"Matteo!" I yelled .

I peeked into his office but he wasn't there .

This son of a bitch promised me Jacuzzi time .

He just disappeared after making me nuggets .

"He's not here" angelo walked past me but i grabbed his arm .

"Well no shit sherlock , where did he go?"

"He is a mobster can't look out for you 24/7"

"Geez what crawled up your ass and died"

"You got lox fired"

"Sorry what?"

"I know it was you"

"Wrong . It was matteo's dad i told matteo to bring him back"

"Really?"

"Yeah dipshit"

"Im so sorry riley"

"Apology accepted now where is he?"

"He had to take care of a shipment"

"Which is?"

"If i tell I'd have to kill you"

"Riley!" Lox pulled me into his arms.

"Why are you hugging me? Am i dying?"

"I just wanted to say sorry about the whole not having babies thing"

"She can't have babies!" Angelo yelled and i groaned .

"Im so sorry i didn't know"

"It's okay"

"Thank you lox" i hugged him and kissed his cheek.

"Okay he's mine" angelo removed me from lox and i chuckled.

"Is it okay if we be friends even though im a grumpy son of bitch"

"Uhm i named you my bestfriend a looooong time ago"

He chuckled and put his arm around me .

"Well what about me?"

"You're my bestie obvi" i kissed his cheek and we had a group hug .

"Well isn't this touching" i heard val's voice .

"Val can you not do this today?" Angelo sighed.

"Do what?"

"Be bitchy cause matteo chose riley"

"I dont care about that" she scoffed .

"You clearly do" lox muttered .

"Wow the orge can talk"

Lox growled and went to hit her but we held him back which is impossible this dude is build like the hulk.

"Val can you please just stop?"

"I didn't even do anything"

"Okay then can you leave us alone please?"

"Whatever saving your life was a waste"

"That was completely unnecessary val"

"Wait you saved me? I thought it was matteo?"

"I drove you to the hospital if you wanna call that saving so be it"

"Well thank you"

"Yeah whatever" she walked off and i turned back to lox and angelo .

"I need pudding"

"Tell me about it sister" angelo grabbed lox and i and pulled us into the kitchen .

We took out three tubs of chocolate pudding and handed us each one .

"Im so obsessed with this" i groaned .

"So tell me about this whole baby thing"

"Yeah spill the tea" angelo said and lox and i chuckled.

"It's really simple i can't have babies because of a stupid bullet"

"Im really sorry i wasn't there to protect you" lox put his hand on my shoudler.

"We're not going down this road it's no one's fault except the person who pulled the trigger"

"So you haven't even tried to get pregnant?"

"Well no matteo and i haven't had sex since the whole shooting thing"

"Well did you ever think of adopting?"

"No i haven't even processed me not having kids"

"Well hang in there you never know what could happen"

"Yeah" i smiled .

Should i just give up any idea of having kids? Oy vey

After eating pudding with lox and angelo i headed up to my room and decided to watch stranger things again .

I heard my door open and matteo came in covered in blood .

"What the fuck matteo?"

"I killed him"

"Killed who?"

"The guy who shot you"

"I thought he was killed already"

"He got away but jake managed to track him"

"Jake? I don't want my brother murdering people"

"He didn't"

"You need to shower"

"Only if you join me"

"Fine"

We took off our clothes , got into the shower and i turned it on . I grabbed the loofah and lathered it with soap and washed the blood away , i watched as the blood went down the drain.

"You don't have to do this if it makes you feel uncomfortable"

"Matteo im not leaving your side covered in blood or not you're not getting rid of me that easily"

"I thought you wouldn't let me kill him if you knew"

"He's the reason i can't have a baby , i don't care if he's dead"

"Good" he kissed my forehead.

"Now bend down"

He smirked at me and i rolled my eyes.

"I wanna wash your hair dingus"

"Fine" he leaned down and i poured his shampoo into my hand and i washed his hair .

"That actually feels amazing" he moaned.

"Good" i smiled .
