Matteo's pov

"She's working with the russians"

I let out a growl and grabbed Tatiana by the throat and threw her .

"Matteo what the hell are you doing?" Riley pulled me back .

I shook riley off and grabbed tatiana again and dragged her down to the basement .

"Matteo you can't kill her"

"Go back to doing your job riley" val took her away while i hooked tatiana back up to the torturing chair .

"Sei il motivo per cui volevano comprare mio figlio" i smacked her across the face and she spat out blood .

Translation : You're the reason they wanted to buy my kid.

"Era un buon affare che non volevi nemmeno il bambino"

Translation : It was a good deal you didn't even want the kid

"Lei è mia figlia, non avevi alcun diritto" I yelled and activated the chair and she screamed out in pain .

Translation : She's my daughter you had no right

"La tua testa è così in alto nel culo della tata che non pensavo l'avresti notato"

Translation :You're head is so far up the nanny's ass i didn't think you would notice

I smacked her again and she let out a loud cackle.

"Stanno venendo per te e tu sei prezioso Riley"

Translation : They're coming for you and you're precious riley

"Se la toccano sei morto"

Translation : If they touch her you're dead

"Please you're gonna kill me either way"

"You got that right"

"Capo need help?" Val came in .

"Torture then kill"

"Watch your back del luca your precious ava and riley can disappear at any time" tatiana laughed and val punched her shutting her up . I rushed back upstairs and went to ava's room but there was no one there .

"Ava!" I yelled out and checked riley's room and there was no one there either.

"They're at the pool capo" lox informed me as he walked by .

I rushed over to the pool to see riley and ava laying on pool floats and drinking ice tea.

"Don't disappear like that" i scolded them .

Ava tool off her glasses and grinned at me .

"Riley said we're drinking margarita's"

I gave riley a glare and she smiled .

"It's harmless get in the pool"

"Im good riley i need to speak to you"

She huffed and reluctantly got out of the pool .

"Did you kill her?" She whispered, i pulled her inside and sat her down .

"I didn't kill her, val is about to"

"What the hell" she stood up but i sat her back down .

"The russians are coming for us and most importantly they know about you and i"

"First what the actual fuck and second there is no us matteo"

"There's no time for details i just need you guys to not go anywhere"

"Your daughter has school"

"I'll get lox to send over her work"

"Im really a dumbass"

"What?"

"I could've been in cali with my mom and brother but my dumbass wanted to stay with the mobster"

"I get that you're scared but i gave you a choice i didn't force you"

"I never said you did"

"Riley im keeping you safe so could you stop bitching"

"Are you really calling what im going through bitching?"

"Yeah im a mobster im constantly in danger ,i know i didn't give you choice in entering my life but i need someone that's gonna stick by my side not someone who's gonna run the first chance they get"

"You want a ride or die" she laughed .

"I need you to be my one and i want you to be my side"

She stayed silent , i placed my hands on her hips and she rested her hands on my shoulders.

"Please don't leave me"

"I promise" she sighed , leaned down and kissed me .

"Lobsters!" I heard ava yell and riley and i turned to her .

"What?"

"Papà riley's your lobster"

"What the hell does that mean?" I looked at riley and she was laughing .

"It's on the show friends lobster is like soulmate"

"Well then you're definately my lobster" i smiled and kissed her again .

"Yay!" Ava yelled and jumped into my arms .

"You're my mom now?" Ava asked .

Riley looked at me in panic and i stood up with ava in my arms .

"How about we go make some cake"

"Cake!" Ava yelled and i chuckled.

We went into the kitchen and riley pulled out everything we needed to make the cake . She gave ava and i aprons .

"I need something to drink before i bake" i went over to the cupboard and pulled out a bottle of whiskey and chugged it.

"How do you not pull a face?"

"C'mon my liver is made out of liqour"

"Not something to be proud of"

"Whatever let's bake some cake so i can eat your cake"

"Dude" she put her hands over ava's ears .

"C'mon she won't understand"

"She's quite intelligent"

"I know" i leaned down and kissed her cheek and riley took her hands off her ears .

"Time to bake this stupid cake!"
