3rd Person P.O.V

Sebastian quickly entered the manor and frantically pulled the med kit out of the cabinet, trying his best to not mess up because of all his adrenaline. He prepared the bedroom for (Y/N) and made sure he had all the tools he needed. There was no time to get a doctor. Sebastian was going to have to save (Y/N)'s life.

Ciel has surprisingly carried (Y/N) inside, but at this point she was unconscious.

"Sebastian we have to do this quickly or she will run out of time" Ciel had said in between breaths, clearly exhausted.

"Don't worry My Lord, she can't escape from us this easily", Sebastian said while placing her on the bed. She wasn't responding to anything that was happening, her labored breathing being the only indication she was still alive. Sebastian had checked the size of the wound and already started to disinfect it.

"Ciel, I think it would be best for you to stand outside for this. It may be too much for you to handle" he suggested while grabbing his tools.

Ciel looked at Sebastian in disbelief, before walking to the other side of the bed and holding (Y/N)'s hand. " I will not leave her when she needs me the most".

Sebastian's smirk appeared before looking back down to the (h/c) haired female.

And his work began.

After 7 hours, 7 hours that both men feared would be their last with (Y/N), they were done.Sebastian managed to save the her. Sebastian had cleaned up and Ciel was barley keeping his eyes open.

"Young Master, I think you should rest for a bit. I don't think she will wake up anytime soon." Sebastian said while checking (Y/N)'s temperture again.

"No Sebastian. I have to be here when she wakes up" Ciel slurred out. Sebastian merely sighed before getting an idea.

Sebastian gathered blankets and pillows, placing them on the two chairs inside the room before facing Ciel again. "Well you can sleep in here in the meanwhile, or you won't have the strength to even open your eyes when she wakes up."

Ciel looked at Sebastian annoyed, but nodded before throwing himself on the chair, Sebastian following him. Both men sat in silence, but the thick atmosphere was anything but calm.

Ciel stared at the ceiling, before turning to Sebastian, "Sebastian, do you actually love her?" Ciel asked. He hoped for a no, but when he saw Sebastian's face, he knew that wasn't the answer he was going to get.

"Yes. I do. Surprisingly this idiotic girl has captured my heart. " Sebastian sighed out, "I know that you love her too Ciel, I can see it. And even though you are who I am supposed to be devoted to, I can't and won't lose her."

Ciel let a playful smirk appear, "Well, I also don't plan on losing her, especially to you." Sebastian chuckled before staring at the girl again.

"Lets see if she reciprocates our feelings first, Master. Then we will see who she picks."

"Very well then."

Sebastian and Ciel both fell into a comfortable silence, watching the girl as she slept soundly. The only thing that went through their minds made them even more impatient for the girl to wake up.

I think y'all know what is coming near....THE END OF THIS STORY. I have mixed feelings,but let's not get into this right now.
