The week seemed to drag on. Aizawa was watching 1-A train, like every other day. To be honest, he was just giving them busy work at this point. He didn't want to grade them on team fights, not with (Y/n) in the hospital still.
But it allowed the students to hone their quirks more and create more super moves. They were all left in the dark about Fiammetta's situation . They were concerned, but too scared to ask their teacher about it.
"Alright! Go change back into your unifrom and head back to the classroom! We're done for the day!" Aizawa called to his students. They all walked out of the gym and headed to the changing rooms. Aizawa sat down at his desk in 1-A's classroom. He enjoyed the quietness while he could before his students filed in. It didn't last long. His phone started ringing and he took it out of his pocket and saw it was (Y/n)'s sister.
"Hello," Aizawa answered
"Hey, I can't get ahold of Hizashi or my parents or his. Do you know what's going on?" She asked
"Mic should still be on campus as far as I know. I'm not sure about his parents or (Y/n)'s," Aizawa told her, "Are you in Japan now?"
"Yeah. (B/n) and I just landed. Hizashi usually response to my messages pretty fast. Same with my parents and aunt and uncle."
"I'll try and find him and call you back."
"Thank you Aizawa," (S/n) said and hung up
Aizawa stood up from his chair and put his phone away, his class was back and he looked over at the class rep, "Iida, your incharge of the class. Make sure they don't destroy anything."
"Yes Sensei! Can I ask where you're going?" The student asked
"It's nothing you need to be concerned about," Aizawa answered him and walked out of the classroom, he probably shouldn't leave his class alone while it was still school hours, but if this had something to do with (Y/n), it took priority.
It actually didn't take him long to find his blonde friend. He was sitting by himself in the break room, "(S/n) called me, she couldn't get qhold of any of you," Aizawa told his friend
"Yeah. I had to shut my phone off to think. (Y/n)...the therapist that did her psychic evaluation, he doesn't think she's stable enough to continue hero work or working as a consuler. They're having me decide if she should keep working since i'm the family member who's been there since she lost her alters," Mic explained as set his sunglasses down next to his headphones
"Did something happen that made the therapist think she was unstable?" Aizawa asked, sitting next to his friend
"He said during her psychic evaluation, he had a feeling she wasn't all there. I tried telling him that was normal. And she was held captive and tortured for a week so if she was blacking out or slightly dissociating, thats fine and there was no reason to worry."

"Did they talk to her actual therapist? They should be able to give a better evaluation."
"No. Her parents wanted her therapist to do the evaluation, but they said it would take to long. Now she's suppossedly not stable enough to continue hero work and working with teenagers. So now I have final say in what happens with her careers."
"This isn't a decision you should make Mic. You know little to nothing about her mental state."
"I know, but (Y/n) wants me to decide this. She knows I'll make the right decision, but I don't think I will."
"What do you think the right decison is?"
"I think what the therapist said was bullshit. I think she's stable and that if we were to have her retire, we'd be losing a good hero and staff member. I think that they're scared of her at this point."
"Then tell them. If anything goes wrong, you'll handle it. You have in the past, right?"
"Yeah, but...I shouldn't be making this decision. She's not a kid. She's a grown woman. Hell, she's getting married soon!" Hizashi stood and started pacing around the room as the bell rang, signalling school was over.
"I agree with what your saying, Hizashi. But, after what happened and because of her history, I can see why they're having somebody else make the decision for her. It happens to everyone who has mental conditions, the doctors can't trust them to make the right chouce so someone else as to make it," Aizawa told his friend
"What do you think? Keep her working or have her retire?" The blonde asked
"I think we should choose what's best for her. We know her mental state has been fine since the alters were knocked of her. Yes, she still goes through depressive episode, has anxiety and mood swings. Yes she does act impulsive at times , but that shouldn't be reason to have her retire."
"Alright, after I pick (S/n) and (B/n) up from the airport, I'll call the therapist and tell them that she's fine and should continue working as a hero and staff member of U.A.," The blonde picked up his belongings and turned his phone back on.
He walked out of the room and headed to the dorms to change and go get his cousins from the airport. Aizawa went back to his classroom go grab the papers he needed to grade then walked out and headed to the dorms for some piece and quiet while he graded.
———
"Are you positive about this?" (Y/n) heard the therapist outside the door
"Yes. I even talked it over with her fiancé. The two of us have been with her and seen her progress since the incident. And if something does actually happen, we'll handle it," she heard Hizashi's voice
"Why did Hizashi have to decide whether you continued working or not?" (B/n) asked.

(S/n) had gone to her aunt and uncles house while (B/n) came to the hospital with his cousin to see his oldest sister. It had been awhile she had seen her brother, she kinda missed having some one-on-one time with him.
"Because the therapist didn't think i was capable of making my own decision. That's how it is when you have life saving work and have a mental condition," she explained to him
"Thats bullshit," her brother said
"Watch your mouth. If I wasn't hooked up to these machines I'd smack you in the mouth," (Y/n) warned him
"You sound like mom," the teenager said as their cousin walked into the room.
"What he say?" (Y/n) asked
"You're clear to continue hero work. Sho and I just have to keep an eye on you in case you do start relapsing," the voice hero explained
"Alright, when are they letting me out?"
"Tomorrow sometime. Sho's coming by later, I'll have him bring you a change of clothes for you."
"Alright. And thank you Hizashi."
"It's what familys for. Come on kid, let's let your sister get some rest," Hizashi motioned for his little cousin to go and the teen sprang from his seat.
"See you later, sis," the boy said as he hugged his sister and kissed her cheek
"This is as much affection as I'm ever going to get from you," (Y/n) hugged her brother back
The two left the room as a nurse and doctor walked in. "How are you today Ms. (L/n)?" The doctor asked
"Better, how are you?" She answered him
"I'm good thank you. I heard you got the okay to continue your hero work, congraulations," the doctor said
"Thank you. I'm happy that I still get to do it after all thats happened."
"We're happy to have you looking out for us. We got you results back from the brain scan," he said as the nurse took out orange envelope and placed the images on a light boardbon the wall, "On the left is from when you had DID, on the right is the one we took recently. Notice the red areas on the left picture aren't on the right."
"The red represented my DID, but because of my encou ter with Spliter, that went away when my alters left my body," (Y/n) added
"Yes, so after your kidnapping, we can say that you don't have anymore alters, currently. If this situation were to happen again and it be for a longer period of time and the damage was far worse, I'd say their be a fifty-fifty shot that you relapse," the doctor said, "as for the sypmtoms of DID, you still have some of them, so keep taking your medications. Any questions?"
"No sir."
"Perfect, we'll let you out of her tomorrow so we can make sure that your wounds are healing fine."
"Sounds good to me."
"Alright. I'll let you get some rest," the docotor said then he and the nurse walked out.
(Y/n) sighed. She didn't know when Aizawa was coming to the hospital so she opted to just take a nap till then
———
Aizawa had gotten to the hospital with Eri. He didn't really know the big impact (Y/n) had on the six-year-old till she was put in the hospital. He almost teared up when the child asked to go with him to see her. He checked both of them in and walked to her room. Eri was skipping beside him as the approached the door. He knocked on it before opening the door. Eri walked in before him and ran over to the bed.
"Hi Eri! I didn't expect you to come," (Y/n) smiled at the little girl as her fiancé walked in and closed the door behind him.
"She missed you," Aizawa said as he set a bag with a change of cloths for her down by a chair, "How are you doing?" He asked as he leaned over and kissed her forehaed.
"Better. Docotor said that I don't have any alters at the moment but if this happened again and it went on for longer and the damage was worse, there's a fifty-fifty shot I could relapse," (Y/n) told him
"Hizashi figured as much. How are your wounds?" He asked
"Better, still not fully healed yet. I'll probably still be off duty till I'm fully healed. Still be around U.A. though," she answered as the little girl climbed up onto the bed and sat next to the heroine, hugging her arm, "Whst have you been doing since I was gone?" She asked her as Aizawa took a seat
"I've been playing and Togata got me books that I can color in! Miss Kayama and Thirteen have been helping me with them!" She told her with such joy in her eyes
"That's nice of them," (Y/n) couldn't help but smile at her as she continued telling her about what she had been doing since the hero was kidnapped.
Aizawa smiled at the sight. He internally hoped one day that him and (Y/n) had a kid or two as happy as Eri was. But that was something they could talk about after they were married. He knew right now wasn't the time to talk about it, especially after what she had just gone through. He didn't even know if she was ready for kids. He didn't know if he was either. If they turned out to be as bad as his class, he was scared.
