Damion's POV

I can't believe you did that. Why on earth would you bite her. Does the word mate even mean anything to you? My wolf kept yelling at me.

'Don't blame me, she was being disrespectful. She'll heal before she can even remember me hurting her.' I replied sounding more calm than I really am. I'm internally excited yet very guilty at the same time. I mean I seriously can't believe that I've found her again. I literally thought that when she left two years ago, that would have been the just time I would have seen her but I was wrong. The moon goddess gave me another chance to prove to her that I can be the best mate. She's not that little whimp no more, she's looks hot if I must say so myself. And I can see she's been training, never knew she could do it. Suddenly I'm proud to call her my mate. But then again what will the pack say.

'She won't heal fast, have you forgotten she's was the only wolf in the pack who couldn't heal as fast as others' Riker said, then it hit me. Rikers right, she can't heal as fast as others. Oh no what the hell have I done? She's in pain and it's my fault... Wait when was the last time I heard those words come out my mouth. I've never actually cared, but yet there is a tiny amount of guilt that she's laying in a pack doctors bed and it's all my fault.

'Shit we need to go and see my mate' my eyes widened at the horror that I called her 'mate', I only saw her a couple of hours ago and now look at me.

At my statement Riker started jumping up and down, like a kid being given chocolate.

'Then I guess there no way out of this, let's go and see how she's doing' I said, Riker stopped jumping stand calmed down and said 'but you need to apologise'

'Ha Riker you're hilarious. I'm not gonna apologies, she's the one who's supposed to apologise to me.' I said sounding confident. 'Ha no you're funny, hate to break your confidence but you're like a peasant to her. Wait not like, you are.' Riker said and I blocked my mind link with him. Why is he never on my side?

After I bit Alex. Everyone gathered round her and she was taken from the arena, to I'm guessing the infirmary. They wouldn't let me go with them so I just stood back here for a couple of minutes talking to Riker.

I better get going, if I want to see her before they don't let anymore guests in. I stood up from my seat and started making my way towards the exit. When someone called my name. I turned around to see the announcer.

"Hey" I said. He nodded his head in response.

"I'm afraid Damion, that you have been disqualified from the tournament, for sincerely hurt a member of higher level of royalty as well as a contestant." he said, I knew this would happen Sooner or later. I just nod my head, he response with a nod and walked back from wherever he came from. I made my way out of the arena and towards the camp site. Argh why did I have to be disqualified? Ha the first year Alex comes, is the first year that I get disqualified.

I was walking through the park when I heard a familiar voice. One I heard not too long ago. What's his name? Umm... Ethan I think.

"Yes, I'm this close to getting her in my trap" Ethan said, who's her? Could it be...? No, no it can't. Can it?

Out of curiosity I hid behind a tree close enough for me to hear him, careful not to snap a branch or something as listened to his conversation between him and someone on the other end of the phone.

"Yes, it's nearly done...... I promise I'll do it, give me more time just until Friday. Which is the day of the tournament...... Yes I promise I'll get you, her." he said but was cut off with me snapping a stupid twig. F*ck I really am in deep shit now.

"I'll talk to you later, I think I've got someone on my back" he said before he hung up. I look for somewhere to hide and just on queue I found a bush. I dived and hid behind it. He came towards the tree but when he didn't see anything, he walked back. I blinked my eyes and he was out of sight. Huh where did he go? Seconds later the bush was pushed apart giving a clear view of me to him.

"Ha, you thought you could hide, aye" he said. I stood up straight, even though he's 2 or 3 cm taller than me, and gave him a death glare, directly at his eyes.

"You won't take her anywhere while I'm around" I said firmly to him, hoping he would back down.

"Oh, so you heard my conversation. Anyways what could you do?" he said as he pointed and poked my chest as if he's mocking me, as soon as he finished his sentence my fist connected with his jaw, whiplashing his face to the other direction. He turned back to me and wiped the blood from the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand.

"Oh so you want to play rough? C'mon then give me your best shot" he said, a low growl left my chest. I slowly walked back from him, took my trousers off and changed to my wolf form, as so did he. We started circling each other, until he came running up to me and pinned me to the ground and bit my shoulder, digging deeper, I howl but sink my teeth into his neck and shook him off of me. He seemed to walk a step or two away from me, but then he lunged at me and scratch me from the top of my hair line, through my eye, to the top if my lip. Luckily I had closed my eyes so no damage could reach it . But that's obviously going to leave a scar but in this moment in time I honestly I don't care. I try and block the pain while I run up to him and slid under him scratching his stomach with all four of my claws. He howled out in pain, but turned around and grabbed my leg in between his teeth and started tugging on it violently. Skidding me across the cold hard ground. I swear if he doesn't stop tugging, my leg will come off. I twist my body and grab his back with my teeth and throw him across the ground. I need to finish this, or else we'll go on for God knows how long.

I ran up to him, ignoring the murderous pain in my leg, I bit his neck and slam him against the nearest tree. He whinced out in pain and howled in defeat.

He changed back to his human form and said "You might have won this round, but don't think that I'm ever going to leave you or her alone. Just watch out cause you would even see me coming" he said, and he jumped out of sight once again. I collapse on the ground, while turning into my human form again. My leg is killing me, I can't even feel it, it's gone numb. There is a burning feeling on my shoulder and face, I can also feel the blood pouring out of all my wounds, probably losing a lot of blood because my vision is starting to give up and I'm seeing doubles.

I need to get up, I have to go see Alexis. I just need too. I need to warn her about Ethan. Even though I seriously doubt that she'll even listen to me.

I try to stand up but due to the pain in my leg my arms feel weak and I collapse back down. I try to get up, this time I am a bit more successful, I stand up and hold on to the nearest tree, trying to gain back my energy. I walk back to the bush and out slowly out my trousers back on, ignoring the pain in my leg. I started draging my leg across the ground in attempting to start waking.

25 minutes later, I had reached the infirmary. I walked up to the pack doctor and asked if I could see Alexis but he told me that she's still knocked out and that I need to seek help first. I sighed knowing that I might as well get a few stitches here and there and then go to Alexis, without scaring her.

The doctor lead me to a spare bed and asked me to lay down and he started to get to work on my leg while I just zoned out...

There we go guys, we hadn't been inside Damion's head in so long, so I decided why not go and see what he is feeling. Do you think Damion cares about Alexis or is he still a bit cold hearted towards her? How did you enjoy the fight scene? What is Ethan planning? I don't know you'll have to read on to find out.
