- Heather's POV

The door flies open as my head snaps up to the sound. Xavier's and the nurses turn around as well. Standing at the door is Cami, Theo holding Luca. Luca gasp wiggling out of Cami's arm racing over to me. I smile as new tears glaze my eyes. I open my arms wide as Xavier lifts him up to the bed. He lunges into my chest making me take a sharp breath. Xavier notices and reaches for Luca but I shake my head and he sits down at the foot of my bed still looking at me.

"Your awake?" Cami says barely above a whisper still standing at the door. I continue holding Luca when my eyes look at my disheveled best friend. I open one arm for her and she is quick to come to me hugging me ferociously tight. I chuckle sob while looking back at Xavier who is giving me a longing look. I gently smile at him which he returns.

Cami releases me stepping back as Luca's death grip doesn't loosen. I feel him beginning to shake and feel tears form on my gown. I pull him back enough to look at his tear stricken face. I cup his cheeks and kiss his forehead tenderly.

"Momma missed you too lil man." I say softly. He beginnings crying while continuing to hold my hands on his cheeks. "I am here and I am NOT leaving you, do you understand?"

He nods his head and I pull him back into my embrace holding him firmly while rubbing his back. Xavier leans forward pull both of us to him. We all sit there for a minute just embracing each other.

"Oh my god, H!"

All of us look over to see Theo and Cami standing beside the twins case looking in at them in awe. I smile and it is then Luca notices crawling over the bed a bit to see inside. Xavier holding him steady.

"Luca, this is you baby brother and sister." Xavier says while watching Luca look in wonder at them. He leans over and whispers something to him that makes Xavier chuckle. I raise an eyebrow. "Luca, they will get bigger so you can play with one day."

The room all giggles and I then see all my family together. My husband, my son, and now are twins. I relax back in the pillow watching as they all look into the case. They are all safe... I begin feeling my eyes getting droopy. I close my eyes with the knowledge that everything will be okay.

-Xavier's POV

I look back to see Heather asleep with a lazy smile on her lips. I smile and continue holding Luca who is astonished by his siblings. I see how Theo is holding Cami's shoulders as she continues staring upon the twins.

"I'm glad everyone is okay." I look up at Theo who is giving me genuine smile. I nod and look back at my beautiful wife.

"I will call to let everyone know what is going on." Cami says wiping the tears from her eyes. "I didn't want to call the Drakes til I knew what was happening."

"Thank you Cami."

"She's my sister Xavier... I would do anything for her." Luca makes grabby hands for Cami who walks over picking him up. I kiss his forehead before Cami steps away.

"You really are her Guardian." I say seeing her smile from my compliment.

"Every angel needs a guardian." She says softly looking back at Heather. "Luca hasn't been able to sleep but now that we know everything is going okay- will take him home and bring the cavalry back tomorrow with us."

I nod my head as they pat my shoulder on the way out closing the door behind them. I see the twins are blissfully asleep. I then begin standing up but stop by a grip on my wrist. I look to Heather's sleepy eyes.

"Lay with me." She says while closing her eyes again. I softly pull her grip away to stand up removing my jacket. I then get back behind her where she turns allowing me to spoon her. I kiss her neck and feel her muscles relax. "I love you Xavier..."

I smile against her neck as I pull her tightly to my chest. "As I love you sweetheart."

We fall into a blissful sleep that is awoken by the babies crying in the morning. We both sit up hearing them as I call a nurse in. She immediately comes in tell us she will need to take them to feed and bathe them but she will bring them back. Heather looks nervous so I kiss her forehead and she reluctantly nods. We lay back down, this time her head is on my chest as I run my fingers through her hair gently. Her fingers tracing random patterns on my stomach.

"Xavier, have you thought of names?" I then stop realizing I haven't. We discussed names in the past but nothing was definite.

"No love, nothing that seem to really stand out... How bout you?" I ask as I begin stroking her hair again.

"I would like to name our daughter Cami Rose Sanford... After my crazy best friend." I try it on my tongue and like the way it rolls out. I nod my head and then realize she can't see me nod.

"I like it. Our little Rose. What about for our son?"

"What about Xavier Charles Sanford?" She says stopping her finger movements. I halt feeling my heart race accelerate. She wants to name our son after me? I grin and feel a tear leak out. She looks back at me and gets concerned seeing my teary eyes. She sits up rubbing the tear from my cheek. "If you don't-"

"It's incredible sweetheart... I would be honored." Her concerned face relaxes and she smiles. I lean forward allowing my lips to tenderly massage hers. She licks my lip and I press more firmly to her.

"Are we interrupting?"

Our head snaps to the door hearing my mother's voice. There at the door are both sets of parents looking at us. Heather blushes and covers her cheeks. I smile kissing her head. Are parents coming in. I stand up allowing her parents to greet her properly. They both lean down hugging her tightly as I hug my mom and greet my dad.

"Dad, Mom!"

All of us look to the door seeing Theo, Cami, Luca along with Christopher & Nicholas coming in the door. Almost everyone we love is in the room. I hug each of them and am surprised by Christopher hugging me tightly back. We all do exchanges and begin sitting down in the room as everyone shares tears and laughs together.

Knock Knock

The door opens and the nurse comes back in with the cubicle holding our son and daughter. Our mother's gasping and holding their chest. Everyone looking in on them as the cubicle is sat next to Heather who looks in adoringly.

"Everyone, we would like for you to meet our son, Xavier Charles Sanford." I pause looking at my dad who drops his head grinning and when he looks back up, I can see the glistening eyes. I then look to Cami continuing. "And our daughter, Cami Rose Sanford."

All heads snap to Cami who places her hand over her heart looking like she is attempting to not cry. She walks over to Heather kissing her forehead. Heather hugs her as everyone looks in on them.

"That's a really unpleasant name beauty." Nicholas says with a sigh as Cami purses her lips and glares at him. The room erupts into laughter.

"I think it's an awesome name." She says lifting her chin putting her hands on her hips.

"I agree with Aunt Cami. My brother's name is cool." Luca says making me laugh hard as Cami's jaw drops open.

"Xavier and Cami Sanford..." Heather says absentmindedly while placing her hand on the cubicle again.

"You both did an incredible job. They are beautiful." Reece says while looking at the babies then Heather. Her eyes getting teary. Heather notices and becomes concerned.

"Mom, whats-"

"I'm sorry sweetie, I can't stop thinking about the acident.. I just- you know what, forget I said anything." She says waving her hands dismissively but everyone looks more somber.

"My momma saved us all and she is here... That's what's important."

I smirk down at my smart son. How much he has grown and yet still knows what to say. I sit back down beside Heather who rest her head against my shoulder. The chatter continuing for a good portion of the day. They all begin filing out and by the end of the day, it is just us four again. Heather is still playing with my fingers while the twins are off getting fed again.

"Thank you love." I say look at her fingers playing with my hand. "You have know idea how much I am blessed to have you... But I will continue to love you everyday and show you."

She turns her head kissing my cheek.

"I'm all yours..."
