Chapter NINETEEN.

Pennywise hated to admit that he had felt fear for the first time in his existence. That light did something to him and he was damn sure he didn't want to be near it anytime soon. He remained hidden in the sewers under Derry, occasionally emerging to spy on her. He couldn't help himself. Even after finding out that she wasn't normal, Pennywise still felt the urge to keep watching her and to have her, even though deep down his being was screaming for him to stay away. She was dangerous, but so was he. Like a moth to a brighter flame, he wanted to eat her even more now. A rare delicacy. His mouth watered.

After two weeks of laying low, Pennywise shifted into Bill and made his way into town. He was hungry and thought of snacking on an innocent little kid to fill his empty stomach. There he saw [Y/N] sitting in the local cafe with a guy, chatting away casually. The stranger was smiling and laughing like a nervous, lovestruck idiot. Bill scowled, his eyes narrowing into a glare as he watched the guy offer her another drink which she said yes to. He quickly got up from the table and stepped over to the counter, leaving her alone for a moment.

Bill wanted to go closer, but the thought of her using that annoying light on him entered his mind, forcing him to stay in place. Would she use it in public? Everyone would see, call her a freak.

His blood began to boil at the sight of the guy once again. He was far too close to her, to his little toy. Bill suddenly froze, his green eyes widening. Was this what the humans called... jealousy?
