《Feudal Feud》Episode 4.2 - Shall we start the evaluation?

Rai, understanding both Ms. Wang’s position and the weight of his actions, lowered his head once more and apologized.
“I’m sorry, Ms. Wang. I’ll try not to use them in the future.”
His tone had not been a lively one, unlike before, and true regret was audible, as he realized that this time he had indeed left Ms. Wang sad and disappointed. This made even Liena down, despite being notorious for her continuous spurts of energy and spirit. They might be young, but neither of them could handle seeing someone close to them get so worried over something that was a result of a stupid action of theirs.
Ms. Wang looked at the boy deeply before turning her body away, letting out a huge sigh that carried many memories of her younger self and Kazaki going through an almost too similar event as children. ‘Being young really is a universal thing’, she thought.
“Pay no mind to that… lashing you out for something you have already done will not change a thing either way.” Ms. Wang said, directing her words towards Rai, who remained silent and unable to say anything to his teacher. “Has Kazaki not said anything new concerning those arts of yours, Mr. Rai?”
The boy, surprised by the fact Ms. Wang pressed the issue despite being visibly bothered about it, answered the question as soon as the teacher finished speaking as if attempting to redeem himself.
“No... I don’t think he has, Ms. Wang. All he told me was not to use Heavenly Arts directly on other people, but that is something that his past teacher had told him, for all I know. He has always been a bit of a pacifist, so maybe it has something to do with that?”
‘Pacifist? Don’t joke with me’, Ms. Wang thought while quietly chuckling. These young ones really had no idea of who Kazaki used to be and how much of a wild ride he was when he, too, was truly young and spry. At any rate, it was not Ms. Wang’s job to reveal Kazaki’s obscure past, so she simply decided to not say anything about that short declaration and follow on.

“I see. Do try not to use them in the meantime, please. As long as no one has Heavenly Arts fully grasped, it would be better for both you and all other practitioners who have the ability to use them to refrain from even mentioning them. Who knows what such a strong power could do in the hands of the wrong person…”
“I will do my best not to, Ms. Wang!”
“Good.”, added Ms. Wang. This dialogue brought the whole tone of the conversation up, once again, in similarity to what had previously happened with Kazaki. Did all old people have the ability to change whatever feeling stood in the air?
While the trio vigorously discussed, the rest of the practitioners arrived. Those who had not been present while that so-called circus happened could not help but wonder what had just not only caused the sky to become cloudy and loudly rumble, but also leave all of the students scared and, somehow, impressed at the same time.
Liena, noticing this and not feeling as bad anymore due to Ms. Wang’s tasteful words, decided to intervene.
“Teacher Wang and... Mr... Rai…” - she said, as she blushed and mumbled over Rai’s name - “I think it’s just about time we started the evaluation, don’t you agree?”
“Yeah, we’ve left them hanging long enough, I think.”, Rai added.
“I agree. For better or for worse, only the three of us will be conducting the evaluation here in Block 29, but I take that there is no issue with that, correct?”
“Of course!”, said Liena, followed by Rai’s “Obviously.”. These two were going at it just a while ago and yet were already ready to go at it again, not showing any need to rest or do anything similar. Just like Kazaki, Ms. Wang was past her 80’s, but even then she did not want to give any leeway to these young souls.
“Then, shall we start the evaluation?”
