He saw the village folks being slaughtered mercilessly by the soldiers who were at war.

( John dropped the beast which he hunted and started to fight the soldiers using his low-quality dagger)

After hearing this John was more agitated and was craving vengeance for the villages folks who died.

John started to fight with the soldiers even if they were strong and had great numbers.

After fighting and killing more than 10 soldiers John went inside the village and was searching for Mona.

Mona, where are you, Mona? I don't you to die on me. Please be alive. Please! I will never leave your site never. Never even if I have to fight the whole army, So please be alive! (Searching desperately John)

( The village was surrounded by the army and John was looking for Mona and keeping his guard up so he couldn't be seen by anyone. )

John reached Mona's house and began searching Mona. He found countless bodies on his way to Mona's house.

(He searched the whole house but couldn't Mona or Mona's body he thought that Mona had escaped from the village, he came out of Mona's house and was looking for a way to get out of the village because he couldn't do in that situation.)

While John was searching for a way out of the village he heard a crying sound at a street end. He went to check who was crying.

(He felt a responsibility that he should at least help a single person who didn't die in the slaughter.)

When he reached the location of the cry he saw a kid crying John approached the kid he saw something which he never wanted to see in his lifetime.

He saw the blood all over the street and he saw his friend Mona on the ground bleeding.....

He rushed towards Mona and placed her head on his lap and pleaded with Mona not to die.

Mona, please don't die. I will look for a doctor who can save you please stay alive!

John is that you (Mona raised her hand and placed her hand on John's face. ) I am glad to see that you are alive, please get out of here or they will find you too and kill you so please go and take the child with you. ( Coughingly Mona)
