《The Awakening of Endless Entity》Transmigrated Hero From Japan and his Party (1)

"Yes, Milord. His name is Toshifumi Gen. Apparently, he transmigrated from an unknown place called Japan, and yes, Milord, he has a system."
"Good, that is perfect. We need to find him soon, so we can set up a plan to corrupt him. I need a new body before we can do anything," Endless Entity said.
"Certainly, Milord, everything will be yours to devour once their meat is tasty enough," Lady Mephistopheles affirmed, with her beautiful purple eyes intently staring at the sphere with a golden eye inside it. She had a thin smile and continued, "We shall go to that village and find him and his system, Milord."
"Good, I will stay inside your earring, like usual. "
Lady Mephistopheles took a deep breath when her Lord's sphere shrunk and then went inside eyeball-shaped gem dangling as her earring.
Lady Mephistopheles always loved it when her Lord turned into an earring. Because it made her imagined that her Lord was actually whispering so close to her ear, like an embrace of a lover.
'So good… my lord…' Lady Mephistopheles said in her heart.
"I can hear you, Lady Mephisto," Endless Entity said. As their Lord, he could hear the thought of his brides and grooms and the worshippers in a certain radius.
"It is my intention, Milord. Please talk to me more. Your whisper gives me good shiver and excitement," Lady Mephistopheles answered. In which, Endless Entity replied with silence.
Lady Mephistopheles used the portal that she made herself to enter the cult mansion. Because the portal created by that useless transporter called Aesha was too unstable, it might crumple the Lady's purple dress if she used that portal. It made her disgusted that someone couldn't even master a simple spell like opening a portal.

That was why she gave Aesha a bit of punishment by breaking all her fingers, just to make sure that Aesha knew how useless her skill was. She wasn't worthy of being bestowed such simple skill from her Lord.
Lady Mephistopheles stepped out of the portal to the main hall of the mansion. The cult members were already prostrating beneath her feet, like insects ready to be squashed.
She wanted to laugh at these people since she could read their hearts. As the bride of the Endless Entity, she also gained traction of her Lord's power, including reading the mind of his worshippers.
'So easy to read, so greedy and vile,' Lady Mephistopheles thought. Most of them wanted wealth and prosperity anyway, though some also wanted immortality. Her Lord just did a nifty tiny trick of turning their prized possession into pure gold for the worshippers.
Some worshipper gave their family heirloom, the corpse of their loved ones, even their children. Anything they deemed most important for them. And her Lord, Endless Entity, would summon the goat monster, Gnibmak, or the Cow monster, Pisae, and gave them gold in exchange if their offerings were truly their most prized possession.
The priest approached Lady Mephistopheles slowly and asked, "Milady, do you want us to do anything?"
Lady Mephistopheles glanced at the totem embedded in the priest's rod. She wanted to snatch it away because that was made by her hands. She thought it would be in the hand of a powerful man. Not a human weaker than an average mutt.
But it was such a trivial matter, at least for now. She wanted to attract that transmigrated hero, Toshifumi Gen. He moved around with his friends with the same interest, a mage and an archer.
And their interest was to find the remnant of Endless Entity after he was awakened and destroy it before Endless Entity regained his full strength. Hence, they traveled to find any lead about Endless Entity.

"I will take three people here to help our Lord and me. Take this as an honor because you will be serving your Lord. The one who could finish the task successfully will be rewarded with one wish, anything you want," Lady Mephistopheles announced.
The cult members raised their heads immediately. They knew how powerful their god, Endless Entity was. So they had no worry whether it was a lie or not.
Because they knew their Lord would not disclaim what he said. If he said he would turn something into gold or ashes, then he would do it.
Thus, they started raising their hands, hoping Lady Mephisto would choose them. Lady Mephistopheles glanced at the priest, who didn't even raise his hand. She waited for a moment, but the priest didn't budge from his position, "You're not going to volunteer, Priest?" Lady Mephisto asked.
"N—No, Milady, I still have something to do in the mansion," the priest replied. Though, it was mostly because he was suspicious of this bride of Endless Entity. He believed what his Lord said, but he could sense this woman's obvious hostility.
He feared this was just a trap created by her to weed him out of the competition for their Lord's dearest follower.
"That's unfortunate. I would expect you to be a bit more devoted and enthusiastic to help Milord," Lady Mephistopheles scoffed and then picked three men randomly. "Are you ready to help Milord?"
"Yes, Milady!" The three selected cult members replied at the same time.
Lady Mephistopheles smirked and strutted to them with her purple heels tapping on the floor. She tapped the three men gently with her index finger one by one. Slowly, their body was engulfed by mysterious purple energy. On their forehead, a purple bramble appeared and was engraved like a tattoo.
Lady Mephistopheles, still with a mysterious smirk on her face and continued, "Now change your clothes into regular tunic ones for peasants. We will have fun soon."
