It had been two months since (Y/N) had woken up. This event occurred one morning while Mey-Rin had come into the room to check on her wounds.

"You know what I can really go for right now? Some (favorite food)." You croaked while trying to sit up.

This had caught the maid by surprise, making her faint. Let us just say it was an eventful morning filled with hugs and tears. Though this brings us to the present, where it is officially (Y/N)'s 19th birthday.

"Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear (Y/NNNNN)!! Happy birthday to youuu!!" Everyone had sang. They had organized this surprise party for you, though the two ring leaders were none other than Sebastian and Ciel. Although they did have a burning question to ask, they had decided to refrain in fear of putting you in too much stress while in recovery. Though, you were almost completely healed now, which meant the moment of truth was almost near.

"Thank you guys so much!" (Y/N) said with a big grin and gave them all hugs. They had proceeded to eat and talk about all the things they lived together.

"Do you remember that time Ms.(Y/N) had pranked Sebastian in the first special chapter" Finny giggled out. Sebastian glared at the girl as she bursted out in laughter.

"YEAH AND CIEL GOT SO MAD! HAHAHAHHA!" She choked out before dabing the tears off her face, "I'm so glad I recorded that."

Sebastian leaned closer to the (h/c) haired female, "Maybe if I didn't love you, then you would be dead by then" He smirked and watched her choke on her cake. Her face was as red as a cherry before she kicked the demon's chair, causing him to fall.

"You deserved that Sebastian" Ciel said whilst sipping on his tea. (A/N AND THAT'S TODAYS TEA LOL okay im sorry i had to)

The birthday party had come to end. Even though the two men were enjoying their time teasing the female or vice versa, they had simultaneously agreed that today was the day. Sebastian had cleaned up while Ciel went straight to his study to prepare. They had told said female that they had something important to tell her, which made her a bit nervous. Ciel and Sebastian were waiting in the office, and although they had a calm exterior, they were definitely not feeling that in their hearts.(A/N does Seb even have a heart?)

Knock Knock

"Haha I was just joking. You know I would walk in anyway" (Y/N) chuckled out before noticing the tense atmosphere and pursed her lips.

Ciel leaned on his desk while staring intently, Sebastian standing right beside him. "(Y/N) do you remember what we said as you were bleeding out?"

The said girl widened her eyes in surprise "So that wasn't a delusion" she whispered, before nodding her head. Sebastian stepped forward "You do know that we have acquired feelings for you, and we may seem selfish and greedy, but we would like an answer. Any answer would satisfy us, even one saying that you don't share the same feelings as us. We respect your decision and it will not affect our relationship right now. If you want to stay friends, that is completely fine with us."

(Y/N) stared at both of them in shock, not being able to process that these two men would actually have a romantic interest.

"We don't want to overwhelm you right now and make you pick one of us. We can all retire to our room and let you sleep on this. If you don't tell either of us, we will know what your decision is and respect that, but if you do, it will not ruin your friendship with the other either." Ciel reassured before standing straight up again.

The two men loomed over (Y/N), before slowly pressing a chaste kiss on her cheeks.

"Goodnight, (Y/N)"

And with that, the girl was left with a burning face and her head running wild. She walked back to her room, pondering on her feelings. The girl laid on her bed, her head running a thousand miles per minute, with one question burning her mind.
