《Project Book》Lost in the Marketing department

I have worked on this Project for the last Year completely in public and have been improving the Website channels and everything to it to the best of my abilities.
Since sometimes I started to see more and more potential in my Startup and decided to focus 100% of my time for the Next year into it to see where it is going.
Now going from there it has been rather depressing, it seems I’m so lost on how to expose the Project itself and the attention it should get is almost negligible and depressing to see.
I have improved and worked on it for some time and only recently came to see what has been happening. The conclusion… marketing… marketing has been missing.
I have worked around seen and stumbled over anything I could get my hands to, but I need to agree I need someone in the department to help me out.
Now my Project is completely community based and only works with it and can work without it for certain amount of time.
So, a complete community-based project with 0 followers and attention equals a dead Project in funding and support.
All summing up to me not having any budget and my family not being able to support me, as it is mainly done in a foreigner language.
All of this beats up to me now looking into anyone interested preferable with low amount of work experience who is interested to learn and grow with the startup itself.
I have no budget and all I can give is my own pocket money, which is already low as I am a student, who is graduating very soon.
I have been looking into any resource I could gain, from contacting other creators to searching about anything related to startups in my area.

It has been interesting, but all my struggles and growth has been completely damped, by me not being able to market my project.
So, to question about it a bit, I would ask if anyone had some resources and Sites, I could read up on the baby steps to marketing.
Just some general tips on where to start, I’m already on social media platforms and fixing some general problems over there. I’m also backtracking my steps and fixing some of my overall design and interest gathering Titles and Sites.
It is now as user friendly as it could get, but still, it feels like I’m missing a major step to jump start the whole train.

An adventure in another world had always been an impossible dream for Herring, but when he suddenly found himself with the opportunity to embark on one, he knew it wouldn’t be as simple as books and shows made it out to be. Redlette was notorious for rushing into things without thinking them through, and he was flighty and weak. In the games they played together, they rarely grasped victory. They were losers through and through, both in hobby and life. Despite this, though, he takes the leap and sets off with Redlette into the world of Creation. Together they only had one goal: to have fun and go on the adventure of their lives. This time, they’d establish a guild of their own and be free to take on whatever exploits their hearts desired.
