I randomly selected a name and started writing. I couldn't handle the patience any longer. I had to write more names and faster. My curiosity got the best of me.

What would happen if I wrote a dead man's name?

I opened the death note to write,

'Wade Lawliet.

Cause of Death: Degradation.

Details: Wade Lawliet would go to his relative and curse his/her existence. After which, he would collapse and degrade into dust. Seconds before he dies, he'll repeat the word killer 5 times. His death will occur at precisely in the evening, 8 o'clock JST tomorrow.'

Wade Lawliet was a foreigner whose grave was nearby. I wanted to see for myself, if a dead body could move.

I continued writing. The second candidate I chose was a billionaire who killed and injured multiple people in a slum just to build a skyscraper on their land. Everyone knew he was guilty, yet no one took action. He was brought to court once, but the case didn't follow up due to lack of evidence.

'Kisaya Tatsu.

Cause of Death: Suicide.

Details: Kisaya Tatsu would fall to his death after recording a message of all the crimes he committed and apologise to the public for the same. Seconds before he dies, he'll repeat the word killer 5 times. His death will occur at precisely 8 o'clock JST in the evening, the day after tomorrow.'

Then I wrote yet another name. The name of a man who killed his own family out of anger. A man who had manged to kill his family and had escaped from prison as well.

'Arman Solanzo.

Cause of Death: Excess blood loss.

Details: Arman Solanzo will record a message about how sorry he was to kill his family and cut himself multiple times to show his sorrow. Before he dies he will upload the video on a platform. Seconds before he dies, he'll repeat the word killer 5 times and record himself during this time as well. His death will occur at precisely 8 o'clock JST, 3 days from now.'

And then I wrote another. A celebrity who had committed forgery, plagiarism, murder and had been imprisoned for drugs. Yet after all this, people supported him because of his iconic movies and songs.

'Carmen Bizet.

Cause of Death: Overdose of drugs.

Details: After being drugged, Carmen Bizet would cry with remorse and would be killed because of the overdose of drugs. Seconds before he dies, he'll repeat the word killer 5 times. His death will occur at precisely 8 o'clock JST, 4 days from now .'

I kept on writing names until I had written 50. Why did I write these names? First, their existence was aggravating, unnecessary. Second, I had to see if I could manipulate people's wills. Up till now, I had only tested human capabilities, now I had to test their will. If I could control their will, I was no short of being God.

And so, I prepared a buffet for my curiosity, for a time of 50 days.
