《Unknown Dimension》Chapter 26 You are talking to me!

Alexa, Bunny's wife backed up the car in her garage and heard:
"Crack Crack Crack Crack!”
“Sounded like I had mashed some huge nuts. Behind the car!” She thought.
"Ding! Reached level 1, Congratulations you have acquired the new system of the unknown dimension!" Said the mechanical voice whispering in my ear. Now the Unknown Dimension is trolling me, what I needed.
I get out of the car upset, I went behind the car to see what the hell I smash, under the wheel I thought there was a black paste with a bunch of eggshells and a crab pincer.
"What the hell!" I Thought. I looked around and I seemed to see a lot of green, brown, orange and blue boxes. Where half could be one color and the other half another color. They looked like little tanks on chairs. I didn't understand what I was seeing. I cleaned my eyes and looked at them more closely, those tanks were really a bunch of giant ground crabs. The worst thing is that a moment ago they were not here, when I see through the rear-view mirror.
"Shit! Why does this have to happen to me when I'm late? It can be that the Unknown Dimension does not want me to get to my work!" I thought.
The damn crabs were the size of 32-inch flat screen TVs and had the width of 3 people together one stop after the other. They all raised their pincers to point in my direction.
I take my machete and his scabbard, I look at them I said, as I pointed to myself:
"You're talking to me!" They all ran in my direction.
They were coming sideways towards my direction, then a small accident happened, their bodies crashed with each other, staying with their pincers tangled between themselves, I could not believe that something like that happened.

In front of me there were at least 30 crabs, lying on the floor upside down without being able to get up or in the process of doing so. So I take my machete and his scabbard; hit they shells, with all my might as I listened, to the system message:
“You leveled up! You leveled up! You leveled up!... You leveled up!!” With what my body became stronger and faster.
Anyone who had seen me hit those bugs most likely would have thought I was playing with them Whack-A-Mole extreme with them.
The shattered bodies of the crabs exploded in a purple cloud and in their place appeared many obsidian stones of all colors and several packages with crab pincers, with packing date 31 October this year. I pick up one of these packages and upon seeing this detail I thought:
"What the Hell Bunny what did you killed!" In other words, he also had a system of the Unknown Dimension. I was very curious, to know what he had killed, but I did not have time to ask him.
I opened the trunk of the car, I opened the house and got a cooler that I put inside the trunk, and started throwing the packages there, to prevent some cat from stealing my prize, plus I wanted to keep some in the house and take others to my school for the cook to make soup for the kids. Since my school is in a poverty zone and there are times when the only thing that children get to lunch is what they eat at school.
"Crack crack!" I listen, as I lifted my head, I saw a white girl, dressed in white pajamas, she had beautiful blue eyes, short hair, she was barefoot. She was putting the obsidian stones in her mouth, she chewed them with great pleasure as if it were a candy. But the most bizarre thing about it was that her body flashed with a blue neon light. Seeing this filled me with curiosity and I said:

"What kills me, do not fattens!" That we could classify it as a kind of ritual or spell, which we say it, to pick up something from the ground, before we eat it. I put one of the stones in my mouth and chewed them.
“¡Crack crack…!”
"Ding! Iron constitution has been activated! You have acquired 1 stealth point this attribute was created!" Said the mechanical voice of the Unknown Dimension. Chewing it and swallowing it the obsidian stone felt like I was drinking Crab soup.
I raised my eyes to see what had happened to the girl, but I discovered that she was gone, I wanted to ask her if she had experienced the same thing as me. Since this was too amazing so I decided to eat another stone.
“¡Crack crack…!”
"Ding! Iron constitution has been activated! You've acquired the Amphibian attribute now you can breathe air or water!" I was filled with curiosity to know what other skills I would learn, so I called my boss and told her that I would going to change the wheel off the cart and that I would do everything possible to get there as quickly as possible.
I could only eat 5 more stones before feeling full of what I kept 18 of these stones in my bag. However, I got the following attributes, although they sound more like attacks:
Flashing wave. vampirism flagellation I ignore you.
Just by looking at the description of the abilities I can feel that if the crabs had attacked me one at a time the most likely thing, I would not have been able to win the battle. When I ate the fifth stone, I did not obtain any skills, only one attribute that I already had, so I assumed that the most I could eat were 6 stones.
A moment later…After I finish picking everything up and close the house again. I check the car tires to make sure they weren't flat, would be a disgrace if the lie I said was true.
I get in the car out of the garage, I closed the garage, looked around, I did not see anyone. I felt grateful, apparently with the new system of the Unknown Dimension, apparently, I did not leave the bodies of the crime, in this world, the bad thing is that I leave the street stained with blood in front of my house. If someone asked, I would tell them that a truck with meat overturned in front of my house.
I realized that besides the girl that taught me to eat the obsidian of the monsters there were no more witnesses. Something impossible, less with the scandal that I made, which means that I entered the Unknown Dimension. With what I came to the conclusion that there was an entry point to the Unknown Dimension in front of my house.
"Hell no! I Hopefully it's not an entry point in front of my house and it's just a supernatural phenomenon , but if it wasn't, I hope that on the way to my work I'll find the way out of the Unknown Dimension! “ Alexa Said

The Laptop Hero (Portal/Isekai LitRPG)
[participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge] - April 2022 Silas got summoned to another world—by a group of kids attending magic school who seemed rather unhappy with the results of their ritual. After a brief glimpse of his summoners Silas woke in the town dump. Unable to speak the local language, a misunderstanding escalated and before long Silas wound up in a jail cell, the locals having confiscated all his worldly possessions aside from his laptop, which had formed some strange bond with him. Now he can summon his laptop at will, and he can view his Status, level up, and gain powerful skills and magic as if he were some character in a video game, which is great and everything, but all Silas really wants to do is sit in a dark room and play games on his laptop. Only, life isn't a game, and Silas needs to get his act together because everyone else is playing for keeps. Or does he? Maybe for Silas life is just one big game now, with everyone else stuck playing by his rules. Assorted Disclaimers, in no particular order: I am only posting this on RoyalRoad.com, so if you find my story elsewhere it was not posted by me. Please do let me know! While I do consider this a progression fantasy, and have tagged it as such, Silas's Status improvements will not necessarily proceed in a linear fashion. His RPG stats will have ups and downs, exploits and nerfs, periods of growth and stagnation. Such is the life of a gamer, to be held under the thumb of the all powerful devs, or in this case a certain goddess devoted to the idea of Balance. SIlas himself should learn and grow, improving and progressing in areas where he struggles, or rather, to show such is my goal. The story is told from multiple points of view. While other PoVs will come and go, Silas shall remain the only lead character. The world Silas finds himself on is not a nice place. Expect him to encounter gore and traumatizing content and bad people who do bad things for selfish (or possibly noble) reasons from time to time. Some characters will use profanity, however due to cultural differences the curse words used will differ from those used in our corner of reality, so I'm not including the profanity content warning. Silas himself isn't one for foul language. No explicit sexual content here. This novel is intended for mature readers, however, and will include mature topics, including, but not limited to, sex, violence, death, and taxes. No harem. Might be an eventual romantic interest, possibly even some competitive jealousy, yet as his story begins Silas is too overwhelmed with other concerns to consider long term plans. Musophobics might want to steer clear of this story. Same goes for turophobics. You have been warned. Keep in mind, however, if my other disclaimers didn't make this clear, I only have the faintest of outlines at the moment. This story will take me where it will. My goal with this story is to write it to the end, something of a long-term writing exercise, with the hope others might take an interest in my work and encourage me to keep at it. I've started a number of works before, even finished a few, but this is the first time I've shared any work in a public forum. My temporary cover was made by me, in GIMP using public domain images. If you can do better I'll happily accept your submission and give credit for your work here!

Madness Led by the Hands
‘Great, no… splendid. It was for naught.’ ‘Naught? Depends. If your desire is to send an army of killers our family’s way, yes indeed. If it’s plain survival you seek, then no.’ ‘They don’t coexist?’ ‘What… don’t tell me you’re still all groggy from the fall. Perhaps in novels, but real life is much tougher–––many more times a drag than anyone can possibly imagine. If dusty history is not a reliable teacher for you, then the pandemic surely took that place. At least that one has the advantage you needn’t be literate to savvy how reality always trumps imagination.’ ‘Whatever you say, whatever you say. So… what now?’ ‘Now? Isn’t it obvious? Now we shall survive. And live a good life.’ ‘Ohh… pretty much everything here has something against this little weird wish of ours. Might you consider?’ ‘Then pretty much everything here is a goner.’ ‘Hm, I don’t like the sound of that. Too much trouble, you see. I’d prefer laying low somewhere safe.’ ‘…nobody told you it’s mutually exclusive, no–––or did you forget about that too?’ ‘Fine, then I wish my future enemies all the best.’ ‘They are undeserving of your pity.’ ‘Of course not. That unlucky bunch won’t ever comprehend the reason behind their demise. Just let me smoke in peace and offer my condolence in advance.’ ‘Idem, let me study alchemy, unobstructed by all, if possible. This also includes you. By the way, are you sure you smoke to offer condolences? It seems like an excuse to me.’ ‘I-it is none. Plain truth, you see?’ ‘Seriously, why did I even ask...?’
