《Project Book》writing challange

My First Writing Project what now?
I have created a writing Project for some time and have hired a bot developer to help me out on the Discord Server in which the Project will happen.
Just that till now it has been I think already like 4 Months I have not found a single person who wants to take part in it…
It's quite demotivating plus it’s my first writing Project.
Not saying that it might be bad, it’s more that I have no idea how to promote it. Like how do you promote a writing Project in general?
I went around different Subreddits and websites to ask around and invite them, but I noticed that most went down to me now needing to get people interested in my Project.
To start marketing it in that sense, but most Reedits, and Platforms are strictly against self-promoting, even if it is a writing Project. Like where the fuck do you go now?
Do you like, slip it into the dm like. “Hey, got a cool writing Project, with an interactive Universe. Including different timely events as writing prompts and an overlapping Storytelling, making it possible to let another writer play with your Story.”
This is still too long for my taste and who reads through all of that.
That and the Project itself is a half a year of work, making it kinda complicated to summarize but easy to take part in.
As all the things one needs to do, is to apply and then read through the rules.
There is already a complete guide and instruction to the how and why of the Project.
https://www.arechnocadia.com/project-book
Not forgetting all the written instruction and introduction over at my Discord with steps on the how and the lore behind it.

Now what would be the best way to start???
Or just how???
I’m at the point in which I’m just taking all the promotions I have written and combining them as a Book of themselves, as they are a bunch of work. With almost 0 feedback and interest gathered.
Now I need to become a writer to create a writing Project???
XD
Without mentioning of course, the groundwork of it all, is my Passion Project called Arechnocadia:
https://www.arechnocadia.com/
Which in itself is already a different horse and also has like 0 interests gathered in the last 2 Years now.
All falling down to me not knowing how to market. I feel a sort of connection there.
To summarize how do you tell the word that something exists. How do you tell it? Hey look that’s my passion Project if interested check it out or hey look that’s my writing project come check it out?
Every time I tell a single person about it feels like I’m harassing them, as it feels like it should be done completely differently, but also, I do not have any example of something similar in my day-to-day life. Like I myself do not get any promotion about a writing contest or Project and I do not see any big shoutouts or self-promotion.
So, if I do not see them, they either don’t exist or I’m just not in the right field to see them.
So many questions but no answers AHHHHHHH!!!!
WHAT AM I MISSING XD?

Mark of the Fool: A Progression Fantasy
After his parents died, Alex Roth had a plan: become a wizard. Through hard work, he was accepted into the world’s greatest university of wizardry—but fate had another plan. On his eighteenth, he is marked as one of his kingdom’s five Heroes, chosen to fight the land’s great enemy. But his brand is 'The Fool', worst of the marks. Rather than die or serve the other Heroes like Fools in the past, he packs up his little sister, his childhood friend and her cerberus, then flees for the university in hope of refuge, magic and to unravel the truth about his land’s evil. There’s one small problem: The Mark tries to ruin magic while enhancing skills outside of divinity, combat and spellcraft.… …that is, unless he can learn to exploit the hell out of it.*****This the first time I am writing a web novel type story, and I hope you like it. I like progression stories and I've always wanted to try and write one like a few of the web novels that inspired me.Updates Tues-Wed-Thur-Fri-Sat.There are currently 20 advanced chapters on my patreon as a thank you to patrons.Join us on discord! https://discord.gg/A4M3CzfWBnChapters will be roughly 2000-2500 words.[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]***Rating: This story is kind of like a PG-13 movie. There'll be gore and some swearing but not much beyond that. If that changes, I'll warn you. Tone: Tone will be a mix of some action-adventure with excitement, comedy, slice of life elements and mystery. I won't be going too dark with this story. There will be mentions of war, some death, grief and violence.MC: MC is analytical/rational with emotions. He is mostly in control of those emotions. MC will progress in power, eventually becoming very strong. When that happens, I'll add the Strong Lead tag.Fights: Fights will be detailed.***Stuff this story won't have:- Extreme grimdark content - Murderhobo plots - Edgy, anti-hero MC - Pacifist MC - Harems

Sunchasers
As Arthur opens his eyes, he finds himself in an unknown place, smack-dab in the middle of nowhere, without anything to help him survive save for a set of pyjamas and little knowledge of outdoors survival. Follow his steps as he tries to figure out where he is, and what will become of him. Sunchasers is a Fantasy novel with a sprinkle of lightweight sort of LitRPG (i.e. without Classes or Stats). While the first ten or so chapters of Book I are about Arthur's lonesome survival, the rest of the story focuses more on exploration and the protagonist will come in contact with other people quite often. The novel is being written in British English and using the metrics system. (I do not own the Cover) Thanks for reading, I hope you enjoy this journey! I have a Discord Server, Join Here!

Death By Protagonist
Donavan has made his living by wading through hundreds of stories in search of the quality few he and his firm believe to be worth publishing. After a strange twist of fate, he gets trapped inside the fantasy book of a particularly campy and amateur author. There he will have to navigate a world built on wish fulfillment, power fantasies, and fanservice in order to fix the story from the inside out if he ever wishes to leave. But can he bring himself to play the many roles necessary to manipulate and guide the characters to a satisfying conclusion? Authors Note: Death By Protagonist is meant to be simultaneously a satire of, and love letter to the isekai/portal fantasy genre. It both makes fun of and embraces many tropes of the genre such as harems, explicit sexual content, OP protagonists, and other things many people might think of as "trashy." If that doesn't sound like your thing, you've been warned, but I hope you'll give it a shot anyway. Update Schedule: Plan is to at least put out one new chapter every week, hopefully two.

[Comics*] Season Of Destruction
Born as mortal sons to Napoleon Bonaparte's personal surgeon and forever altered by the sinister mentor who made them orphans, bloodsucking vampire brothers Lucien, Thibault and Marcel are less Lugosi, more dashing serial killers, sour and snobbish, fond of fine things. Not unlike a competitive clan of creepy Kennedy cousins. These nearly immortal all-stars of mayhem and murder lack talons, retractable fangs and vulnerability to garlic or sunshine. They cast shadows. They make reflections in mirrors, and when buried, our boys enter a state of metabolic suspension, "sleeping" until it's safe to rise and return to their work, harvesting heads. After more than 150 years in hibernation, the vampires are revived by the spilled blood of methamphetamine users killed in a gangland ambush. The trio are instantly and utterly addicted - not to the toxic drug itself, but to the blood of those who intravenously use meth. Soon the frankendrug's grip draws their destinies into a narrow spiral of addiction, and their plans to return to modern France are sidetracked, then forgotten as they become lost in the American empire-turned-nightmare of 2028. Season of Destruction is a story that runs on bodies. It's a swim meet in a shark tank, and very few make it out alive. It's a story about the beginning of the end of the world.
