In the Royal Palace, the most important place is the throne room Because from there, the King and the Queen sit and rule. After Heracles had defeated the High Elvish King Aeguil and married the woman he loves. Even though he was the hero of the first Great War and the humans had also contributed so much in the victory. It still was not enough to make the other races accept them as powerful.

Even though his duchy became a kingdom when he built the Royal Palace, the other light races still did not accept them as a powerful race.

That was because normal humans did not have magical powers or special abilities in them. So they could never accept the weakest race among them to become the first light kingdom.

That is why he needed some way to show them the might of the human race and how that they deserve to be the first light kingdom.

He still had no idea what to do. So, in his worries, he asked his dear wife what to do. His wife gave him the idea of making a throne room from the spoils of war of Elves they got from the First Great War. Doing so will show their dominance and power.

After hearing his wife idea, he immediately accepted it. Now, He gathered all the armours and the weapons of the elves they had. Then using fire magic, he melted them down.

The armours were made of Tipandon Gold exclusive to the High Elvish Kingdom of Ylyndar. His wife used it to make the Immortal Throne for her husband.

The swords and bows were made of Moon Silver which could only be found in the Moon Elvish Kingdom of Mithrandir. He used this to make the Supremacy Throne for his wife.

They did this to show that for the kingdom to run, they needed to support each other.

Even though he was the hero of the first Great War and had turned his duchy into a kingdom, he still thought that he needed to do something to show the strength of humans forever.

After the thrones were completed, the rulers of light races were invited for a banquet. But when they saw the Powerful thrones and the human rulers sitting on them, they were forced to accept the human race as the first light kingdom.

After this happened, these thrones always held great honour and power for those who sat on them. So, when King Winstone and Queen Eunomia’s son Prince Feran entered the room without permission. In the eyes of an ordinary person, it showed that the Prince was rebelling against his parents.

In reality, him reacting this way was because he had just found out about his brother’s death. He loved his parents more than anything, and his parents loved him too very much. But, his question was also valid because he had just lost his elder brother, and he still had no idea how he died.

There was silence for some minutes, but no one from both sides was willing to break it. Until Royal Adviser Judas took this as a chance to leave the throne room, he knew that this was a family matter and so he wanted nothing to do with it.

“Than, Your Majesty! I shall take my leave.”

He said this in a calm and low tone while lowering his head and started to walk away. As did this, no one paid any attention to him.

King Winstone and Queen Eunomia were thrilled to see their sons because they had lost a son two weeks ago and were in sorrow in his remembrance.

But, King Winstone knew that the kingdom was not stable because of Grand Duke Lycaon Simon’s betray. So for that reason he had asked his wife, Queen Eunomia and his royal adviser Judas to come so that they could decide the future of Grand Duchy of Argos.

But, those things could still wait. Now that their sons had come back to them, they were the bigger priority.

They, in truth, never expected their children to be this angry and in pain. So King Winstone tries to talk to four children and calm them down.

“O! My children. You have come back already. I did not tell Grand Duke Lucas to send you back already *sweat* but I have happy that he did. It also seems like you brought his son alongside you *smile*. Weirdly, the Royal Guards at the gates did not announce your arrival. If they did, then I would have given you a grand welcome at the gates. But let us forget that now. How about we leave together and get some food for you all in the dining hall. After that, I can answer all the questions that you have.”

King Winstone tried to persuade them, but it was already too late. Tears fell from Prince Phiteus eyes as he asked his father in pain and a low voice.

“Father! Just tell us what had happened to our dear brother. Don’t try to persuade us because our hearts are already broken after hearing the news of his death. Please answer honestly and tell us who was the person who killed an innocent soul like him?

Queen Eunomia was also moved to tears as she heard her son say those words in such is a manner which showed his pain. She now spoke for the first time after she had listened to the death of her firstborn son.

“My Kind Heart Phiteus, it was Grand Duke Lycaon who killed your brother in Palace of Eternity in cold blood.”

Hearing this, all four of them fell on their knees. It was like their legs had given out because of the pain they were feeling right now after hearing those words. Prince Phiteus asked again, but this time in a miserable loud voice.

“BUT WHY??? *Drip* I THOUGHT HE WAS FATHER’S DEAR FRIEND. HOW COULD HE……… *Drop* HOW COULD HE KILL BIG BROTHER *Drip* AND CAUSE US THIS MUCH PAIN.”

Queen Eunomia said in a sad voice taking pity on her son.

“My Sweetheart Phiteus! The world is a dark place where there are too many bad people to count.”

Prince Feran was listening, but a question was raging in his mind.

“Father! Mother! Who gave Big Brother permission to leave the royal capital and go to Argos city?”

Queen Eunomia immediately replies to her son Feran.

“It was me. I permitted him to go to Argos city.”

Hearing this enraged Prince Feran who shouted towards his mother.

“WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW HIM TO GO THERE? IT WAS ALREADY DECIDED THAT NO ONE WILL LEAVE THEIR PLACE UNTIL FATHER COMES BACK!!!.”

Queen Eunomia realises that she disobeyed the King’s order which caused their eldest’s death. So she becomes hesitant at first to tell the reason, but she still answers him.

“It was because we already had heard from our spies that the war had ended with our victory. Brianus begged me to let him go to Argos city so that he could surprise the King. I thought *sweat*……. I thought that now that we have won, it won’t be any problem for him to go there.”

Prince Feran becomes annoyed and angry at his mother’s answer, so he in calm manners talks.

“Mother! You have disobeyed father and caused the death of my brother. You shall be given punishment, but first, it is the father’s turn to answer.”

“Father! How could you allow a mere soldier to become a Grand Duke? Because of you, he was given a chance to kill my brother, and he took it. You are too at fault. As the family’s head, it was your responsibility to protect us. But today we are suffering so much because of the choice you made when you chose someone greedy and made him a Grand Duke. A rank which was before only given to the members of the House of Odysseus.”

King Winstone becomes enraged by what he had heard his young son said. So angrily answers him immediately.

“Son! Even if I love you, dearly. Today, You have gone too far. Do you dare question your King? If you were me, what would you have done? Huh! Could you have protected him better?”

For a few minutes, the room becomes quiet. Everyone was waiting for Prince Feran to answer his father. King Winstone angry says.

“I thought So. Did you really thought that it is easy to protect everyone?”

After thinking clearly, Prince Feran starts talking loud in a dignified manner before everyone in the room.

“I Prince Feran of House Winstone from the bloodline of House of Odysseus take Hector Drakos of House Drakos and Perseus Kelton from House Kelton as my brothers until the end of times. I swear to protect all three of my brother until there is life in me. Do you three accept?”

The King and The Queen were shocked as they heard this. But after a second of thinking, they assumed that he was joking because such a vow could not be taken lightly. However, those three knew that what he said was from the heart.

Phiteus Winstone, without a doubt in his mind, immediately answers him.

“I Prince Phhieus of House Winstone accept Hector Drakos and Perseus Kelton as my brothers until the end of times.”

Hector Drakos had already started to think of them as brothers, so he becomes extremely happy after hearing Prince Feran’s words. So he immediately replies after Phiteus.

“I Hector of House Drakos accept all three of them as my brothers until the end of times.”

Perseus Kelton deep desire was to become a brother to them. But, because he was the commander’s son, it was impossible. So he heard those three say this, he also replies while smiling happily.

“I Perseus of House Kelton accept all of them as my dear brothers until the end of times.”

In Prince Feran’s heart, he had a little doubt that those three will not accept his vow. But he was astonished how quickly they took each other as brothers.

Because of this emotion, Tears started to fall from Prince Feran eyes which were already so dry from crying before. Seeing this, his three brothers also had tears falling from their eyes.

So, in this joyous moment, they all put arms around each other and started laughing while tears were falling from their eyes.
