"You can do better than this, push yourself." Jimin urged, running beside me.
I grunted, pushing my legs to continue moving on even though the burn was dreadful. Jimin—on the other hand, was running as if he couldn't ever get tired. I envied him.
Sweat poured down my face as I pushed my legs to its' limits. Come on, Y/N. My legs crossed the finish line as Jimin clicked the timer. "You've improved." He smiled.
I placed my hands onto my head, breathing in and out deeply. "Good job today, Y/N." Jimin nodded, throwing me a towel and water bottle as I barely caught them both.
It's been weeks since I've started training with Bangtan. They've pushed me physically and emotionally farther than I ever have before.
Getting stronger everyday
Looking good, babe!
wow 😍
That's my girl
My thumbs immediately stopped scrolling when I spotted the comment.
"That's my girl"
Then my cheeks flamed and I felt instantly shy.
I was interrupted from my blushing session. "Y/N," A voice spoke, I turned around as I see Namjoon come into my view, tossing me a pistol.
I knew what that meant. Namjoon has also been teaching me how to fire a gun. He's told me to only use the skill when needed for emergencies, like how Taehyung did.
We were in the basement, which was mostly used as a shooting range.
I've been going to school as well, doing my homework in study hall so after school, I could just train without distractions. I'm commiting to this.
I didn't want to just give up on studies, but I also didn't want to just live without knowing how to defend myself—knowing that there could be moments where I will need survival skills.
"Damn gun," I hear Namjoon cuss as he tries to fix whatever he broke. I look over to see, that somehow, in someway, he broke his gun.

He his gun.
His GUN.
I snorted a little—looking away and aiming my gun towards the paper target. My mind brought me back, as I imagined that paper target to be the man that sliced my neck. I placed my finger on the trigger—BOOM! The sound echoed all throughout as I shot the target.
I was glad I wore headphones, since the sound echoed many more times before my gun clicked, with no bullets left.
By the time I ran out of bullets, Namjoon still fidgeted with his gun—which was obviously still jammed. I shook my head, chuckling.
I walked up towards the target to check how I did, and my eyes widened at my own results.
My results has improved by much throughout the weeks. I didn't even know how to hold a gun in the beginning, and Namjoon literally held my hand the whole way. Bangtan held me the whole way.
I took the headphones off, hearing hands clap. Turning around, I spotted two men—Namjoon, and Jeon Jungkook. "Good job," he smiled. My insides fluttered at his compliment as I looked down, my cheeks flushing.
"You've improved a lot, princess." My heart pumped faster at the nickname that I grew to adore when only he said it. He was always serious during the training sessions, but he was never serious enough to stop calling me princess.
"Since your training sessions are done, let's go grab dinner." He said casually, but my mouth dropped.
My eyes widened, "Y-you're asking m-"
"Yes, I am asking you out on a date, princess. I'll pick you up at 7:00." He stuffed his hands into his pockets, winking before turning and walking away—leaving me completely stunned.
I noticed how I started to get distant from Jae-eun. I felt bad, I just didn't want to shut her out so much on what was happening, but if I told anyone, even her, it is always possible that it could jeopardize everything.

Plus, she would never believe me.
I sighed, thinking about how horrible of a friend I've been. I've had to deny so many ice cream dates with her for my training that it's crazy she hasn't suspected anything. I would have at least thought she'd ask me why I was gone so much.
But it's good that she doesn't suspect anything, right?
I stepped out of the bathtub, drying myself as I wrapped the towel around my body.
I don't understand why he asked me to dinner, and today of all days. I can't say I'm disappointed, though—but it feels like I've been waiting for this day for so long. The want was there, but it was distant.
Since my body has been improving by far, I chose a more, slim dress to show my curves that had become more defined within the few weeks.
I looked at myself in the mirror, impressed at what I had been able to knock out in a matter of an hour. Usually, I would take longer but I didn't want to seem too much, but I didn't want to look underdressed—especially since this is the first time I actually went on a proper date with him.
At 8:00 sharp, my phone vibrated on the glass table.
u better be ready because when I ring the doorbell and If you're not there, I'm leaving you ;)
Read 8:00
The doorbell rang throughout the house, I took a quick second to comprehend his words. Rushing, I grabbed my clutch and raced down the stairs in my six-inch heels, almost falling. He is so cruel.
I used my hands to glide down my dress to straighten it out, making sure there weren't any crinkles whilst opening the door, breathing as if I had just ran a marathon.
The first thing I noticed was his bunny smile that made me flutter every time. I noticed his eyes roaming up and down my body, examining me from top to bottom. I looked down, suddenly feeling shy.
His fingers gently tilted my head up, "Don't look down, I want to see your beautiful eyes." He was really close. I bit the inside of my lip, not knowing what to do.
This man has the damn nerves.
He smirked, brushing his nose against mine before clearing his throat. "Shall we?" He asked as if nothing had happened two seconds ago.
I took a deep breath,
"We shall."
