Riley's pov

I woke up and saw ava was gone . I got out of bed and headed downstairs.

I walked past Accardi's see through gym and he was doing lifts . Damn just seeing him sweat made my nipples hard .

I need to stop .

Accardi caught me looking and his eyes travelled down my body and i shivered under his stare . I was only wearing a white vest and booty shorts . Inappropriate i know .

I heard someone clear their throat and i looked away to see tatiana glaring at me.

I don't know if she's mad that i was starting at Accardi or because of my clothes .

"Isn't it a little cold for that?" She raised a brow.

"Im actually getting quiet warm" i smiled.

"You need to go change and do your job"

"Okay"

She's right im only here for ava and i should not be lusting over my employer.

I went up to my room and went and took a quick shower and got dressed into joga pants and a shirt .

I went downstairs and grabbed a granola bar and turned around only to bump into Accardi

"Morning Orsetto"

"Morning Mr Accardi"

"It's matteo" he said.

"Okay matteo"

"Where are you going?"

"I figured ava and i head out for the day"

"Okay but be careful"

I nodded and went to go get ava in her room .

"You ready to have fun?"

"yes!" She quickly slipped on her shoes and ran towards me .

I picked her up and we went out. As we walked out of the house a bunch of muscular men were standing infront of me . Woah

"Pick a bodyguard and you can go on your way" matteo said

I raised my brow and looked at ava . She whispered in my ear and i nodded.

"Fine i pick you" i smiled and he raised his brows .

"licenziare" matteo said and the bodygaurds went off.

"You want me to protect you guys?"

"Yupp , you should spend time with ava"

"Okay Orsetto" he smiled and kissed ava's cheek making her giggle.

We got into matteo's car and drove off to the mall .

We arrived and got out and matteo handed ava a pair of glasses .

She put the glasses on and smiled.

"Riley can we go buy toys?"

"Yeah sure" i smiled and she grabbed my hand and matteo's and we went in.

We walked into the toy shop and ava ran straight to the legos .

Matteo went and got a cart and threw in ava's toys .

"What do you still want?"

"Teddy bear for riley!" She ran to the teddy bear aisle.

Matteo stared at me and i smiled and went with ava to the teddy aisle.

"Do run away without me okay" i bend down to her level .

She nodded and showed me a huge teddy .

"You want that one?"

"Yes please" she nodded.

I pulled it from the shelf and handed it to her . Matteo came around the corner and ava throw the teddy bear in the cart .

Ava grabbed another teddybear and smiled accomplished with what she took .

"Ready to go?"

She nodded and we went to go pay and walked back out .

As we were walking i saw a man with a free hug sign . Omg i wanna hug him !

"papà can i go hug that man?" Ava asked excited .

Ugh i love this girl!

"No baby" he said and she pouted .

"But he's adorable"

"You wanna hug him too?"

"Well yeah"

"Fine go hug him" he sighed and ava and i ran to the man with the free hugs sign and well hugged him!

"grazie" the man smiled .

"Okay time's up let's go" matteo pulled us away and we waved at the man .

"You two are weirdly alike" he chuckled .

Ava and i shared a look and i smiled .

Im really liking this nanny gig .

Ava held out her hand for me to take and i did . We walked out of the mall and got into the car and drove off.

We arrived at the house and ava went up to her room and i headed to the kitchen .

"You and ava are gonna be alone for the night" matteo informed me.

"Why where's tatiana?"

"She's out for the night"

"Oh okay" i nodded.

He walked back out and i went and made me tea .

I walked out and headed up to my office .

"Enzo!"

I sat down in my chair and waited for enzo , one of my right hand men.

"capo" he walked in and sat in one of the chairs infront of me .

"What did you find out?"

"She's clean capo i don't think tatiana is guilty"

"I don't care what you think i know there something going on"

"You know her for years she wouldn't betray us"

I took my gun out from my side and put it on the table.

"She's acting strange"

"She's rude to the nanny , she didn't take care of ava i don't know where the fuck she went i just don't trust her"

Enzo walked out and i looked at my laptop and looked over the security footage .

I looked at ava's room just to make sure she's safe and checked riley to see her not there guess she's in the bathroom.

I was about to get up when i saw tatiana enter riley's room and put something in her cup that was on the desk . questa cagna!

Tatiana went back out and i saw riley enter the room with a towel wrapped around her body . I closed my laptop i didn't wanna be a perv and look at her naked without her knowing .

Shit the cup

I quickly got up and rushed to the room and barged in .

"figlio di puttana" riley cursed and quickly grabbed the towel .

I grabbed the cup and walked back out . I need to keep a closer eye on tatiana .
