A huge cloud of smoke rose up to the sky, as Erik made his way towards the source of the sound. People all around him start running away, among them were also guards and mercenaries.

"What could bring such people to run away" thought Erik

Suddently a metal cold shiver runner down his spine, that was a demon for sure. But it wasn't like the one he had fought before. He turned back and started running towards his home, hoping to make it in time.

A sharp arrow nearly pierced his jaw, breaking the wooden pillar of a house behind him "what a surprise" said a voice from above "I didn't excepted to encounter another demon."

The injury started burning like hell, the bleeding stopped and a disgusting smell filled his loungs.

"Erik run!" screamed the demon inside him "Run!" he knelled to the ground, only to see his hand changing shape and his vision warping into strange forms.

"Don't worry" said the voice from above "the effect of the poison is not meant to kill you. It's just to see how strong you are"
