.
He shook his head and got out the car as they pulled into the hotel.
She grabbed the suitcases along with KJ and walked inside.
"Go shower up" she said unlocking the room door.

Whether there is any truth to this ancient tale is unknown, but it is a certainty that in each generation perhaps a handful of those children will, in fact, obtain a legendary class. On one particular Sunday, though, Mabel couldn't help but watch the man leaving Herman's office with a critical eye. He reached a hand down to help her up, but Mabel swatted it away, standing on her own and scowling. "Don't call me 'Little One,' Death." She fired back, crossing her arms and straightening her back to look taller. "And, besides, you're the one who told me your name was Death, so what else am I supposed to call you?" The raspy growl that rolled from his throat didn't sound anything like a chuckle, but the slight smile on his face told her otherwise. From Ninja to Pirate
Life can be difficult, hard and painful. Who am I kidding? Most of you probably have already experienced first-hand, all the difficulties, hardships and pains in life that I talk of, so rather than listen to me teach the lessons on how you should stay strong and look forward to the good things, I think you'd much rather prefer me to just get on with my story, and that's exactly what I'll do.My name was Uzumaki Naruto. I was a genin of the hidden village of the leaves, and the team-mate of Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura. My parents were the Fourth Hokage and the Jinchuuriki of the nine-tailed fox before me, and I was what people called, a failure. But now, the story has reversed. No more failure. No more Naruto. No more ninja.I am Akagami D. Natsuki, a girl who challenges the world, in the era of pirates! All credits go to Oda Eiichiro and Kishimoto Masashi for writing One Piece and Naruto. This is a fanfiction I wrote for my own pleasure. Please don't judge it too harshly... I have checked for spelling and grammar mistakes, but just in case there is the occasional mistake, please comment on it, rather than insult me. From personal experience, I have seen people insulting my grammar, with a comment akin to:"Cant u even spell 'mom' correctly? It's 'mom' not 'mum' you idiot!!!" So, please, don't insult me like that... It really ruins my day, which might have already been awful... Also, I apologise if they get really overpowered, or sound really arrogant... I don't mean it that way, but that's how it is read, so I'm sorry before hand. Well done for making it this far, and thank you for reading. noelicoan.
